It's your penis, but if I were you i wouldn't have anymore done. Your new penis looks absolutely brilliant. It's on a totally different level to anything else I've seen other than the odd PLGA scaffold surgery. I've been following PE surgery for over a decade so am well placed to tell you just what a phenomonally good result you've had. But with any type of PE enhancement there is the risk of going too big and causing the penis to look odd. If you have any more put in you run the risk of the head looking too small compared to the shaft. Also the skin is more pliable in the middle and therefore if you over inject, the skin stretches more easily in the middle creating an egg like shape. You can see this in the Fred's photo's on his blog. How much bigger do you actually want to be? It's a fantastic size now and looks brilliant, so if I were you I think very carefully before having anymore.

new1inch Yeah, I understand. Keeping all the info in place. Being able to ask a question and have everyone with pmma experience be able to comment on it makes sense to me. I'm just saying...if this thread does grow quite a bit, maybe we need some other way to manage it. I check the forum often, so I guess I'm never wading through posts. Just a thought.

gsxr,
I know I keep repeating myself but I can't get over how natural it looks! (lol)
Seeker,
Sorry man, I'm with new1inch on keeping the PMMA in one place. I know it's 19 pages but for those of us that have been following this thread from the start it's easier to keep coming back and checking updates rather than looking through 2 threads on the same topic. Plus I'm sure some of us will end up posting the same questions on both threads which would be "unmanageable". For the New guys, this thread has hours of research by several phalloboard members over the past few months. Not to mention the blogs with pictures, pro(s) and cons, alternative Dr's websites, numerous questions & answers from Dr C, "idm" which gave us a scientific approach to PMMA, "gsxr" which gave us first hand knowledge as a patient of Dr C and Before/After pictures, etc. This is very valuable info to anyone considering PMMA without having to spend hours on the internet researching for themselves and asking the same questions to the Doctors and members of this site that have already been answered. I have found that the members on here are very honest and tell it like it is (speak their mind) whether good or bad. I trust the info and feedback that these guys have to give. It's also nice that more than one Doctor is mentioned so not to promote any "one" Doctor no matter how "Great" he may be (Sorry Dr C) lol. This is NOT MNS!!! We're all here for the same purpose and we're all looking at this thread for the same purpose (to find out more PMMA info). I know I get excited when someone has posted on this thread because it may be something new that I hadn't heard before or more pictures. When I started this thread I had absolutely NO idea it would grow so large or become so popular. I'm just glad we have alternatives to major surgery on our penis!
I sent Dr C an email asking about PMMA over the implant weeks ago. Wade (Nurse) responded saying he would forward my email to Dr C. I never had another response. I did email after that to ask if Dr C would respond and nothing. Recently I emailed Wade and asked a different question and I got an answer for my question but nothing on the implant. I even posted here way back when I sent the question that I thought Dr C or Wade must be over me and my questions (lol). I'm glad someone finally received an answer on the implant! (lol)
Sorry for the long winded post, it took me a lot longer to type it than it did for you to read it (LOL). If you've followed this thread you know it's pretty typical of my personality (lol). Have a good night.

I see a lot has been posted while I was writing! (LOL) I have a family so it takes me a while to do anything!

I'm glad you agree.
Jasonbond
Good Luck! Your in good hands with Dr C! Looking forward to seeing results.
New1inch
This was my recent question to Wade (Dr C's nurse) about the head (Glans) enlargement. He wrote back saying they currently do not offer Glans enlargement. I was under the impression from earlier emails with them that they injected a temporary filler H. Acid into the glans for enlargement that would last for a year or maybe a little longer (?).
Some Dr's are injecting Macrolane into the glans which is also a temp filler but from what I've read only 30% of the macrolane is absorbed this would mean that 70% stays and you can go back to have more once the 30% is absorbed. The absorption takes place over a 5 year period. This is just what I've read as I too would like Glans enlargement. I also read that some Dr's are injecting fat into the glans (?). I'm sure this would help with premature ejaculation as well as enlargement as I would think the Glans would be less sensitive to the touch. I'm not sure if Dr Guinta offers this, I will send him an email to see.

Yes the picture are all flaccid. Having the shaft bigger than the head wont bother me. It doesnt seem like enlarging the head would be possible, seems kinda scary cutting into it, I dont know.

The glans is the most sensitive area of the body sexually speaking. You screw that up and you are in deep dodo.
I do remember some one who said there was some type of an injection of oils to enlarge the glans, it is done in Thailand I think?

Hi gents-
I don't believe Giunta will augment the glans,(certainly not w/scalpul or laser) but ask him anyway-I'm one of his patients but not a spokesman!
The glans is part of our penis of course but its a very different structure from the shaft.
If anyone knows which doctors use macrolane, please advise.
Gsxr: congrats on a great result! I understand we always want more, but I agree w/the gentleman who stated that your result is stellar! You really neednt do anything more ...BUT...
Jason-Good Luck! And let us know how the journey was and all those sorts of details too.
Perhaps we should all just fly to San Diego, rent a bus and get a "group rate"! (Joke).

I wonder if removing my implant and getting the PMMA would be a good idea. My concern it that if I remove it, I will have a huge loss of length as had happened to many before!
