Hey Size,

Consult with Dr C about those sessions man. He doesn't like to do 3 full ones. If your going for massive gains you might want to consider a more slower approach and have more sessions with less gain. It gives a more natural appearance.

I was the one that asked Dr C about pumping and he said it makes the skin tougher to work with and after all the info I've gathers and checked out I've come to the conclusion it really doesn't make a difference. You get 20cc's which does the same thing every time.

Thanks EYC. I will definitely talk everything over with them when I go in for my session. I will let them know what my goals are (to be solidily over 6" girth... in the 6.25" - 6.75" range would be ideal for me 6.5" being my preference).

About the 20cc limit thing Wade said: "If we need to use more than 20cc, the charge will be $75/cc." I have yet to read about anyone getting more than 20cc and it sounds like only if they need to go over (ie, perhaps a long penis?) they might be willing, but I doubt they would just if someone wanted a bigger than average gain.

Guys get this... Due to a tractor trailer with a load of mushrooms crashing into the median early this morning and spilling 150L of diesel on the highway causing the highway to be shut down for 5 hours while they literally vacuumed it up. A 1 hour drive to the airport took 3 hours and even though I still arrived well before my flight, the airport was extra busy and I was informed that there would be no chance I could catch my flight in time.

I am still in the airport and I can re-book my flight for the same time tomorrow... I just need to wait another hour for Dr. C's office to open and I will call and see if they can squeeze me in tomorrow... I am definitely crossing my fingers... If not, hopefully next week sometime... ugh this is SO frustrating!

Ok rebooked everything for tomorrow. Thank god Christian, and everyone at the clinic are so helpful!... only cost me $80 for the new tickets

... I am also out $28 for parking... and $2 for changing my expedia hotel reservation... BUT being out only $110 is amazing for missing my flight and having to completely re-book everything.

Thank you Dr. C's office for squeezing me in the next day!

Thank you Air Canada for changing both my departure ticket and return ticket to the next day for only $80.

Thank you Expedia for changing my reservation from one day to the next with only a $2 fee.

Guys just imagine how much worse this could have been. Dr. C's office could have said I am S.O.L. for a few weeks and reschedule for way down the line (which would mean more time off work). Air Canada could have had all their flights booked up or charged me for new tickets ($700+). Finally, the reservations clearly said "non-refundable" and I could have been out the cost of one night in the hotel.

This situation could have been waaay worse... I hate mushrooms.

Thanks EYC! It means a lot to me having people post on here and be interested in my trip.

I am sitting in the terminal now at YYZ (Toronto)... 4 hours and 20 minutes before boarding time. I wanted to make sure that I would make it this time and I guess I went a little overkill.

OK SO, I seem to be surrounded by bad luck / crazy scenarios for this trip. First the Mushroom Truck accident then today U.S. Customs at YYZ.

Customs agent: "What is your purpose for your trip to the US sir?"

Me: "Uhhh I am going to see a medical specialist."

Customs agent: "Ok... [pauses] what are you seeing this medical specialist for sir?"

Me: "Ha uhhh umm my penis."

Customs agent: "Ok, move on through sir."

Then in the secondary baggage area (where they check your carry on and you walk through a metal detector)... I walk up and take everything out of my pockets, my laptop out of my bag, my phone, my wallet, my keys, my shoes and my watch and put them in that bin that they scan. At this point I am literally wearing a short sleeve button up shirt with no undershirt, and track pants with no underwear. I mean I am literally only wearing two articles of clothing. I walk through that damn detector and it still went off! The only explanation I had was my track pants have a zipper on the back pocket.

"Go over to the body scanner sir," I am told. So I have to stand in that phone booth type contraption with my arms up and as it scans me for whatever it scans for.

All I can say is... I hope its not like this coming home... haha actually... I WANT them to scan me when I come back home. I think it would be interesting to know if the PMMA shows up on the body scanner. At least then we would all know. hahaha.

Well, I have a few hours to wait, then my plane, then I will be picked up by the shuttle and rushed to the office asap (my appointment is just under an hour after I arrive in San Diego).

Hey guys! My poor luck continued today. After I board the plan on time, and wait and wait and wait... the captain announces that 15 passengers are currently in US Customs .... so we had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled departure time. UGHH!

This is a problem because my flights scheduled arrival was 12:40 and my appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm... So I literally had 50min from the moment the plane landed to make my appointment in TJ on time.

THEN the Captain announces 5 minutes after take off that because we are flying light today (the plan had maybe 1/4 empty seats) that the heavy winds will slow us down some as well.

GRR! At that point, already 20 min late (ie. 1pm arrival time) + 15 min for wind... + 10 min to run down to the luggage pick up and walk to the shuttle = 1:25pm... and I hadn't even left the airport yet.

I quickly called Christian and he said not to worry, just come when I can and I will still be done today. That was an amazing relief.

