Small update:
- first comment from a girl (who knew me before the surgery): "it's sooo wide", "it's harder"
Oral sex is good, less pleasure during, but stronger orgasm (I was uncut before the surgery).... I didn't enjoy touching of the shaft and didn't want to have sex, because I felt the scaffold and didn't want to risk damaging it...
Everything works as before...

Hey Respecto, is there a pattern to your scaffold degradation? For example is it going from the top down, inside out, or more randomly distributed? Mine last year went top down, and there was still a hard patch after 6 months. Is there an area of your penis where the scaffolds have completely degraded, a section where you are able to determine a final erect girth gain?

Hey, I don't really look/touch myself that much  . The part where kegel muscle is located is definitely softer when flaccid... Had sex last night... didn't go all the way in, because of the scaffolds, not much feeling of the shaft, again due to scaffolds... will wait for them to degrade completely ... |

From lengthening you have no scar, because Dr Miro goes through circumcision.... you can watch movie from the procedure on www.savaperovic.com I don't know the correct name of the anesthesia but it was injection in the back |

You know what , after two years of reasearch I find your experience has affected my descision and I am leaning toward scaffolds with Miro ,, i think am going for it soon. Any advise!

Wait for at least another month. Scaffs are by far and away the best option, but they have one major flaw - results in terms of gains are very unpredictbale. If the results were more reliable there simply wouldn't be any contest as FFT, Alloderm/Belloderm and Siclicone can't compete with scaffs. But unfortunately only a few people have made decent gains and most less than 1/2cm and some none at all. Respecto is reaching the stage when his scaffs will dissolve. When this happens any gains can go very quickly. I went form 2cm gain to nothing, as did a friend of mine. Wait and see what happens with Respecto over the next month or so. |

Scaffolds are still in!
Currently after 10 min pumping I'm 6 nbp length x 6 middle shaft girth. The girth that I measure is not a fluid buildup, it's hard as it can get and I see all the veins as usual. If I pump for longer then I get to 15,5-15,6 but here I think that it's a fluid buildup a bit (although still hard so I don't complain)
I don't know if I wrote it in my previous messages here, but I still try to figure out why some people have complications, e.g. bonehead's necrosis. The differences between other patients and myself could include:
a)My scaffold was treated 48 hours before the surgery, or at least blood for it was taken 48h before the surgery.
b) I was uncircumcised, asked Dr. Miro to circumcise me, because I wanted to avoid all the foreskin swelling. He told me after the surgery, that I had a lot of skin (thanks to manual pe), so they left me some for pleasure. Right now I almost have my foreskin back! The skin can cover 3/4 of the glans.
So far, repeated, I am happy, but the scaffolds are still in, so I am not going to make any conclusions about the surgery.

+ I checked it in action completely.
Everything worked nicely, reaction to my penis was very positive and from my perspective after the surgery - girth makes a difference. It's not objective, but I would say that it's easier and faster to get a girl enjoy sex.
If at any point somebody is going to write that I'm working for Miro - please read my answer very carefully (now that I read that some memembers accuse others of doing that e.g. yardstick-rosenthal, unclejj- elist) :
GO F..K YOURSELF! I waited to get this surgery done for a very long time. I am happy that I did it. I consider it one of the most important moments of my life. If I had a choice again I would do it exactly the same way! I thank God and other people,who made it happen, every day... and even if I suddenly get some complications I will know that I did everything to make my dreams come true!
