Hey Guys,
So it's becoming more and more a topic of conversation that it is important to use a stretcher after having PMMA done. I would say for the first 2 days to a week after the procedure it would be recommended to help keep the penis from shrinking and bunching up the PMMA.
I think this thread should be used to discuss various techniques/devices.
One side note! I walked across the border for my procedure. I got frisked because Homeland Security thought i had something taped to my pants when I kept grabbing at myself. You will want to use the stretcher RIGHT after they are done injecting and having that on could show as a bulge. When I got back for my second I will either be driving or get the shuttle.

One thing to realize about stretching is everyone's comfort level during the procedure will different. I had almost zero pain throughout and my entry points closed right away. So the doctor said I could probably stretch without comfort issues. If someone has open points and a lot of pain they need to consider that.

Well I need to experiment beforehand, I'm not sure how it would work with the tape stuck to the glans instead of skin. Also you maybe need to soak the tape when you want to remove it, and since you can't get the area wet for a while after the procedure, the tape will have to remain on for several days, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I totally agree , I have mentioned that many time before , anybody who is going for pmma injection he should use the extender in the clinic directly post injection (the doctor can massage the pmma while you are wearing the extender).
Mikehok, good idea about using Mefix tape (instead of the uncomfortable rubber) but I would say to use it with the extender to hold the glans forward. Dont use the strap like the person in the picture because you are going to pull ur penis to one side more than the other and it will affect the result later on .So what you need is to pull ur penis straight and down. N.B. Use the extender straight away post injection . If there is any delay I would say you will get a little benefit from the extender.
As you said Mikehok (experiment beforehand).
It will be an excellent idea if you can stay for 2 nights in Mexico ( to monitor the entry holes and the usage of the extender in a comfortable situation ).
SM
Good luck

Perhaps we need to consult with Dr. C about using a stretcher immediately post-op ? I'll run it by their office.

I stayed at Super 8 right across the border in SD. Like $66 a night and wasn't bad.

Bigwheels found a medical supply store that carries the 3M foam wound tape. I'm using it with my Xleeve ADS. It sticks to the glands easily and comes off without pain! I copied the link over from bigwheels post. I bought a case of the stuff for $35. here's where you can buy the tape- www.qualitymedicalsupplies.com/page/QMS/CTGY/73-MFT

I've been experimenting with sticking mefix tape to my glans and attaching an elastic strap in a very similar way foreskin restorers do with a T Tape. Here are 2 pics I've taken. One with the elastic wrapped around the waist and in the other I attached it to my calf just below my knee. Seems to work ok.
As smartman pointed out, ideally you would have your penis pointed straight down rather than to one side. Might be a little tricky though to achieve that with any method if you are wearing trousers.

Just buy a really cheap extender off ebay and attach the t-tape to that instead of the elastic strap. Then you can keep it pointing straight down, or straight up, whichever you prefer. When you are in your room, you could wear it straightout, which I'd imagine is the optimal direction.

Yeah that's a good idea, might have to stick with the elastic on the drive back from Dr C's though, I can't imagine having one of those extenders stuck down my pants.

They fit surpisingly easily in pants. I used to wear mine all day.

I agree with you absolutely, thats what I ment by using the extender with the tape.
N.B. Use it in the clinic straightaway after the injection ( and under the supervision of the doctor).
