Stealmango, Has anything changed with you? Can you remember when the swelling was completely gone? Everything is great for me so far. The last two weeks have been the greatest change for me with erect appearance returning to normal, although slower then I expected and the color of my dick is becoming less red. Everything is good at this early stage.
Best

Stealmango, I went back and looked at your photos and it looks like you have no fat pad, is this correct? Those photos are impressive!

I don't remember when the swelling was completely gone. It feels like so long ago. A couple of months after the surgery, I was experiencing pressure where the glans and shaft meet during and after climaxing several times in a short period. I thought that maybe the stitching or whatever is in that area was too tight, but now that pressure is gone. I don't even remember when I stopped feeling it. I climaxed rather hard last week and it felt great. Stealmango, I went back and looked at your photos and it looks like you have no fat pad, is this correct? Those photos are impressive! CK I definitely wouldn't say impressive. I don't particularly like seeing them, but I will leave them up so those who are interested in the procedure have an idea what a penis looks like afterward. I do regret not lotioning my penis before taking them. I do have a fat pad, though. If I press a ruler against my pubic area, it will go in about half an inch.

indochine, not everyone loses length with the Elist implant. It is hard to say if you will lose length or not, it is a risk you would have to consider. Right now it is believed that possibly NOT having the implant stitched to the glans may improve your chances that you do not experience retraction, but it is just a theory. Pardon me, I tried to make this translator-friendly but penis-talk isn't so simple. Hope you understand

I think Dr. Elist recommends circumcision before the operation.
As far as I can recall, the majority of implant patients lost some erect length, only a very few did not. So the safest bet is to ASSUME that you will loose some length and if you can live with that then you are OK.
The implant is a great thing for sure girth increase. There is also the Belladerm that seems to give OK girth but length loss seems to be also a problem unless you get the ligs cut and stretch for months.. check out ALL your options and DO NOT do it till you know all the pros and cons..
Good luck!

Given your stats, I would recommend a stretching regimen for a year FIRST before choosing any surgery to add girth...anyone agree w/that? Good Luck! Hello everybody.. Idm, I agree. I am preparing for a 2011 of manual PE exercises which include ADS (all day stretchers or similar devices), pumps, and jelqing techniques. There are two objectives that I hope to achieve: 1) Gain length (and possibly girth), and 2) Condition the penis's skin for better elasticity when the time comes to add girth surgically.
I hope to spend a minimum of 6 months on the manual PE side, but optimally a year + . With all the options (PRFM, scaffolds, Elist prosthesis, FFT, PMMA, Alloderm/Belladerm, etc) out there, I'm sure it wont hurt to give it another year or two (or more) to see how things improve while obtaining some minor gains for free (manual PE).

Skeptical One, I think we may end up getting the surgery about the same time, and I am going to try the whole pump and clamp routine that stillwantmore has mentioned for 2011.
I can relate to stale mango, After I saw the pictures of the elist implants, it was all over, and it is now just a matter of when I am going to be at the James Elist office in California. Stale Mango says that he has realized a big penis is not everything , and that no matter what anyone told him it didn't matter, and that he had to experience the surgery for himself. Well that, as he suggested means nothing to me, and I must have the surgery. Although affording it may take a year or two.
Additionally stale mango, I understand the expectation that girls have. However when your penis is small, its not only colored girls who will reject you. Although I would like to say to others with questions as I had that I personally know one of my friends, who has an average size dick (5.5 inches) and is happily married, and truly in a love-love relationship. I was in the guard during college and did a deployment overseas with him. I saw my friends penis (on accident) in the shower. I would have laughed but it looked just like mine...ha ha. He has been married now for three years to an attractive and sweet woman. Size is not make or break to all women. Truly. don't give up

And I should also say my friend was not at all girthy either. That is a little off topic, but I at one time believed that with my averaged size penis, I was doomed to an unhappy marriage, or to being alone, and seeing my friend and his wife has absolutely convinced me otherwise. I just thought that might be comforting to some. Although I still want more, and am will to risk and pay to get it. Thats all
