@ Anyone who has had the PMMA for longer than month.
Can you please tell the board how the feeling of PMMA has changed since you got it injected? I think it should be surrounded by the collagen now so it should feel much harder.
Can you let us know?

Mine feels like my own penis. Soft when flaccid, and hard when erect.

No the ring near the glans has not changed, and my girth has been constant for the last three weeks. I am excited for my second procedure. I am going to see if they can taper between the glans and the ring that formed. I guess you could say with the ring, I am ribbed for HER pleasure LOL!.

Hi New to this site. I have been researching pe for about a year and never heard of pmma. I am a man that has always been told I have above average length and slightly under average to average girth. I was always fine with that as most women were ok with this. But I got married a few years ago and my wife let it slip how her ex husband was larger then I. When she says larger she means thicker. She tried to clean it up by saying he was only slightly larger. But I could tell she was lying. My wife has only been with 1 other guy besides me and that is her first husband. So that means I am the smallest man she has ever been with. It is crushing. I would like to get thicker. For confidence, self esteem and to step out of her 1st husbands shadow. I am however afraid of side effects. I have an extremely high libido and if I damaged my tool I dont know how I would handle it. What is the longest case of someone with Pmma injections? What are the worst case side effects? Any cases of botches jobs out there? Looking for help Jelus (Of my wife's ex)

Hi guys,
I am on the edge about the PMMA. I have contacted Dr. C and got all the information and I have picked this way over all the others. Although I am still on the edge about it.
The thing that I am having the hardest time with is trying to tell my fiancee that I want this procedure. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello, new to the board, but have been reading up on this topic for a little while. I appreciate this forum existing as an unbiased source for people to discuss this topic and share their experiences.
It appears many members are excited about PMMA as some members have received the procedure and have reported good girth size increases, minimal changes in feeling, and relative minimal detectability of the procedure (except the ring issue). However, I would like to caution members who are considering this procedure without doing much research outside of this forum. PMMA, from what I have read, has serious potential issues in the future. Some of the top US dermatologists have argued against it for even its on-label use and other permanent fillers because of the non-absorbable materials used. From what I have read, the issues can arise short term, but many do not become apparent for years. I read one case of granuloma formation occurring in a patient receiving PMMA 10 years after the injection (non-penile area), not a claim, but an actual documented medical case. The substance is also difficult to remove if you do have a reaction or an issue in the future as its not one piece, its a large number of plastic microbeads and any corrective surgery may more accurately classified as damage control. Furthermore, assuming no negative reaction or infection occurs, the issue of migration still exists. There are studies on this and I only glanced over one, it generally said in the few years they examined the patients that there was little to no incidence of migration, although I have read other people on the net claiming other studies showed its potential to migrate was higher than initially thought. Without stating a study to back me up, what I do know is that PMMA is held in place by a collagen matrix that your body forms around it. Collagen degenerates as we age and there are no studies that track patients long enough to know if the PMMA will migrate as this natural breakdown process occurs.
I am not writing this to push any PE method over another, in fact I agree with the mainstream medical establishment that ALL of the current PE methods are not well evidenced to be safe or effective. Not to say they can't work for some people, there just isn't a lot of research or even anecdotal evidence supporting that they work for most people or are safe. Sorry if this sounds overly preachy, but I just think given how emotional this topic is, I know people can make rash decisions. I just felt obligated to state a warning to encourage others to research PMMA more before getting it.
