Hi Everyone
Quite naturally this forum is mostly US/America biased wrt suggested procedures and feedback on doctors. Could I ask moderators to allow for a topic where European resources are discussed? For instance, despite the huge attractiveness of PMMA in TJ as a result of the massive thread dedicated to the topic, non-US guys are pretty much lost if they are not in the position of flying to Mexico (read: assume you want to get the procedere without telling your dear ones and colleagues, for someone in Europe who has never been in the US, it is hard to justify a lonely journey to Mexico - twice!).
So many questions remain without answers: for instance, are there reputable doctors in Europe that perform PMMA? What about FFT in Europe if someone can't easily go and meet Dr. Giunta in the US? Who is to be trusted? In fact, in another post, I asked for feedback on Dr Jethon but it must be the case that no forum member has heard anything about his work. As far as Dr Viel in London is concerned I have mixed feelings as there are articles in the internet that talk about compensation to a disfigured singer (lips enhancement procedure to Peter Burns) which cast some doubt on his professionality. Also, the fact that a few guys in this forum talk about regular top-ups with his method makes me think that his work is not at the cutting edge FFT technique.

There is (sort of a) ongoing debate on the permanent results obtained via FFT. I learn from informed participants in this forum and various medical websites that most surgeons would explain that reabsorbtion is inevitable. On the other hand, the European Institute releases the following statement on its website:
Our girth enhancement (of the shaft) procedure uses patient’s own fat to carry out so-called autologous tissue engineering (please do not confuse this with simple fatty tissue injections, used frequently by inexperienced doctors!).
Strictly speaking, enhancing the girth is the most difficult part of enlarging a penis, because many aspects need to be taken into consideration to ensure good, long-term results.
For example, if an inexperienced surgeon were to suck fat out of you, then simply inject this under the skin of your penis, the effects would last for 6 months, at the outmost, before the body had re-absorbed it. Long-lasting girth enhancement results require the application of a special procedure and extensive experience.
Using our technique, we first suck living fat tissue from the inside of the thigh. This is then extensively processed and cleansed, before an elaborate procedure is used to carefully insert it under the skin of the penis in a way that ensures it heals to leave an even surface.
Now and again, patients express concerns over the success of girth enhancement using one’s own fat. Having read or heard rumours, they are worried it may be re-absorbed.
We therefore point out once more the vital difference between “autologous tissue engineering” (out technique) and simple “fatty tissue injections”. Those who are interested may look this up in Krupp + Rennekampff’s standard work, ‘Plastic Surgery’. They refer to the correct use of body fat to thicken penises literally as the ‘gold standard’ (issue 3 / 2005). Krupp + Rennekampff’s work is viewed to be ‘the standard German language work on plastic surgery’ (Lehmann), or ‘the principal work to date’ (medizin.de).
Therefore, anyone claiming that professionally inserted fatty tissue will always be re-absorbed has no up-to-date knowledge of modern surgical procedures.
Girth enhancement using own body fat is usually performed in conjunction with penis lengthening operations.
Girth enhancement for athletic patients with a very small proportion of own body fat can also be performed using Macrolane™ with no reduction in quality. We can advise you if you have any questions in this regard.
We do not use the following techniques or materials to enhance girths, because of the poor results and inherent risks involved: artificial or own skin, silicone, rods or paraffin.
(end)
Will ring them up sometime in June and share with the forum what they will elaborate on the matter.

Americans shouldn't care too much about going to Europe and Europeans should get used to North America. When Europeans talk about taking beach vacations they never consider n. american beaches and if you asked an American about the Seychelles or Malta they would have no idea what you're talking about.
In other words, you want the best doctor and procedure possible, the logistics are not a priority. It is just a little bit longer flight.

At the moment it seems that both North Americans and Europeans should get used to Central America.

Hi Guys,
I have recently added the good French doctor Dr Marc Abecassis to the section on PE surgeons. He was one of the innovators in this field in the early nineties and is today famous not only for penile surgery but for his highly notorious and successful hymen surgery giving countless women back their virginity, primarily for the psychological purposes of their personal moral healing after abusive relationships which they feel have soiled them. So it seems that men aren't the only ones with hang ups about their sexuality needing to resort to surgery to restore our psychological integrity.
