wow great pictures, resolution and angles couldn't have been any better! May we ask how you feel about the whole procedure and outcomes?
Also, how does it feel to the touch both flaccid and erect? On a scale 1-10, (1 being super fake, 10 being super natural) how would you rate its realism?
Awesome new size though!

Despite the many horror stories related by some patients of Dr. Elist, if I could do it again, I most certainty would. Recently, I've been thinking I should have looked more into the alloderm/belladerm, but what's done is done. When I saw some of the photographs of the members on the original MNS forum who had surgery with Dr. Elist, my mind was on a one track railroad with the destination being Dr. Elist's office across the country in California. The negative accounts and photographs of the implant forcing its way out of a member's skin didn't even matter. I was having the surgery. The only thing that was uncertain was when.
As far as the realism of the implant goes, my answer at close to seven months is just about the same as a couple of months after surgery. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being easily detectable and 10 being undetectable, I would give MY implant an 8/9 in the erect state and a 3 in the flaccid state. Understand that there are variables, such as the size of the implant you opt for, the size of your penis, how well you follow the instructions during your recovery period, etc., which will affect how the implant looks and feels in your penis. After many months of reading various testimonials of past Elist patients, I believe the results vary.
Unfortunately, I do not believe my penis is undetectable in the flaccid state. Physically, it does not look out of the ordinary, but it does feel harder than a natural flaccid. Further, since I was a grower, my glans is small in the flaccid state. It doesn't match the shaft until I become erect. Does it look weird in the flaccid? No, not to me. However, it did take getting used to since I was accustomed to seeing my small glans with a thin shaft prior to the surgery. In the flaccid state, a woman who has had even the most minimal experiences with flaccid penises before will be able to tell that something is different since the penis is firm. She probably won't think it's an implant because the thought of having a silicone implant is far-fetched, but she will know that it's not as flexible and soft like the other flaccid penises she has touched before.
In addition to the feel of the shaft between the erect and flaccid states, the transition between glans and the shaft where the implant begins is something I was also concerned about. So far, it has been undetectable. A woman will not be able to tell you have an implant in your penis in the erect state, even while providing oral, because the transition is smooth when you're erect and you can't bend the glans forward as I did in some of the photographs. When you're flaccid, though, if she's feeling around or giving you oral, she will definitely notice the transition. Also, you have to really ensure you thoroughly wash that area in the shower or smegma will build up and smell.
I believe an important part of any surgery is setting realistic expectations. I didn't go in expecting the end result to look and feel 100% like a real penis because I was aware that after surgery it wasn't going to be a 100% real penis. As of now, I am very satisfied.

Happy to hear your satisfied and your post-op appearance looks fantastic in my opinion!
And in case you didn't read my post in the Feedback Forum, I have created a new Photo-Specific message board found inside the Patient Support Group forum that IS password protected. Those who can access it are moderators and members who have uploaded their own photos or choose to upload their own photos - you simply need to PM me for the password.
If you want this moved to that folder let me know, otherwise if you don't mind it remaining public, it can stay here too - the pictures are priceless as far as I'm concerned...really good quality photos of a post-op procedure with just the right angles, lighting, and scaling (the use of measuring tape). Thanks a lot for that contribution to this forum!!!

Looks fantastic. It doesn't appear to be cone shaped i.e. very thick at the base like the previous recipients that I have seen, even looks a little little taped in.
That is really good. It looks better. Wonder why...
Thanks for posting.

Stalemango:
If you don't mind me asking, what is your post-surgery length and have you had any retraction?

My post-surgery length is anywhere between 6-7" depending on how I measure (bone pressed, non-bone pressed, etc.). It's actually a little harder to measure since the base of the implant makes the base of the penis protrude a little. I have not loss any length and, despite having the lengthening done, I have not gained any length either.

So we see your base girth, what is your erect girth on the shaft? How much has it increased from the implant?

wasup SM AMAZING RESULTS!!! its good to see another black guy on these types of websites. so your saying if you was to dod it over you would get the belladerm instead? im just like you right now even though im hearing the negativity on elist i still want the implant because you get imediate girth. but with the implant can you still use a stretcher to gain lenghth? also what was your before and after girth.

The erect girth is 5.5" behind the shaft and goes upward. The base girth is really about 7". I've developed a bit of turkey neck with the implant, so in order for a woman to reach the 7.5" girth, she'd have to get a little scrotum in her vagina. I've been with three women since surgery and none of them have made it to the bottom. The mid shaft girth is about 6.25" inches; however, if I move the tape measure towards the base a little, it jumps to 6.5". It has been a long weekend and was hard to maintain an erection while taking photographs, so I skipped those.

Sorry, I forgot to add my pre-surgery girth was 4.5" . I believe it's not advised to use the stretcher once you have the implant inserted. If I could do it over again, I would research the belladerm (I didn't even look at it really) and probably only go for the girth surgery. I haven't heard of one phalloplasty patient who has seen significant erect gains from lengthening surgery. My lifestyle is too busy and I'm too lazy to stretch after surgery anyway. Since my erection angle was 90 degrees before surgery, I noticed it has gone down a little. Fortunately, it hasn't affected my stroke in any positions, such as missionary. In terms of race, new1inch, it's funny because not only do black men have to deal with having an average tool, but also the stereotype that's associated with black penises and how some women discard us as abnormal if we're built otherwise.

Looks like you still have foreskin but you had a few circumcisons? did the implant add more foreskin? and was your implant stitched near the glans?
I can't see any ridges when erect or even flaccid, looks really good for an implant...Good for you!
