if you have stopped smoking awhile back and have smoking related problems then it is a non issue.
stretching will not affect anything in relation to penis girth. (for a lot of us it serves no purpose at all apart from some very dedicated individuals who claim reasonable gains, i tries a few months and apart from being unsociable it made no differrence to me)

After having read most of your contributions, my main concern wrt FFT surgery is NOT the route of regular fat top-ups or the risk of an uneven look.
What really I need to understand better is the risk of the DECREASE OF ERECTION QUALITY in the medium term ... something that some forum participants have touched upon elsewhere. Unfortunately nothing on this issue is available on the Internet. Can I please ask to share your thoughts on this specific risk?

last night i thought oops i better update this post! basically i still stand by the fact that it is logical that the odds are that you may experience some mild ed. i felt i have experienced this myself. but i should also say in my case that i have over the last two years or so lacked general energy and spark. lately i have also had some digestion problems etc. long story short my wife books me in to a Chinese medicine clinic where i have gone twice a week for acupuncture massage and been taking this concoction for about 3 weeks now. so to the point. last night out if the blue i said to my wife hey i think this stuff is working i definitely feel better. and...i got a massive boner. anyway i could hardly move when we had sex as i was about to cum within 1 min. now i have been used to thrusting hard and fast straightaway to make sure its stays hard and now i cant move. so my ed might have had very little or nothing to do with my fft. i don't want to say it had no effect but i remember viel telling me that if i had good erections i wouldn't notice the difference. perhaps as way of conclusion one could say that if you don't have good erections then perhaps be careful as it might get worse but if your erections are fine you will probably be fine too.

Useful stuff justabitmore. Thank you!
I clearly swing on the FFT camp (if I lived in the US and/or I could share my insecurities with my partner I would consider PMMA after having read all the comments on the procedure). Therefore, any additional feedback on ED issues is welcome.
