Guys. This is a total scam. The technology to add an inch of girth and length to your penis via an injection is nowhere near here. If it were it would literally be FRONT PAGE NEWS. Every paper on the planet would be writing about it and talking about it and he would be charging way more than $2000.
This set up is a classic confidence scam. 1) Provide reasonable expectations 2) explain it using a method of action that cannot be fully understood 3) never show proof.
If it did create new cells all around the penis somehow affecting all the complex structures surrounding it (including the skin and veins?), you can be sure that would be a prelude to cancer down the road.
I would not do this procedure. I want an easy answer for penis enlargement too. This is total exploitation of the desperate.

Have you had the procedure done or know someone that has? If not, then you are only speculating. This procedure may or may not work. I have doubts myself that it will work to the "extent" that's claimed. However, to dismiss it outright tells me that you haven't read the first thing about PRFM. Google is your friend - try it. There are several legitimate studies and articles that suggest that PRFM does in fact promote cell/tissue growth. These studies have nothing to do with Dr. Runels. PRFM is already being used in facial procedures by doctors other than Runels to fill in wrinkles and scars. The results from the pictures I have seen look quite good. According to an audio on Dr. Runels website, he is offering a money-back guarantee if the patient does not see results. I'm not sure how old the audio is or if the offer still stands, but I will assume it does until I hear differently.

I think we are all skeptical, but to say it would be front page news simply isn't true. Dr Runnels is the first Dr to try this and hasn't published naythng on it yet, as it's still in the experimental stage. Had he been doing it for a while and been able to publish his results, then it would be big news and others would start to do it. It's the same with what is happening with hairloss. In recent weeks it seems like the biggest break through since finisteride has occured, yet it isn't even close to recieving mainstream recognition. Dr Runnels himself seem to be urging caution and advising people that the procedure is in no way consistent at this time. As I've already said, I'm skeptical, but to say it's exploitation of the desperate sound pretty much what was said about site's selling natual PE tecnhiques 10 years ago. And how can "you can be sure that would be a prelude to cancer down the road?" Are you the same poster who was rude towards Dr Runnels int he thread a PEgym?

Hopefully we'll be getting meaningful answers and some before & after pictures. Dr. Runels wrote a book which is available from Amazon.com: www.amazon.com/Anytime-Long-You-Want-Transmutation/dp/0976521903/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1289491622&sr=8-1the reviews are somewhat mixed, some praising it, other stating there is nothing new (i.e. Kegels for stronger erections). Just wanted to make this information available for everyone on the forum.

I'm not sure how old the audio is or if the offer still stands, but I will assume it does until I hear differently. Working as a filler that may stimulate collagen production is completely different than growing an organ....which is exactly what he is claiming. This penis has over a dozen different parts and tissues. This is simply absolutely not possible. If it grows new organ tissue why not repair damaged hearts or kidneys or neurons? If there were even a hint that something like this were possible it would be all over the news. I and several other people over at a hairloss site had PRP, platlet rich plasma therapy, a couple of years ago. Complete magical pixie dust. Same scam. You hone in a new tech where there is reasonable doubt about what it can and cannot do and then ride the money wave until the public catches on. I love hope too. It is addictive. And I miss not having a big dick like I miss a dead friend, but this is ridiculous. Could I be wrong? Sure. But I would bet my house, my car and the clothes on my back that I am not.

He also claims that he has used hormones to help get penis growth of an inch in conjuction with PE. The size of the penis is determined by a genetic program. Adding hormones after puberty would have no change on the penis.

Well to note jonappleseed, stem cell therapy DOES show promise in the repair of other tissues in the lab, and medicine will inevitably recreate tissue and organs as commonplace (some day).
I do find the inch length gain to be a bit perplexing but I stop short of calling it a scam. The Q&A will be coming shortly as soon as Dr. Runels submits his answers.

Are you the same poster who was rude towards Dr Runnels int he thread a PEgym? jon and hoddle - I applaud both you guys for your points of discussion and thank you the info about PEgym - I never heard about it, but Dr. Runels did post some information there which the members on this forum may find useful: www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theory-science-forum/19125-something-too-good-true.htmlI am not a shill for the doctor, but I am someone who is both hopeful and skeptical about this procedure. Hopefully, this PRFM will produce meaningful results. jon is right to be skeptical. Talk to Ken Beaton about this quadamix and chemical PE - it didn't work out and Ken is one of the most skeptical people in the PE community.

Is the $1,900.00 for the entire procedure or for an injection? This does have possibilities. I think there are risks no matter what procedure you decide on. I've read that fat transfers can be conducted after Belloderm and Alloderm and wondering if the same applies here. I have the implant and wonder if having the fat transfer will cover the ridges? only a thought.

Just BUMPING this thread to remind those to stay in tune for the Q&A Thread coming our way shortly.
The doctor said he'd have it to me ASAP, but that was near Thanksgiving and give him the benefit of the doubt that plans got changed.
Now that we've all resumed normal work hours, I suspect he'll have this out to me soon. I did send him a new email to be sure we can get this on pace. Sorry for the delay on the Q&A folks, hope to have it all up soon.

I found this link when I was googling. It looks like Dr. Runels has "trademarked" the "Priapus Shot" name and is in the process of licensing other physicians to perform the procedure: www.yourfemalebody.com/priapus/md.htmlSkeptical One: any word from Dr. Runels on the questionnaire? He posted on another forum (linked in a post above) that he was going post some before and after photos. That was over 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't posted them. Hmmm. Hopefully he's just been too busy. I can't remember if it was on the questionnaire, but if you talk to him maybe you could ask him about posting some before and after pics? Regards, acu

He's responded to me that he would get back to me ASAP and I've sent him multiple emails... and he has promised them for us so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I emailed Dr. Runels some time ago but never got a response. Hopefully he will answer the questions that we posted and were given to him by SO.