The Clinic

First of all it was very nicely done in the office. Feels very comfortable and modern and clean.

Christian got me to fill out some forms and I waited maybe 45min extra on top of that. Then they called me into the room.

Wade had emailed me previously and asked me if it would be ok for another plastic surgeon (Dr. Buritica) to observe the procedure and ask Dr. C questions. I agreed because I figured having more people in there might make it less awkward.

I enter the room and there are 4 men standing there. I am instructed to go to a washroom and change into a hospital gown. Then I stepped out and took before pictures from various angles.

I remember reading about S.O. retracting like nuts at this point... and I have to tell you.... So did I! At least for me it was. I typically have a 6" x 4.25" flaccid... today it was mayyybe 3.5" x 3.5"... I mean I haven't seen it that retracted in maybe 10 years. Oh well I figured and just went with it.

Now they sit me in the crazy adjustable table and Wade wet my penis and area down with various sanitizers and cleaners and possibly even numbing agents? (don't quote me on that... it could have just been really cold cream).

Then Wade shot me in the arm with steroids (cortisone?) to reduce potential swelling. Then Dr. C started with the anesthetic shots around my penis.

All of these shots weren't that bad really. I was actually kind of surprised by this.

Then Dr. C said those faitful words that a lot of us here on the forum have been wondering about.... "Well we have seen your pictures that you sent in, and I definitely believe that more than 20cc will be required today."

This definitely made me happy to here. Because I don't like the idea of having gaps or not experiencing the typical 0.75" increase, just because of my length.

So now the fun part starts. I have 4 guys surrounding me while Dr. C takes out his various needles and whatever that long blunt thing is called... It starts with a C I think? but I cant remember now because I am so tired from the stress and travels.

I don't really feel anything, except a lot of pressure when he goes to break the Fascia of the penis skin (tougher more inner skin). It makes a loud pop as well which is kind of scary.

Dr. C and Wade commented that I had extremely tough fascia to get through. So my suspicions were right (I think) that my 5 years of fairly aggressive Natural Penis Enlargement. I mentioned that to Wade and he agreed that that was likely the cause.

Anyway, about 15 minutes into it things started changing. I found it really really hard to breath. I started sweating like mad and my heart was racing. Apparently my blood pressure was high was well before we even started.

The Dr. took a break and got his assistant to get me a cold cloth and Wade got me something to relax me.

I think it was just the combination of the shock that this is really happening to me right now... in TJ Mexico, so far from home (Canada) and that this is permanent and all the what-ifs flowed through my head. Wade asked when the last time I ate was... I told him 8am... EST. It was around 3:30pm at this point in TJ. Wade got the other assistant to get me a box of apple juice and within 5 minutes, the combination of the juice, the relaxant and just calming down I was ready to go again.

The rest went very smoothly and before I knew it I was done!

I ended up getting 22cc of PMMA, I am not sure of the % but I know the tapering to the glans was done with 10% and I remember them saying 20% was used at some point.

They took some right after pictures, Wade wrapped me and explained how to massage it, and they ordered me a burger to eat in the shuttle (they are that amazing!).

Even though I was wrapped Wade did it very loosely, he said that my guy doesn't really retract like a lot of them do. Haha I think he said something like: "This guy is happy just hanging there."

The shuttle was brutal. It was rush hour on a friday night... In the shuttle I took off the wrapping and just maintained an erection for the entire trip. I thought it was pretty cool that I could get an erection so soon after... and one that lasted 1.5 hours at that!

Then I came to the hotel and took some of my ~ 2 or 3 hours after shots... I have to say... they look amazing! I don't know if its too early for bruising but I have non so far. As well, my circ skin didn't swell up into a donut at all and I don't really have anything that looks like a ring yet.

In fact... I don't feel very swollen at all! But I know some of it has to be. You can't do a procedure like that and not swell. That or maybe its on its way.

I didn't bring a measuring tape because I didn't want to measure and get disappointed as the swelling goes down.

BUT, I did take out an American $20 and try to wrap it around my dick. It doesn't quite fit around the base (maybe about 1/8") gap. It is also about 3/8" too large for my mid-shaft. A US $20 is 6.14" long so that means my base is likely around 6.25" and my mid-shaft ~5.7" but this could all be way off. I also tried sticking it into a toilet paper roll and of course after the head and the tapered part it didn't even come close to fitting.

I am not claiming any gains yet as I know these measurements mean nothing right now. But I will say that I expect to reach at least 5.25" girth... at least it seems like that is fairly likely. Hopefully I am more in the 5.5" range so after my second session I will be comfortably be over 6" girth... but we will see.

I will try to get some pics up, but this isn't my normal computer so I might not be able to... Worst case scenario they will be up tomorrow night or Sunday morning.

I already can't wait to schedule my next session!!! this is amazing.

Maybe the swelling will increase later? I am now 6 hours post op and it looks the same as the pics... only slightly sore at the entry points.
