thanks TX and gamecock! I just woke up at 3am to go pee and I had VERY nice night wood. Swelling has gone up slightly, I can't touch my index finger and thumb together when I wrap my hand around it. About 12 hours post-op still no bruising or noticeable swelling (circ skin not puffy and my veins along the shaft are all quite prominent. I will take more pictures once I get home tonight (likely around 11pm EST). I definitely believe 100% that I will settle down to a minimum of 5.25" girth... maybe even more. I have very little swelling (it is all quite hard when I get an erection). So, once the carrier solution is absorbed it all depends on how much collagen I make i guess. As far as soreness so far. I am ONLY sore in the base where he punctured my penis with his needles and cannula? haha still cant remember the name of the thing. Honestly, if it wasn't for those small little wounds, I feel like I could have sex right now with no discomfort. I will still wait for at least a week tho. I don't want to infect those little cuts / holes. |

Did he only use needles and injections for the procedure?
How long did the whole procedure take? i mean the operation
Do you know if it is possible to have one session with Dr C or postpone the next session a year later?

Hey yao,
Yes it was mainly needles and injections. I didn't actually watch (I had too much anxiety... and i couldn't really feel anything so I just closed my eyes and focused on breathing and relaxing). First he injects local anesthetic to make your penis go completely numb so you can't really feel anything. Then it seemed like he used another needle to create a hole at the base, I am not too sure if he injects anything out of this needle... he might have. Then he takes a larger, more blunt rod like device (almost like a miniature metal caulking gun) and presses in fairly hard to get under the fascia of the penis. I believe that rod has holes in the end out each side so when he squeezes the gun it comes out more dispersed. He then moves the rode a little be lower, squeezes... etc.
Personally I can count about 10 little holes. They are very small and shouldn't take long to heal. I took pics of the entrance points last night and I will post them shortly.
For me the procedure was slightly over an hour. But this could be due to a few reasons. One, he had another surgeon in there with him and he explained every step of the way to him (in Spanish so I have no clue what he was saying haha). Two, I had a slight nervous attack about 10 - 15 min in which caused them to stop for about 7 or 8 minutes. Three, I have a longer penis which means it could have been harder for them to get a more even result when things are so fluid at first... Wade was constantly pointing out areas which Dr. C had to go back and address and I had 22cc which is slightly more than normal.
So, all of those reasons could be why mine was longer than an hour. Unless that's the average time... when reading about PMMA I have to admit, length of the procedure wasn't too much of a concern for me... so mine could have been the average amount of time.
The important thing to know is that they are very good at relaxing you and making you feel comfortable. By the end, aside from the anesthetic wearing off, I could have let them keep going for the rest of the night if they wanted.
It would definitely be possible to have one session then postpone the next one a year later. The only thing you need to remember is that every penis is different and no-one is sure how the PMMA will settle. A lot of people find they NEED a second session to correct aesthetic issues with there penis. Its obviously way too early for me to tell how mine will settle. If it were to stay like the way I am now I would say my base on the underside of my penis needs attention. Hope that helps!
I woke up again at 5:30am (probably because it would be 8:30am where I am from) and noticed it thicker yet again. I snapped a shot with the $20 bill wrapped around it and it only overlaps about 0.25" - 0.125". This could mean that I am just under 6" girth with the swelling. I know it would be unrealistic to expect such gains in the end. I am still hoping for 5.25"+ six weeks from now. That would put my goal of 6.25"+ girth within reach after a second full session and a third minor touch up and filler session.

I think it looks amazing. I'd measure it now and record the size, as I think it's optimum for your penis. I think this forum is a great resource, but at the same time messes with our heads and all this talk of 6"+ is just crazy. Right now I'd say you have the perfect girth as it's very big, but not huge. Maybe 6"+ is good for guys who sleep with older women who have had babies etc, but not the average young guy who wants to sleep around. Even the guys who have had the procedure and gone over 6" have said the women they slept with needed to get used to it etc. I keep reading that women can "handle" over 6", but that doesn't mean it's the optimum. What I women can handle and what would give her the most pleasure aren't the same thing. I bet the best selling dildo's aren't over 6" girth. If you go any bigger it will start to look odd in my opinion. I'm stunned by how good your result is and if I were you I'd only go back if there are any imperfections that need smoothing out. You've got the rest of your life to go back for top ups, so I'd stay at your current size for a few years and see how you get on. I genuinely think you will get amazingly positive feedback.

