Most of us are trying to achieve a perfectly cylindrical but fatter penis. But it seems that in some people at least certain parts of the shaft enlarge more than others. I have noticed there is sometimes a slight bulge in the middle especially when viewed from the side. I guess this is logical since the skin at either end probably has less stretch. The question is how to minimise this. We are to a extent in the dark and there are a number of questions. For example:
Would a tight wrapping, which forces a cylindrical shape until it sets help ?
Also even if the gel was evenly distributed, does that mean the microspheres are too. If they were heavier than the gel could they fall towards the glans if the penis was hanging down ?
Any views on this, especially from those who have undergone the procedure ?

Mikehok,
About your questions on:
(A) the bulging in the middle of the dorsal surface of the penis it could be for 2 reasons :
1) Turtling of the penis in the first 1-2 days post pmma can cause bulging in the middle ,the glans will push the pmma backward and the pubic and the base will push the pmma forward ( in my opinion using extender with mild to moderate stretch with massaging your penis might help ) Prof. Lemperle advised me before my first injection ( as you mentioned mike ) wrapping.
2) The injection will be on three sides of the penis as you know(270 degree) dorsal and on the two sides , so lets say for example you injected one side and not the other your penis will be curved bulging in one side and concave one side.So injecting the dorsal surface ( esp. big amount ) and no pmma on the ventral surface, so you will see ( viewed from the side) curved penis ( only in flaccid ) bulging of the dorsal surface and concave on the ventral surface,so you will see mildly curved penis in flaccid ( in profile view).
(B) Yes I think if the gel was evenly distributed, the microspheres will be too, to answer that : you have mentioned Mike before you have noticed the bulging is in the middle in some pic. and not near to the glans which will answer your question that microspheres will not fall down towards the glans. It will never look like a penis with a silicon gel injection. In my case I have the same thickness of the new collagen in the areas near to the glans and near to the base , in flaccid the middle part is a bit thicker than the other two areas.
The amazing thing about the result of pmma ( in my case ) the new collagen feels softer ( in flaccid ) and feels firmer ( in erect ). So if your EQ is v. good --->your new collagen with the pmma will be v. firm and will feel v. nice

smartmanI simply wont have access to a stretcher or be in the right situation to use one after my procedure. Do you believe constant manual stretching and massaging with my hands could help alleviate any bulging that may occur?

SO
The most important is the first few hrs before your penis gets swollen in the next day, when you stretch your penis it will be easy for you to see the distribution of the pmma on your penis and you can massage and alleviate any bulging , the best thing in mind is to distribute the pmma on a stretched flaccid penis and keep it stretched (mild to moderate) esp. the first hrs and thats almost the end result of the shape of your new erect shape you will see later on(6-8wks) , if you cant then you can do constant manual stretching and massaging any bulging ,its better than doing nothing.

Hey Smart,
Could you go into more detail or have links to more resources on this? My appointment is scheduled for the 12th and I'd like to have my post procedures ready. I spoke to the nurse about a stretcher and he was concerned that it might cause a ring if you have one behind the head of the glans. Also do you have before and after photos of yourself somewheres? I can't remember if you posted them or not.
