Hi smartman,
I had a few questions I was hoping you could answer.
1.) Do you remember what your girth measurements were after your first PMMA session?
2.)Did the doctor who did your PMMA injections make any comments regarding concentration of the PMMA and what effects it would have?
3.)You stated you had the the two PMMA injections spaced 9 months apart. How long was it until you felt the PMMA had settled and any additional size to be gained from the collagen had stabilised?
4.)Do you feel the 8 weeks that Dr. C states between the first and second injection is a fair amount of time? Would you recommend a different length and if so, how long in between sessions?
5.)From your experience of having over 40cc of PMMA in the penis, how much PMMA do you think would be the maximum one could get while maintaining decent aesthetics and be fully functional?

stormy, Hi smartman, I had a few questions I was hoping you could answer. 1.) Do you remember what your girth measurements were after your first PMMA session? I dont remember it exactly, but I do remember it was less than 6 in. may be 5.5-5.7 in. but if we think about it in different way my flaccid width was around 3.2 cm ( even with some remnant of alloderm) after the 2nd injection it became 5.2 cm the width and I think i had around 45-48 cc in total. So each 22-24cc will increase your width or diam. of your flaccid 1cm. But that depends on the length of your penis and may be on the concentration of the pmma (mine was 30%). 2.)Did the doctor who did your PMMA injections make any comments regarding concentration of the PMMA and what effects it would have? No he said his aim is to make your penis to have normal flaccid width , as I said before he said 4 cm the width of your flaccid penis is the normal measurement  Believe me after you try the 1st injection you will love it and your fear will be gone and you will always think about the 2nd one day and night lol . 3.)You stated you had the the two PMMA injections spaced 9 months apart. How long was it until you felt the PMMA had settled and any additional size to be gained from the collagen had stabilised? I think the first 24-36 hrs it is important to be sure the pmma is distributed along your penis equally, I think the penile stretcher will help you for that purpose and it will not press on the pmma. In the first 2 wks the pmma will be soft during that period it will decrease in its size a bit but it will gradually increase in its size esp. after 3 wks and become firmer like your muscle . 4.)Do you feel the 8 weeks that Dr. C states between the first and second injection is a fair amount of time? Would you recommend a different length and if so, how long in between sessions? Yes after 8 wks you can have your 2nd injection , I did avoid sex till after 4-5 wks that was my doctor advice . 5.)From your experience of having over 40cc of PMMA in the penis, how much PMMA do you think would be the maximum one could get while maintaining decent aesthetics and be fully functional? I think it depends on the person himself and what is his penile length. My Gf and I we are happy with my penile girth. So less than 20cc in the first session is no good for me . But I met two different girls who have slept with different guys before, they told me you have the thickest tool, in the beginning they were a bit scared but then they wanted to try it , I swear ladies do love thick penis, the only problem will be a virgin girl for me. I think men with longer penis and have strong erection will have the best result . The amazing thing about pmma and your new collagen is a bit softer like a rubber in the flaccid state and gets harder and firm during erection ( esp. when you have strong erection). I think ( or almost sure) that the pmma is injected between the deep fascia (bucks fascia) and the superficial layer thats why it will feel harder and firmer during erection ( the deep layer will push the pmma outward toward the superficial layer which has a limit of expansion. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gray588.pngwisher, I will try to post pic. in the future , but its not a promise . |

2. Use the recent posts search function in the profile.
I know how difficult it is to keep up with the info on this thread because it is so massive, but it becomes even more massive and disorganized when questions are repeated. There is also a search function as well. I hope everyone understands, and in the meantime I'm trying to figure out what to do to make this thread more user-friendly since it has become a bit problematic to sort through and find the answer to a specific question.

The same questions keep coming up time and time again for all the guys who have had PMMA and this thread is becoming harder to navigate as it grows. I think maybe we need to start individual photo/progress threads for all those who have had PMMA and accompany these threads with a template of 10-15 questions that get asked over and over again.
We keep seeing requests for before and after photo's. This would obviously be solved with a photo thread, and by accompanying the photo with 10-15 answers to the main questions, it would mean guys don't have to repeat themselves over and over again and also those looking for answers to basic questions, don't have to read 60+ pages.

Gsxr, jasonbond, E.P., docsavage, bigbizo8, and any others who have recently undergone the procedure should consider making a new thread at the "Patient Support Group & Progress Reports" forum. We should sort out a list of basic questions that you can all answer on the first post of you individual thread of you don't mind. The stuff that gets asked all the time such as,
1.) Before stats (ie flaccid and erect; girth and length)
2.) After stats
3.) Date of procedure
4.) Amount and concentration of PMMA
and so on.....

Yes, anyone who has had the PMMA procedure done (with Dr. C or any other practitioner) is welcome (and encouraged) to start their own progress thread at the Patient Support Group & Progress Threads forum. Like Hoddle suggested, it would be helpful to start the thread stating all the basic facts such as before & after stats, date of procedure, doctor (presumably Dr. C), and the amount & concentration of PMMA. Then you can re-upload some of the photos you have used as well as detail your experiences before & after the procedure. This way members can follow specific members with ease rather than flipping through 70 pages and 1000 replies+ of information. And if you choose to make a new thread at the other forum, be sure it has your user name in it, like "Member Name's PMMA Progress Thread." Assuming you have the time, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!  -S.O. |

I am surprised to hear the doc saying 4cm diameter is the normal flaccid. If my calculations are correct that equates to a girth/circumference of almost 5 inches, surely that is bigger than normal ?
I'm also amazed to hear your flaccid is 5.2cm wide. That should be about 16.3cm or 6.4inches ! Are my calculations correct, what is your flaccid girth ?