I agree with you on a lot of points, BUT I still want over 6" girth. Its the same reason why some guys who are over 8" join thundersplace.org wanting to gain more length. They want to be the biggest, alpha male etc. I don't want to go a hole lot more than 6.25" - 6.5" girth maximum because I believe that will cause problems (ie, inability to have sex). Honestly though, right now I am young (22), single, and I sleep around a fair amount (university student). Even if girls have to warm up to it at first, about half of my encounters have been sh*tty one night stands where either I didn't get off or they didn't get off. Why not give these girls something to remember?  Plus, when I do finally settle down and find someone I want to spend the rest of my life with, we would have our whole lives together to get accustomed to it. I am 100% sure a 6"+ girth would not cause that many problems. I think when you get closer to 7" girth you do have a real problem on your hand as some girls will simply NOT be able to fit that. Or it will be painful for them. |

I understand what you are saying and at times crave the alpha male ideal of being the biggest. I think that would give me more pleasure than anything. But I think my desire to please women slightly trumps satisfying my own ego. Therefore from my point of view I think a good asthetic and decent size are more important than getting as big as possible with causing "too many problems." But I still think it would be wiser to at least stick with your current girth for a year or two. I know these things are easier said than done, as one an idea is in our heads it's hard to shift. I can't exaclty talk, as I've rushed into to numerous penis surgeries as I just couldn't stop thinking about it and just wanted to reach my goals as soon as possible. But when advising others, like most people, I seem to be able to much more rational. I just think it's wiser to test drive what you have for an extended period of time, but it seems your goals are different to mine. And like I said, I totally get the alpha male thing and have the same desire myself to an extent.

Yeah thanks hoddle10 for your advice. I will definitely know better once I test drive it and also after it settles and the real results are shown.
I just got through airport security... I purposely went to the x-ray body scanner line just to see if they would say anything annnnnd they did! But it was about the $0.50 I had in my pocket and nothing to do with my penis. They just got me to hold onto the change and he patted me down. Sooo it looks like we don't have to worry about the PMMA showing up.
Also, I noticed this morning some bruising about the size of a nickel on the underside of my shaft, so far that's the only blemish I have aside from the 10 or so little holes.

I think it is a good idea to wait and try it out at its present size when completely healed. But I also think you can easily go above the 6.5" girth due to your length. I think a slight cone shaped penis is very useful. You can be around 7" at the base and taper down and look balanced toward the glans. I had a 7" girth at the base going down to 5.5" at the glans and for me, it worked great. If a girl can't take the full girth, I'd just back out a bit and due to the slight cone shape she would enjoy it, and even then a push to the max girth, she would like it once in a while. This of course if you do not mind a slight cone shape. Some people hate a cone shape so then this will not work. I know I want to be in the 6.8 to 7 girth at the base and taper down to the glans....Just my humble opinion!
For a first session, it looks very even all around. Looks like Dr. C is improving his technique all the time.

Wow I do believe his technique is improving with time like Mustang said. He must be doing it so often that his level of mastery is increasing too. It's like guitar. You could be good at it, but if you play every day, you are bound to be a virtuoso!
Sizemic, that is perhaps the best post-op pictures I've seen to date. Mine is also very impressive but my early days showed excessive swelling in the ring area which has now subsided significantly. I think Dr. C is really improving on PMMA distribution for an even more authentic look.
One thing I know with their practice is that they prefer giving you the most realistic enhancement, rather than the most impressive enlargement (if that makes any sense?). If you were looking to go big because you started small, and are not as concerned with pure aesthetics, you would have to report that to the doctor. Fortunately in both my case and sizemic's, both size and proportion were achieved with great success.

Yesterday I had to do a lot of walking around (going to the airport, walking around the terminal, customs, being crammed in a middle seat on the plane, etc.) and I think due to this walking around and the fact that the cortisone is out of my system, the swelling has increased some for sure. I will take some pictures later today to show what I mean.
I was curious and measured today (I know this is by no means an accurate idea of where I will end up though)
Measurements:
Base girh: 6.25"
Mid-shaft: 5.5"
Upper-shaft: 5.25"
I am still hoping I clock in right around 5.25" mid-shaft once all is settled and healed. That would bring me in with the typical 0.75" gain per session average. I was surprised by the base measurement, but at the same time there is a lot of swelling there (entrance points etc.) I wouldn't be surprised if the base goes down to around 5.75" or under in girth once the swelling is done.

Day 3:
• Swelling still very apparent, has indeed swelled in the circ scar region, not as much as pumping would cause, but definitely some. Most of the swelling is mid-shaft.
• Bruising very apparent now as well.
• Overall astheticness has decreased due to swelling.
• Finding it harder to get and maintain erections due to soreness.

Don't attempt to force any erections if your penis is not "in the mood for it." Honestly, for the first 2 days I wasn't sure my penis wanted to get up at all. But by the 3rd or 4th day I was experiencing mild erections and up to this point can get pretty hard. I wasn't surprised though, I figured the mild trauma caused by the bioplasty probably kept it from feeling aroused anytime soon lol.
