I hope idm will check in from time to time, regardless of his so-called "retirement from posting, " lol. I was aware of his decision, although I kept it confidential as he had requested. It was actually his input on the doctor (more so than the product) that got me to finally decide on settling for this method of girth enhancement. IDM was and is known for being extremely critical of physicians, and having a background in pre-med, he was even more keen on making his opinions known. But after his consultations with Dr. C and his subsequent appointments, his in-person assessment of Dr. C and his staff was the reassurance I needed. The method itself was already promising in my mind, I think idm's "thumbs up" gave me that final push I needed.

Does anyone know if its possible to have pmma if you have already had dermals inserted, I ask because I think it would be difficult to in sert the needle through outside skin and the dermal and then under the dartos facia.

Thanks supra for sharing idm's messages with us. Happy that he seems to have gotten good results from PMMA and sharing the professionalism of Dr. C and his staff with us.

Yea, I was wondering that as well. I can understand not wanting to answer a slew of questions, but as a MODERATER and a fellow brother of numerous PE surgerys ... I find it a bit disheartening that he would "retire" and not give feed back about about his extensive knowlage regarding these matters. There are so many potential patients that are struggling with there insecurities (myself included) on a day to day basis. And the personal experience (good/bad) of the "vets" serve as a massive beacon hope. I encourage,implore others to continue and not hinder into "retirement". It is my word when I make my decision on a procedure, I WILL continue to pay it forward.

Actually I was thinking about that myself. What "nutrition" would help nourish and optimize collagen formation, if any. It's actually on a list of questions I plan to go over on with Wade. Hi SO, I just thought, I've been considering adding DMSO to my Andractim treatments, but now am wondering if using DMSO along with a collagen building chemical might not heighten its effect? We must remember that one is to use ONLY 99.9% Pure Pharmaceutical Grade DMSO, given that other types might have carcinogenic solvents which could penetrate you deeply. If there is some product which enhances collagen buildup, it might be interesting to apply during post operative PMMA healing to stimulate the collagen? Yet, maybe it would make it grow too much, giving uncontrolled girth? HC |

I'll also ask about DHT, Pregnyl, and other hormonal candidates that may or may not be a good idea. I went to the endocrinologist to get a prescription of Pregnly, but they asked for tons of blood tests first that would only be ready once I'm in Tijuana plus a mammogram and a testicle x-ray. So I'm getting the later two and seeing if my general practitioner would be willing to prescribe Pregnyl... with an unlikely outcome. After all it is Gonadotropin which is a natural hormone secreted by pregnant women in their urine. Yet it is possible this might help? HC |

I can understand the blood tests, but a testicular X-ray?! Are they trying to make you sterile?? Ask for a 2nd opinion about that!! |

25 from Pittsburgh, Pa. Looking into make the trip down to TJ for PMMA.
Current stats are 6 to 6.5 Erect Length and 4.75 to 5 Erect Girth
I am looking to move up in Erect Girth to at least 6 but no more than 6.25 to 6.5
Any thoughts?

Hi openraptor, With your starting stats and target girth you're going to be reaching nirvana with those specs. For your length enables achievement of what most women call the ideal girth (between 5.5" and 6.5") while retaining pleasing aesthetics. You'll find plenty of testimonials here. The best persons to advise you will be Dr C and Nurse Wade when you arrive at the clinic according to what I've heard here. Yet it seems likely that given the significant girth gains you seek you will probably need 2 sessions. Keep us informed if you jump the gun and book your first. HC |

You may feel hardness in area where penis meets body. That is, if u had pmma added in area. My area was noticeably hard and showed a slight rise with edge like feel. I too was concerned but gave it the full time of recovery. Today, the rise and edge subsided, and no longer noticeable.
Interestingly, it seems to help push the penis out, in flaccid state.
Please give yourselves the full recovery time, and then some. Your penis will go through changes. I can only suggest to be patient. |

I am content with what has been achieved thus far. If I added anymore, my penis could explode. Also, I wanted to address some minor issues. Please note that I was orig. 4.5 inches EG. As stated previously, there is a tiny red ball in skin, top side, around circ line. I can pinch the ball, within skin, and pull up. There is a hardness to it. No warranty; however, Doc stated (at my last session) to come back in should any issues arise. Considering I spent some good money on 3 procedures, I would least expect a standard level of follow-up service. He, and especially Wade, do seem to care about patients. Several weeks ago, Wade called me to see how things were. I did not expect it. He asked why I stopped sending him pics of my penis, as I usually do to keep him informed of status. I have been extremely busy these past months. Good questions, BTW. EP |
