I don't know whether or not the implant was stitched near or at the glans. When I get nervous and my penis strinks (I'm a grower), the implant does make it appear as if I am uncircumsized.
As for the ridges, when I'm erect, I can feel the ridge on the left a little. The ridge on the right is flawless.

I’m not even a week from having the implant. The recovery is a nuisance because I can’t take more time off my feet however I’m managing and every day is better than the next. Mango, like you I decided this time last year to have the implant, since MJ’s experience. Nothing would/could have changed my mind. I realize there are some guys who had complications so everyone must make there own decisions. I took before pictures and measurements to document my progress and will share if anyone wants to know. On a different note, this new site is a good move, the msn site has gotten completely off track and the censorship has removed all credibility. I didn’t plan on posting my experience, however I really did appreciate all the experiences of the men before me. This goes for all the procedures available to us; I appreciate that there are many choices and the men willing to share their unique experiences, good and bad.

Congratulations, ck62498! Hope your recovery goes well and we're looking forward to your account. Don't hesitate to post if you have any questions or concerns. I still remember my feelings of uncertainty when I left California. It was actually another member who alerted me to the fact that I should have removed my stitch when I still had it in at over six weeks!

Thank you for the feedback, gentlemen. I thought your photographs looked very natural, kingpin. It wasn't until I actually saw them when I wished I had done more research into belladerm.
I opted for the XL, ccwbar. I was considering upgrading to the next size up shortly after surgery, but after some field testing, I've realized that having a big penis isn't everything that it's hyped up to be.

Mango, Mustang, and anyone else who has the implant on the new site. I have a question regarding the implant placement. I'm 8 days today and have realized my penis really favors the left side. This isn't a problem because it helps while wearing clothes early on. I also noticed that the implant is twisted or better described the implant is not symmetrical at the bottom. One would think that the implant would have been placed with the two halves of the implant in the center of the penis when looking from above. My implant is about a ¼ inch or more right of center, which looks a little thicker on the right side. The alignment may be part of the plan, I’ll ask the Dr. next time I talk with him. Everything else is good, the pain is a bitch during the day and the nighttime erections are just starting to bother. Haven’t even attempted to measure or even look during erections, lots of swearing, Lol. I’m real happy for the most part.

There was some talk on mns about the implant being not trimmed right, stitched to one side more than the other and/or too short or has sharp edges. The Dr. will tell you if it is ok or not although I have found out from reading posts that ALL the Dr's will tell "all is well"

ck62498, since you're a little over a week, are the markers from the surgical pen still on your penis? If so, checking to see if the markers are off may help determine if the implant was actually inserted crooked or has shifted since surgery. Of course, I would imagine that you're still wrapping. My penis also favors the left ever so slightly, but I partly believe it's because I put it in the left side of my boxers and pants when getting dressed.

I think I know what you mean, but can you expand on this comment! Well, so far, I've found: (1) I've put more pressure on myself to satisfy my partners because I feel as if I don't have any excuses left; (2) although 2 of the 3 women I've been with since surgery have made comments about my penis size, the comments were merely observations and there wasn't a spectacle on unveiling as adult films has mislead me to believe; (3) I've had to go slower during sex instead of banging away like I'm used to, and quite frankly enjoy; (4) I've yet to make it fit entirely in a vagina, which makes it seem as if it's being wasted; (5) you have to be conscious of how you stand on a crowded train to ensure your new bulge isn't in someone's face; (6) erections at the office and/or in public are a lot more noticeable now; (7) most condoms on the store shelves will be outright torture if you attempted to use them, and even the largest you can find probably won't be comfortable enough for the entire penis; and (8) some women won't want to do certain positions with you. Consider me late to the party, but my experiences these last couple of months have made me realize that women don't really care about penis size as much as I thought. Despite what I know now, there isn't anything someone could have told me beforehand to make me realize this fact. It's one of those things that some people have to experience for themselves.

I understand, and I have experianced similar stuff to what you have. Most women like the girth and that is something I knew. Length as I may have mentioned in the past is important but anything above 5.5-6 inches is really not needed. Most vaginas are just about 6 inches but they can expand up to 12 inches!!!! adult films movies women can take anything, and of course the guys are chosen for their big size in most cases so for me their size was not a measuring stick ... I did find out one lady I went out with who took it all the way in and enjoyed it but may be it was because she had a child already and was a bit bigger down there....

thanks so much for the info stalemango.. yes it is true it seems when you hook up with a girl is so much pressure from the stereotypes and what people see on adult films to rise to the challange and be 8"+. as far as the belladerm do you think its a better way to go and whould the thickness be just as noticable as the elist implant? also im only 23 i know i have to save but do you have any recommendations on how to come up with the money for surgery? should i get a loan from the bank? also about your turkey neck penis i have the same thing. its a surgery that can get rid of that. i may get the turkey neck removal also.

Stalemango, Thanks for the guidance, as it turns out I do have three dots that I can see and everything is lined up. What I thought was miss alignment is actually the whole has penis rotated, possibly from the swelling. When I start to get an erection everything begins to straighten. Everything is going well.
