Guys, Most of you know that Dr. Guinta is the most well known FFT surgeon in the US. According to his website he is using PRP in his FFT procedure: www.drgiunta.com/fft-platelet-rich-plasma.htmlthe example in the above link does show a patient with good girth in the flaccid state, but I was always worry about lumps in the FFT and the need for additional procedures. One erect FFT that I saw on TP looked like a Coke bottle - I don't know if it was a patient of Dr. Guinta or not. Dr. Guinta's site advocates FFT over alloderm which is not surprising and this just illustrates the lack of consensus in the PE community over FTT, alloderm/belladerm, implant. By the way, Dr. Guinta doesn't seem to be a big fan of the implant at all! What do you guys think of this FFT with RPR? Better than Runels? I believe that Dan Levin (used to be a business partner with Chad Hedman) went to Dr. Guinta with less than optimal results. Would like to read people's opinion on this. Thanks!

I think a combo of this PRP FFT and Dr. Runels could be effective... IDM would be the person to ask, he may be considering this route.

I am just worried about the 'Coke bottle effect' in the erect state - probably would scare women off. I am going to write to Guinta about the FFT with RPR and if erections that have had FFT look like a Coke bottle. By the way, Dr. Guinta is having a special: www.drgiunta.com/phallo_lengthen.html"25th ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL NOW THRU MARCH 2011-$4,995 (IF PERFORMED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GIRTH ENLARGEMENT (THICKENING & WIDENING) WAS $9,800 NOW $5,995)" Not telling anyone to go here, but I posted this just for discussion.

S.O. I could email Dr. Guinta some questions about the PRP/FFT technique and ask about complications, lumpiness, the need for a second or third procedure, the Coke bottle erections, etc. and post them here. Would that be ok? Does anyone else have questions about Dr. Guinta's FFT/PRP technique?

All email correspondences from Doctor's offices are permitted (assuming the content pertains to phalloplasty).

Kingpin
Thats true! I saw that special at least a year and a half ago maybe two years. Its a good deal for someone that wants FFT w/lengthening.

kingpin and envisionmore - thanks for mentioning about Dr. Guinta's special. Why is he having a special? the economy? or not too many guys are going to have this done b/c of complications. Just some thoughts... Are there any questions you guys would like you me to email Dr. Guinta? This patient seemed to have good results: www.drgiunta.com/fft-platelet-rich-plasma.htmlbut on Dr. Guinta's website it does not specify how many procedures this patient had, I am thinking at least 2, maybe 3 or 4. I know that Dan Levin went to Dr. Guinta and then went to Dr. K to have the fat nodules removed, and I think some members of this forum went to Dr. Guinta and had less than optimal results. Thanks.

Does anyone think the reason for this poor outcome with FFT & PRP is this guy did not prepare himself - ie not pre-surgery pumping or hanging which I believe idm suggested to do in order to get good results.
