What started here as a quest for information in the face of scams and shady message boards of the time (circa 2009-2011), grew into a community and resource I would have never later imagined to see. Between this forum, PhalloBoards 2.0, and the newest PhalloBoards 3.0, this community and its associated content represents the largest conglomeration of content pertaining to male surgical / cosmetic enhancements (especially topics pertaining to penis enlargement, scrotal enhancement, etc).
I invite you all, those curious, those who've been here before, and those who are serious candidates for these kinds of procedures. The advancements this forum community has made over nearly a decade now includes the inclusion of Doctors & Experts in the field, providing their knowledge and opinion.
I look forward to a new decade with improvements in the industry that yield more consistent, and safer results for men in search of revision, augmentation, or enhancement.
