My pics are not as impressive as jasonbond, gsxr, and Evil P because my starting stats were more modest. I am pleased with the results, though. I will post erect pics soon.
Thanks everyone for your encouragement!

I am new to this, or any othe PE forum for that matter. I feel it's time for me to share. I have had the lengthening/alloderm procedure done in 2005 by Dr. Rosenthal. I had excellent initial success (after initial retraction), but have seen a gradual degradation and perhaps some minor retraction. I am strongly considering PMMA to return my post op appearance, and am also considering a testicular enhancement, primarily the elist prosthesis- although I'm not a fan of his pricing. I was strongly considering his girth enhancement procedure (and have been for over a year now) until I began reading the posts here. I too was mislead by the MNS website, and found it to be biased. I am looking for to open discussion regarding my procedure results as well as looking for reassurance and answers regarding the other two procedures. That other new procedure also piques my interest (forgot the name ...it's another acronym), but it sounds experimental at this point. I would like to thank the administrator of this site (skeptical One) for creating a 'safe' environment for discussion, as I have been following these posts quietly for some time. I am open to answer questions, and hope to find answers.
I'm actually considering booking a PMMA treatment. I'm researching the possibility of having lipo done at the same time (I'm fit, but want the handles and bulge removed). I'm also wondering if casavantes is/has/will perform testicular enhancement, or if someone in his area/building does. It doesn't seem to me that testicular enhancement is anywhere near as difficult or invasive as these other procedures, and therefore should be relatively simple/inexpensive. I find elists prosthesis to be the most interesting but ridiculously priced ( I could 3-4 boob implants for that price in the midwest! ). Sorry if I'm slightly off subject for this thread, I'm new and trying to answer several questions I have. thanks for any and all feedback.

Welcome-
Plenty of info here re:pmma.
Testicular implants are almost as controversial as the penile implant. Unless you're missing a testicle, it is generally not advisable...verify this w/ a qualified urologist but one who isn't in the pe/testicular enhancement business.
It is not uncommon for urologists to implant when a prosthetic (testicle) when one or both are MISSING- but many, (not uncle jj purportedly), have had issues w/testicular implants .
My advice, as long as your testicles are healthy, leave them alone!
Good luck

Can someone PM me the link for the doctor's website that performed Jasonbond and gsxr's pmma procedure? I hope this doesn't go against the rules. I didn't want to try and read through 780+ replies to find it. By the way from what I have read it seems like people are pretty happy with the pmma, thanks to all the members that told their stories.

The testicle implants have a very good rate of success and they do NOT have the same track record of the penile implant. They look natural, but in my opinion (and all of the guys I know who have them) all say they feel much harder than your original testicle. As for urologists' and other DR's not agreeing with their use, well, that is up to discussion. But the track record is much longer (around 10 years) and much better results. dog.

Hi Dog,
just to clarify my statement that silicone testicular implants for aesthetic purposes for men who have healthy testicals remains a controversial and very debatable issue. There are a number of reasons why this is a very bad idea, not the least of which, such implants make detection of cancerous testicular masses very difficult. I won't elaborate further. I did not however, mean to suggest that the complication rate was anywhere near that of the penile implant. To my knowledge there is only 1 company that makes an FDA approved testicular implant, and this implant is designed specifically to replace missing testicals. I maintain my opinion against such implants but certainly respect yours.
