Hope all is well! Hope to hear if there are any noticeable differences in "bed," ;-)
Also, I know its easy to move on and there will certainly be less interest in the forums as the year goes on for some of you who have had the PMMA... this is natural and like other members who have had successful phalloplasty (Ck, stalemango, etc), once they've reported, they move on with their lives, only to check in from time to time.
My personal request is that you please keep in touch with us at your 6 and 12 month marker post-op, because we seldom have successful patients reporting with forums that long. This way we get to scratch the surface of PMMA's long-term effectiveness (even though it may take 5-10 years + to really know for sure lol). Certainly your current contributions to the forum are invaluable and greatly appreciated. Hope you all remain as active here as your lifestyle & interest permits.

Just had sex for the first time since getting pmma done. Let me tell you guys she loved it. (new girl) kept telling me its perfect and big. When i was inside i felt the walls and it was tight. Tight every single time we did it. We did it from 2 times a day over the weekend and one time this morning. I will keep posting on this thread especially with every new girl. I am worn out using this new tool. I was walking around naked flaccid after sex before pmma i used to put on boxers right away. Sex is great more confidence i lasted so long each time. |

Hey guys things are still going good here. I go back for my second treatment in a little under a month. I am pretty stoked. I havent posted much here lately becuase well, things are going good and I was getting burned out checking this thing all the time answering questions, and sending videos. Ill be more responsive after the second treatment, so you guys can see how my healing goes that time. Talk to you guys soon.

Two weeks postop PMMA enhancement with Dr. Casavantes; semi-erect. My erect girth has gone from 4.3 to 5 in and erect length remains the same at 6 in. Things are going fine. Haven't had sex yet-probably sometime next week.
If all continues to go well may consider a second treatment in a few months.

Looks great! I notice the "ring" that gsrx was experiencing, although your's is not as noticeable, and to the "untrained eye," may not seem unusual at all. Personally I wouldn't be bothered by it the least bit.
Has the PMMA prevented your penis from turtling in this stage of recovery? I dread turtling!

I am a newbie here and I have follow this thread for sometimes. It seems PMMA is a way to go right now! I too want to have this procedure done, but bc of my paperwork with the immigration I can't cross the border and comeback. Do you guy know anyone willing to perform PMMA PE in the States? Earlier today I call Dr. Cassavantes to see if he would make an exception to perform this procedure in the States since I live near him, but he rightly refused to do so. If anyone knows any doctor that willing to perform this procedure in the States, please let me know. I am desperately in need to enlarge my penis asap!  Thank you for open this boards for men like us! Please help me on this great journey towards penisist! |

Fisherman anything done in the states is illegal and is subject to criminal charges! We would love to see you get it but by somebody saying a certain person perform this in the state probably wouldn't be a good thing to say on a site like this. Not saying I don't want you to get it but it probably won't be legal in the states for another 3-4 years, Sorry my brother and good luck

fishermanThere are other alternatives to PMMA, or perhaps you can wait until your immigration status is changed? For starters, you can work on penis exercises (visit thundersplace.com) to help build good erections, improve premature ejaculation control, and possibly gain some size while you are at it. You have nothing to lose here and possibly something to gain. As for surgical procedures, I'm sure if you've been following the forum for some time you are aware of the other options out there. Alloderm/Belladerm, Staged FFT, etc. PMMA is not done in the states for penile enhancement.

docsavageSeriously, congrats! Your pictures look great. Will you be keeping us posted 6 and 12 months down the line? I am really thinking about this procedure, and my pre-op girth stats are comparable to yours so I'm really intently following your progress.

Thank you for responding to my message. I know its not legal to perform PMMA injection in the States, however, I did many extensive research and I found that many women in States are getting Butt inject with PMMA! They all did it in the States by some underground doctors but I just don't know who and where, and would those doctors know how to perform PMMA injection for PE. I have look into many other PE procedures but they are all too invasive and risky. If anyone of you on this Board happend to know any doctor willing to do this please email me at fisherman.tu333@gmail.com. Your help is greatly appreciated.
