The base may have areas of scar tissue at the entry points which remain mildly painful when moved or manipulated... which for me eventually subsided. A double procedure may also increase the irritation found in that area.
I couldn't see the yellow line in the picture, could you better explain that?
As for your overall aesthetics, the swelling has improved dramatically. Although I wont pass judgment till the 6th week, it wont be unusual to find yourself in need of a 2nd session to touch up on variations in the shaft.
@so : thanks for the info! Actually I had not updated the pictures on the blog. It's done now : you'll see what I mean : less dent, more swelling at the top, light yellow line and some white stiff area at the base.
How long did it take for your "base pain" to subside? Having sex now is a sort of torture! Could be great but it's just painful... I would love to know what it is and be sure it will disappear! How could I know if it scar tissue? There is nothing visible really...
It looks like the PMMA is in your foreskin. Like you I am uncut. I wrote Dr . Casavantes a mail to ask if there are complications with the PMMA procedure for uncut patients and I asked if the PMMA would move into the foreskin like lymphatic fluid when you overpump ( doughnut effect )
They reassured me that this is not the case, PMMA will not move into the foreskin and stay behind the glans because it is put between 2 layers dermis / fat.
Looking at your pics I think they are wrong =( Have you asked them if the PMMA will stay permanently in your foreskin?
Capital, appearance wise it does look a lot better in the latest photos. But it's hard to compare with your pre op pictures because your original flaccid picture showed the foreskin retracted behind the glans.
@gsrx : thanks man! I must say your initial results surely made you nervous, I sympathize retrospectively! I see you had a sort of bulge on the top that could be compared with mine even though mine is in the foreskin. How long did it take for it to subside?
@so : the yellow line I think had been previously described as a ridge all along the shaft. I can't remember who had that but I'm not the only one I know. It is not too much of a problem right now.
olafspo: indeed something came into the foreskin, but what? Is it pmma (probably), is it mostly swelling (it feels very squishy there)? I still hope it is going to diminish with time and otherwise I hope that it will be possible to remove it. Does anyone know on what condition this sort of bulge can be removed? We've heard about kenalog injections but I suppose it is not possible everywhere (since pmma removal is known to be difficult). Maybe only in places where tissue has not grown, which seems to be the case here, since it is only skin, and that the bulge seems mostly made of fluid? Questions about that and about the foreskin might be interesting to ask Wade but I don't want to because I don't want to send him too many mails - he's been kind enough I don't want to be a burden!
mikehok : thanks, it does look better! Actually the shaft and the base look very natural now (even though it is not so obvious with the pictures posted). The only real problem with the looks (and to some extent with usability) is the big squishy bulge at the top...
And the biggest concern for me now is still this pain! I received a mail from Wade saying my penis was very unhappy at this time (it is) and that I needed to be patient. I am ok to be patient, but I would like to be sure that the evolution is more or less normal.
If it is squishy it could indeed be lymphatic fluid. My foreskin looks the same when I have pumped for too long and my penis returns to flaccid state. Too bad I can t post pics here anymore. The doughnut that appears behind the glans while over-pumping is in fact an accumulation of lyph fluid behind the glans. As your penis becomes flaccid and points downward, the fluid will move downwards ( gravity ) and gets trapped in the foreskin like in a sack.
Usually it takes one day for the swelling to disappear.
Due to trauma and swelling it could maybe take significally longer.
You're probably right, it must be some kind of edema. In a former post I described it as squishy with a sort of rigid edge underneath. But the thing has changed somehow, got bigger (probably because of premature sex) and now I mostly feel the squishy part. I don't know if the yellowish edge is still there, but it resembled the ridge on the shaft I've told you about. BTW the latter is also changing a little (lighter on the first half..).
I would, however, write Dr. Casavantes ( or Wade ) an E-mail with a picture of your fluid buildup. Don´t be afraid you ´embarrass´ them. I mean you have paid them a lot of money for the procedure and a good doctor / nurse should always be there for his patients afterwards.
I mean you have not ´bombed ´ them with 100 mails a day, so why should they be angry about your mail when you have some complications.
When I write Wade again I will tell that I saw pictures of your penis and ask why he assured me that there would be no fluid buildup in the foreskin.
justpitchingin: Anyways.. I have had the Elist procedure.. only 14 weeks post-op.. So far so good.. But be warned the girth is actually something that may not be appreciated as it may be a bit much for folks that are not into girth..

champ101: Dr Colin Moore is a butcher, NEVER allow him anywhere near your penis. His work is VERY bad and his fees are far in excess of others who complete these surgeries much better. He could not care less about his patients, his work is VERY bad.
