Knowing what I know now, I'd say your day 7 and day 10 pics will show dramatic areas of improvement with respect to the bruising and the edge you were referring to. Be sure to continue massaging the shaft, keeping the entry points clean & covered, and taking the antibiotics as prescribed. I agree with Smartman, I don't think it is anything significant at the moment and days 7 & 10 are usually very indicative (took me about a week for the swelling to dissipate completely). Good luck!
Capital I think you're gonna be fine. It's interesting that you're one of the few uncut guys to have this. I'm also uncut (well sort of...don't ask !), and was wondering whether the pmma would be under the foreskin when it's over the glans ?
I'm coming from the UK, can I ask, when you crossed the border into Mexico did you need anything other than a passport ?
First thank you all for those messages! It is really a pleasure and a great relief to have people caring and making useful comments. Really I love this place!
@hunchunk: _there is very probably a bloating due to the (double) trauma my penis has received. Part of this bulge is squishy indeed. However I can clearly feel a more solid edge inside, a half circle that is probably accumulated pmma. _If necessary I would go back for a second session but it was really not in my plan : I'm happy with the girth (around 5,2 so far) , so it would only be for the aesthetics and as you said, it's really a journey for me. _ Apparently I was the first French to have PE with him yes - even though he had a French-American patient so I'm only half exclusive.
smartman : _Thank you for your comforting words! I was kind of afraid of this granuloma thing but your explication is really clear and I'm sure you're right. _ About massaging or wrapping, I called Wade (who was as kind as always) and he told me to do so only if the edge was not totally settled. But I think it is unfortunately, I don't think it's going to move, and overmanipulating it (said Wade) could lead to more swelling. _ It is maybe a little less obvious when erect but still very visible. Wade said it was going to smooth over time : the puffy area and even the rigid circle. I may try to have a Kenalog injection in France to help the process but it's still too early to say if it would be necessary. But you're absolutely right: in the worst case, I'll find a way (and a pile of dollars) to go back to TJ. And definitely : I would never want to go back to the thin pre op penis! NEVER!
@skepticalone : _Smartman, Wade and you have insisted on the fact that it was too early to draw any conclusion and that's right. I was a little afraid because contrarily to the common swelling/bruising/ringing seen in the pictures, this had not really happened before (maybe something similar did happen to Docsavage though), and my penis really looked odd on that part. Wade told me to call back by the end of the week, and I hope you will all be right and things will have got better. It's always easier when others tell you so than when you try to convince yourself. _ As I said, I'm not sure about the massaging because I think it's already too late and the product isn't mobile anymore.
mikehok: _Yes there is pmma under the foreskin and that covers the glans when flaccid (well partially in my case). _To cross the border you will just need your passport. It went alright for me even though they were quite inquisitive and the tone was somewhat suspicious. The driver told me that some guys had been interrogated for an hour or so! He also said walking was generally faster than staying in the van. _I stayed at the Marriott in TJ: it's very clean, comfortable, with ok prices (less than in SD and you even have a little discount if Christian makes the reservation) and close to the clinic. I was fully satisfied with it.
I'll keep you informed of the evolution! You're really a great support (and as you have seen I'm quite a nervous guy so I really appreciate .
Capital, it's interesting that the pmma is under the foreskin. Wade told me that doesn't happen since the pmma is under the fascia which stops at the glans, so the skin which rolls over the glans in the flaccid state doesn't have any pmma under it.
But it sounds to me like you are saying that the pmma is attached to the skin and when that skin moves over the glans it is thicker than your pre op skin. Is that correct ?
Not that it's necessarily a problem by the way but I wanted to avoid that donut look in the flaccid. But yours looks fine by the way.
Well I think it is but I'm not 100% sure since there is still a lot of swelling in there. I'll tell you in a few days. Indeed the flaccid looks thicker also in the area of the foreskin but I don't think it would lead to any donut look : we'll see.
I agree that it's unlikley the dent will resolve itself, but on the plus side, it does look like it should be very easy to fix with a bit more PMMA in that area. I'm from the UK and if I do ever get PMMA, I'm already resigned to the fact it's going to mean at least two trips all the way to Mexico. Even with a skilled practitioner, such as Dr C, the results with this method are too unpredictable to even consider trying to get things done in one session.
Other than the dent, it's looking very good though. As I've already said, the dent should be easy to fix, so you can already tell that you should have a great final result.

While I haven't gotten the procedure yet I still venture to voice an opinion. I think that until all swelling has subsided and the collagen has fully formed we really cannot know what the final result will be like. I can well understand that seeing changes in morphology during recovery one would wonder where things are heading. But I think that Skeptical One had it figured, when he decided to wait until the final end of a six week period before concluding what the results of his first session would be. I'd say just wait and see how things progress. I also think that this is the main reason - more than topping up and adding more girth - that it is routinely stated that a second session will usually be necessary.

Tenderness around those areas is not unusual even a week + out, but the pain shouldn't be significant.
Capital, the entry points are completely healed/closed correct? And you have taken your full antibiotics course, correct? If these are both true, then I suspect you are dealing with residual tenderness that should abate in due time. Unless the pain is significant, and/or increases, I don't see any apparent issues from you've detailed. Good luck!
I sent you a PM and you can reply in French if you prefer. I think that your situation of recover is harder than most because you went in for a second trauma shortly after the first. While the infection risks of such a rapid sequence is eliminated by antibiotics, the cumulative incidence of a relatively aggressive intervention is not. I'd expect your recovery to take as much as twice as long as that for a single intervention, given that you had two in one.
Thanks for your messages! Sorry I'm a bit long to answer but don't have that much privacy those days.
mikehok The dent appeared not immediately but soon after but I can't say when because of the wrapping.
@hunchkunk - I'll answer asap!
@so : yes the antiobitics were taken and the entry points are completely healed. I feel the pain only when I touch or when I have an erection (it kind of spoil everything...). I wonder why it is so, and hope it is going to disappear. Probably the fact I had two operations almost in the same day is a reason, but I wonder if it cannot be something else...
Glad to hear the dent is improving. It's strange, I wonder what caused it. Is it possible that your shaft skin at that point is tighter and it pushed the pmma aside leaving the dent ?
I know when I turtle that the shaft skin about 1 cm behind the glans tightens up and my shaft becomes thinner at that point. If that was to happen in the early stages of pmma perhaps it could cause a dent. It only happens when in a semi turtled state which is why I intend to use alpha blockers in the first few days to prevent it happening.

So day 10 : aesthetics are changing. As I said the dent has visibly decreased (it is still there though) but the bulge on the top is big and visible (and not pretty). There is also a sort of light yellow line on the shaft.
Now my biggest concern is the pain at the base whenever there is a movement of the penis (like a cramp). I hope it is going to diminish soon because I don't remember having seen that before. It is possible that the double operation has worsened the pain normally felt there. There is also a sort of white area at the base, and some local ridigities.
Thanks for your messages and comments!

justpitchingin: Anyways.. I have had the Elist procedure.. only 14 weeks post-op.. So far so good.. But be warned the girth is actually something that may not be appreciated as it may be a bit much for folks that are not into girth..

champ101: Dr Colin Moore is a butcher, NEVER allow him anywhere near your penis. His work is VERY bad and his fees are far in excess of others who complete these surgeries much better. He could not care less about his patients, his work is VERY bad.
