The doc told me it's not attached to the shaft. It's inserted between the corpus and your dermis. I believe he Puts it in between layers of your skin. It stretches with your skin as you becOme erect. It is very elastic.

Thanks. Also does it tend to stay where he placed it ? I know for example they don't put it on the underside of the penis to avoid putting any pressure on the uretha. So what is to stop it spreading out and moving underneath before it sets ?

None of mine migrated. He create a space with the cannula and it's really stable. After two days it's set in Place and won't move. If it does move you massage it back into place. The first two says your supposed to massage it often to make sure it doesn't bunch up. Like I said I had no issues

@ gsxr... happy to hear you got lucky i honestly have to tell you that your after pictures look waay better than the sample before and after pics that was posted on this forum. maybe the docs put too much in those guys penises. and good luck in march. with the look of your results i think a little more wont hurt. @envision thanks for that research man. 3600 dont sound to bad. i really want my glans done. but only if safe. i remember two years ago my girlfriend was felling my penis over my boxers and at full erection she looked at me and said with a twisted face expression " Is that the head? it feels small"..lol i was crushed but i laugh at it now. so thats something i really want. and if i get pmma i dont want my head to look like a little hat on a FAT man..lol I reached 6 inches erect with natural pe. hopefully since im hanging now, if i can reach 6 1/2 to 7 inches then i would go in for the pmma injections and hopefully glan enhancement, them my little soldier would be a force to be reckoned with.. lol

I believe those other before and afters were with swelling so the end result might be better. I had misshapen swelling as well for the first couple of days and then it we t down. I don't mind having a small head. I like the tapered appearance because I think that it will help it get in as it gradually gets bigger. Almost like a wedge is used to split wood.

i gues im explaining it wrong. my head is not long and tapered like a regular guys penis head. if you was to draw a circle and cut it in half and draw a dot on the middle top of it thats a good description of how it looks.

Hi everyone, I am relatively new to this forum, but have been lurking for a while. I have scheduled the procedure w/ Dr. Casavantes on 2/8/11. I will post before and after pics.

The tapered look and feel must be in. I just saw a commercial for the new Trojan Vibrator and it looks cone shaped (tapered). They said it's shaped for a woman's maximum pleasure.

I look forward to your progress! If you don't mind me asking what are your current measurements?
About Glans enlargement
I have emailed Hans Place in London. Their website says they use Macrolane injections and the charge is 600 euros which is currently $800 usd. I'm going to email Dr C just to see if he would reconsider glans enlargement using an injected material such as Macrolane or similar.
I think I may try to gain length through stretching rather than a lengthening surgery and then get PMMA with Dr C after I gain some extra length. Does anyone recommend a specific stretching device that actually works? I would like to get the PMMA in spring (April or May). Is it possible to gain flaccid length this fast? You can PM me with your suggestions. Thanks

I gained instant flaccid length with the PMMA. I now hang around 5 inches most of the time, with 5 inches of girth flaccid. Lovin it. Noticing more and more viens forming in it. Hopefully this means the stuff is vascularizing.

This is all very encouraging I think somebody mentioned it before but I'll ask again anyway...If one were to have a dermal graft already in from a previouys surgery, would he still be a candidate for this surgery?

Messageman
Back on page 18 "Seeker" said that he sent Dr C an email about this. Dr C replied "Yes" he does inject PMMA on patients that already have DFG.

evisionmore you can try a ads(all day stretcher) to gain length. it took me 8 months to gain a inch using manual stretching with jelquing. now im hanging with some harware from walmary and home depot tryng to pull that extra inch out of me. i went from 5 invh to 6 inches trying to get to 7. surgery for length was never a option for me because i know for a FACT it dont work for length only girth.

@ MM - in a word, yep. See my earlier post. I'll copy/paste the email response from Dr C's RN if you'd like.
@ Moderators - Would if be appropriate to do so? Should I paraphrase my correspondence with Dr. C instead?
