Well thankfully the bleeding has stopped. I'm not sure why they think black dead skin is okay, but hey they are the experts. Keep us posted, I suspect your hour-to-hour and day-to-day logs should give us all some insight on which direction you are going. We're rootin for ya!

hey guys. I think there maybe light at the end of the tunnel with this urination thing. I was able to get a flow going by doing a few hard kegels, and also still using a little local around the tender areas of the frenelum and underside of the glans. The docs didn't examine me today, Miro was delayed returning from OS in this weather. Ran out of anti-biotics, had to push the docs to get some. In the end Vladimir was good, he arranged for a pharmacy to deliver them to me. There does seem to be a grey area with these guys re whose responsibility it is to organise these things. They will do the right thing like pick you up and take you to the clinic etc, but they have to be pushed sometimes...

Keep those kegels up! The fact that the bleeding is not remaining constant or worsening is great news. How about the color of the skin? Has the dead parts of your skin shown some life and/or color?

i wasn't examined today, but it still feels like my skin is adjusting to the pressures. Hopefully won't need 2nd op. The top part of the foreskin is dead, long live the foreskin.

Hey guys, news is a lot more positive today. I can go to the bathroom again, it still hurts, but it is getting back to normal, and I feel unbelievably relieved. After 1 full week wondering if I might be stuck like that for weeks, months or even longer I have the greatest symapthy for those not so fortunate as I. As far the enlargement goes, the day started off rocky when Miro rang and I had to push him to change my dressings. There was already a day missed, and after an initial phone call where he said it's Sunday, St Medica is closed etc, I was ready to bite his head off when he was due to arrive at the hotel. He obviously thought over my displeasure and called back to say that he would take me to his local hospital and do what I asked. When I got in the car with him he actually made me laugh when he asked "Are you a woman yet, did your penis fall off?" I told him to fuck right off. He wants me at St Medica tomorrow to cut away the dead penile skin under the glans, and assures me that a further operation won't be necessary. I think I might stay here beyond his green light to go, all the same.

Wow this is awesome news. If everyone is confident that a second surgery is not needed you could very well be on your way to regular healing again and an eventual green light!
Praying & Hoping for the best.

Went in to St Medica today with Marta and Miro, who cut dead skin away with surgical scissors. There was no local used, and I was surprised there was just minor discomfort. Things looking up, hopefully the skin will hold scaffolds in place, then there's a 4-6 month wait to see if the trouble I've gone to is worth anything. Still, just a week ago, I would've been happy just having a penis and being able to urinate. How time flies all of a sudden...

Hey Skep1, all.
Not much new to report. Had unchanged dressing for 2 days now, Vladimir came over tonight, quickly checked the glans and base then promptly left. Am interested to see how I look when Miro changes the bandages. It feels like everything is settling down, but am sure it will look a bit haggard still.
The scaffolds seem to have shrunk to slightly longer than my flaccid size, I asked Miro what where the consequences of this and he said the scaffolds will stretch with the penis when the andropenis routine begins. Respecto, is this what you have found?

Bonehead, when you last had scaffs did you size remain pretty constant until the scaff dissolved and then it decrease fairly quickly? I seem to remember that though mine softened gradually there was a about a 2-3 week period after abut 4 months when my scaffs softend quickly and my 2cm gain disappeared.

Hey bonehead, I'd imagine by now the doctors have a good idea when you should be clear to travel back home? Hopefully the "aesthetics" of the penis is improving too.

Purplish/Blue is bruising-to be expected. BLACK is never good. If you have severe pain, loss of sensation, oozing, bleeding...get the hell out of there and get to a competent doctor asap. Had another exam today, not much change. Bits of skin peeling off, the rim of skin under the glans is all black and dead. God. Docs keep saying i'm fine. It's the bathroom I'm really dreading, I swear these next 2 weeks will be the longest of my life.

Bonehead, haven't heard from you in a while and last we heard things were in a gray area. I'm hoping you've been back home spending the Holidays with the family, but please give us an update when you are ready.
