I'm sorry to say, I would worry about that too. I lost over 2 inches in length (after the implant removal) but luckily was able to eventually get it back ...To my knowledge, I am the only one (of Elist's patient's) to have been able to regain the length back...
I would suggest consulting with Dr. Elist, but the fact is you just can't trust what he has to say...

@ envision - new1inch's and your reply make total sense. I agree. I was just "thinking out loud." Group rate! Group rate! @ envision - maybe Dr C is expanding his repertoire with helping guys with previous surgery? My responses from Wade were quick. I have quite a mess - botched result from 15 years ago! - I'm cautiously optimistic he can help. I really am curious just what he would do to help me. I've detailed my situation elsewhere - here somewhere on phalloboards and back on MNS. Hmm...I can see how having the info all on one thread would be convenient... hey, wasn't there some dork who thought splitting up this thread would be a good idea?  Really though, I spoke about my specifics before the Dr C thread started. Following gsxr's and jason's posts with interest. Oh, I basically agree with what guys have been saying about enlarging the glans. High risk for very modest gain. I think Reed does glans enhancement as an independent procedure for 4000. And that just increases the ridge. Post-op, I really didn't mind having the shaft significantly larger than the head, though having everything in proportion would be ideal. For me, how I feel now, enlarging the glans is a distant thought. Fixing my botched dermal and getting a new girth material for the shaft are my goals. |

Getting seriously interested now. But still slightly worried about the possible side effects, anyone else feel that way ?
Also as I still have a partial foreskin, I'm wondering exactly how it would work in my case.

I was just thinking.. i hope that the docs dont raise the price of the procedure if it gets popular. so should we all go scramble to get it done before its up to $3000. WHo KNows?  just a thought. |

Hey guys, the Dr told me that they were doing several of these a week so I cant imagine that we are going to change that. He said a lot of mexicans are getting it done too.
@evil...thanks man. Im in the guard...hopefully wont have to hunt again for a while. I do have some water training I have to go to this summer, and let me tell you, itll be nice to have this thing....and not shrinking beyong all recognition.

Also the doc advised me not to do anything with it sexually for 2 weeks. I am going for a bj next week  If i can keep my girl away from it for that long. |

I would say it is hard enough now. I dont want to mess up the result though so I am just going to baby it ya know. One guy told me he had sex that night, but he sounded kind of well, full of it so I dont know.

well guys my girl just wouldnt leave me alone tonight. So I let her give me a bj. She was gentle with me, and let me tell you it felt incredible. I usually have trouble having an orgasm with oral, but I had no trouble tonight. It was crazy how sensitive it was. Also it looks and feels natural. She liked it and wants to try it out. Gsxr, excellent news! Happy to hear the procedure has been successful so far. I just do love the idea of how minimally invasive the procedure it is, and how theoretically permanent it is. The fact that it feels and looks natural (with modest gains of course) is even more bonus points!
I am pondering the Dr. C route initially, and then possible touch-ups in Brazil since Dr. C is limiting the injection volumes (which is actually a great thing in general). The only major concern I have if there are any issues with using different brands of PMMA should I consider this route.
Staged FFT is still currently #1 on my list (due to proximity and effectiveness), but PMMA's stock has been on the rise (not surprisingly the most popular thread on these forums this new year).

I received emails yesterday on Glans Enlargement.
UGRS in Birmingham UK uses Macrolane injections (Temporary). Needs touch up within 3 to 5 years. $3400. (current exchange rate)
Dr Reed in Florida uses Alloderm, Belladerm (both Permanent) or Juvederm injections (Temporary). All $3950.
Dr Krakovsky in California uses Alloderm/Belladerm or DFG (All Permanent) does "not" use temporary fillers. Cost $6 - 8k.
I'm still waiting on a couple more.

GSXR I believe you described the pmma as being like a coat which slides over your shaft when you retract your shaft skin. I am trying to understand this more. It seems you are saying that it's attached to the skin and not the shaft underneath is that correct ?
Another possibility is that it's attached to both the the skin and shaft but is flexible, sort of like a jelly and so stretches when the skin slides up and down over the shaft. To some extent it seems logical that it must be flexible or it wouldn't be able to cover your entire shaft when you became erect.
I would be interested in your views on this. What do you think is going on ?
