Now guys remember the question to ask the Dr - has he done it to himself as he said originally he considered injecting his own dick with Restalyne. If not why not. Wizard: He says he has done it to himself. Hoddle posted about it in "Reply #20" above. Check out the following audio: attendthisevent.com/Modern/?eventid=14945268

Thanks Acu but sounds all very beguiling to me (haven't we been here before) - its the way he casually slips out an inch of growth both ways knowing most of us here would kill for it. He said he has documented his own journey well frankly I would want to see the hard evidence before parting with a dime. He says there are 100 test cases out there - where are they? One of them would have cross referenced with one of our sites, surely. Or at least there would be before and after photos taken for the website.
He says something interesting though, he wouldn't expect to take someone's money if they saw no result. Notwithstanding the fact that he takes advance payment, here's the issue: even one mili-inch he would consider as a result and that's probably all one would end up with. And if you were to complain or express disappointment you would be told it reacts differently in different people and you just happen to be the unlucky one. And then you would be offered a top-up at a reduced fee.
Sorry to be negative but I am starting to learn to read between the lines as I 've been down this road many times before. Possibly the only positive thing I can see for it at this point - is the cost and the fact it is non-surgical. I am certain you will get a result but nothing to write home about.
Look at it another way, if this man were really onto something he would have the world and its brother lining up, every adult films star and wannabe adult films star including every TV station in the land! Its the thing everyman most wants.
Prove me wrong!

If a Dr. has 100 cases with success, even less than 100 then I will have to assume he would take some pix and document his procedure to prove/promote it. Why would anyone NOT show pix of their work, if they believe it to be true, regardless of what it is.

Why would anyone NOT show pix of their work, if they believe it to be true, regardless of what it is. To be fair to himk, he does state on his website he is looking for patients who are prepared to have their before and after photo's posted. But I find his claims on the gains hard to believe. I think PRFM will add volume to whereever it's injected, but I can't believe the increases he's talking about are possible. I've be amazed if he could get 1/4" in length and girth. If he could then for $2000 per year I'd probably do it. I know this doesn't sound like a big increase but it is actually around 3 cubic inches on the average penis.

Is there anybody happy to be a guinea pig? Anything that has extracellular matrix properties should give you some growth, cause cells should recognize the situation. It works a bit like that:
cells in a row: A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H addition of extracellular matrix: A-B-C-D-MATRIX-E-F-G-H
Cell D knows that is in the middle and that was next to E so could divide, the same for E, so we can end up as:
A-B-C-D1-D1-E1-E1-F-G-H, the amount of separation is limited for each growth period though, if the gap is too big the cells will start to die...
That's the story for PLGA scaffold, alloderm and belladerm, they all act as extracellular matrix scaffolds where our cells can grow into.

That's the story for PLGA scaffold, alloderm and belladerm, they all act as extracellular matrix scaffolds where our cells can grow into. I'm considering having the procedure done in early January. I want to do some more research, but the more I read about it, the more I'm satisfied with its safety profile. Safety to me, is the most important factor. If you google PRFM and read some of the studies, this stuff seems quite amazing. However, like some of the others on here, I'm skeptical that this procedure can produce gains of an inch or more (as claimed by Dr. Runels). However, if one treatment can produce gains of 1/4" - 1/2", then I would still consider that pretty damn good and definitely worthwhile. If the worst that can happen is that I get little or no growth, then I'm willing to risk the $1,900. Also, Runels states that if you don't get any results, he will refund your money. I want to get more information on what he considers "no results" and see some pictures as well, before I book the procedure. The one thing that bothers me is that he has supposedly performed this procedure on 100 or so patients and as of now there is not a single picture on his website showing before and after results. You would think that at least a few people would have stepped forward with pictures. My suspicion is that this is a very, very new procedure and it hasn't been performed on anywhere near 100 people. I emailed Dr. Runels several questions a few days ago and hopefully he will answer them. So far I haven't received a reply. If I don't get an answer, that will tell me everything I need to know. If I do end up going through with the procedure, I will document everything here. acu

Hey guys, please be cautious/skeptical with this PRFM stuff. As I recall Ken Beaton was involved with some chemical PE called quadamix that was supposed to be good, but to the best of my knowledge just gave guys a partial erection - so much for chemical PE with Ken. I am still wanting for a response and to see some before & after pictures. Who knows. This PRFM stuff may work and satisfactory results.

I am still wanting for a response and to see some before & after pictures. Who knows. This PRFM stuff may work and satisfactory results. No doubt we should be cautious with any type of PE procedure/surgery, especially something that is new and unproven. However, I really don't think we can compare this to injecting chemicals into our dicks. This stuff after all, is your own tissue. From the articles I have read so far, I haven't seen a single mention of a major side effect (of course this is based on having it injected into the facial area, not the penis). As I mentioned in a previous post, men with ED inject drugs into their corpus cavernosum over 100 times in a year with no major side effects. PRFM is a one time shot. The more I read about this stuff, the less worried I am about safety risks. What bothers me more is the lack of photo evidence that it actually works. As I said before, if I can see a few before and after pics, possibly talk to a former patient or two, and be reassured by Dr. Runels that he'll honor his money-back guarantee (if I don't get results), then I don't mind being the "Board" the guinea pig. Skeptical One: You posted the answers to some questions you asked Dr. Runels. Just wondering if you could elaborate when you get a chance (if there's anything to elaborate on). Thanks. acu

Sorry guys its been a busy weekend. Glad to be back to share what I've learned.
From my understanding his sample size is LESS than 100 and his lack of photos is a direct result of being a very new method for PE. This is why the price is so reasonable, you have to offer your before and after pictures as well as serve as a sort of "guinea pig," regardless of the procedure's safety profile.
I also know he says he tried it on himself and was initially concerned but went ahead with it because of how successful it was when used in the other procedures. I believe either Dr. Runels and/or some other doctor have used PRFM successfully in facial procedures and have had positive results.
As for gains. He did throw around the "1 inch," but on the flip side, he also did stress that gains could vary person to person. According to the doctor, the small sample size that's received the injection: some gained volume (girth and length), others had improved erection quality, and some received little or no benefit. He never really mentioned how much size he gained personally, but believes its possible to get an inch in length and possibly even more in girth.
He also didn't have a full understanding of how permanent this procedure is, or whether it required top-offs.
Much of the science he elaborated on was pretty much the same info you can find at his website.
He also noted how his penis looked and felt "healthier and younger," implying that his penis had the quality of how it was when he was in his 20s's (I'm assuming he is now 50+).
I believe that covers most of what I know now, but if and when I learn more, I'll be sure to add.

How long did it take you to get a reply?

LOL I haven't received a response by email either, I decided to just call him. I advise anyone here who is genuinely interested in trying this method in the coming weeks/months to call him, his phone number was available on his website.

I wonder if mixing this stuff with Acell would be of any benefit. I know they are mixing PRP with Acell in experimental hairloss treatments.
I have an appointment with Dr David Ralph in London at the end of the month. I know he has used Restylane for PE before, but I assumed if injected it under the skin. But maybe he injected that direct into the penis. I'll ask when i see him and see what he says about PRFM. I doubt he'll have heard of it, but if the method he used with Restylane was injecting direct into the penis, it will be useful information.

I listened to the taped recording where he talks about this procedure. I believe he mentioned that he gained an inch in length and girth.
After all the misinformation/lies I have seen and heard with any PE (there are some truths of course ), I would like to see real pix before and after.
I am going to call him and see what he say to me..
