Considering Giunta's FFT procedure. Has anyone had the procedure done, and did you retain the fat? More specifically: Are any of you skinny guys? I'm wondering if this can really work for someone about 6', 165-170 lbs...

I believe on thing that idm suggests is staging the lengthening and FFT (not sure if you are thinking about the lengthening surgery as well). You may read more about idm's experience here: phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fft&action=display&thread=232

I had a dual augmentation with Giunta in 1999 and was left with about 3 bumps of injected fat. The rest of the injected fat was absorbed. It was a total waste of time for me, but that's just from my experience.

Had dual augmentation from Giunta. Save your money. Does anyone know of a good girth procedure for permanent girth? I'm sick of my fat lumps.

I think IDM, a member on this site had recent FFT with Dr. Giunta and had good results. I know that the FFT procedure had its problems in the past but it got better in the last few years.
As far as good girth results, check the PMMA huge thread in the general discussion area.

I had surgery Dec 2007 with Dr. Giunta. Had FFT and Lengthening. i am about to go to A Dr. to get it all removed because it caused mild ed for me...gradually my erections were not as strong as they use to be ..I have uneven fat distribution and lumps..I am over 3 years in so I am giving you a real world analogy...I was about 7" erect and about 4" flacid and have not lost a little girth in my erections and my flacid length is about and inch longer but my flaccid girth is uneven. I just wanted to look better in my jeans..Sexually, I have always been a beast..no hang ups in the bedroom..My issues were purely cosmetic..I have lumps all over but the right side of my penis has excess fat and from the base of my penis does too. About a 1/4 midway towards my shaft has excess fat..to the point where I can hold the head and lift it up and it has a "u" look if that makes any sense. instead of a straight verticle line when i gently lift it up, the base stays downward and the remaining 1/4 lift up easily. I talked to a Dr. in CA about it and he told me that there are issues with FFT causing blood flow issues in some patients over time. He also said this is common knowledge among a lot of plastic surgeons and that is why some do not get involved with this procedure..not to mention the fact the satisfactory percentages are low. He said FFT has probems due to the fat being injection in and around the blood vessels that cause erections..the hardness of the fat over time does not expand natually with the blood vessels in the penis when the erection process begins and can cause partial ED (slow in response time and penis not filling with blood as quickly as normal due to blockage). I have been so down and depressed at times in the last three years man its been crazy..I have gone back and forth with Dr. Giunta from the beginning and he just have been throwing Cialis and Viagra and gave me cortisone injections at one time but to no avail...imagine being a very confident sexual man with the same woman for 11 years and your whole sexual nature changes and she looks at you like an idiot! Can you imagine..paying someone 11k to ruin you sexually? And to add insult to injury..the girth gains aren't even worth it..Who wants to go back multiple times to add more fat ..sometimes to cover up what was already not even..covering up previous lumps...FFT is not the way to go....I cant speak for silicone or dermagraphs but I can speak for FFT..if this does not stay on this sight...you will know it is the truth..If this is an honest and objective site where we can be real honest about our experiences and give people honest information about there experiences, I will consider this a good, credible sight..I cannot say this will be your experience...I am just telling you mine and arming you with information so that you can make a well thought out decision with the pros and cons of each decision...You should have the pros and cons of each procedure, and then decide...Im getting mine removed because all I want at this point is for my penis to be fully operational again..Im done with the big penis fantacy..As yourself this..would you rather have a fully operational smaller penis or a partially operation python?

I had my FFT removed 3 months ago, as I had lumps etc. I didn't realise it was effecting my erection quality, as I'd had it for so long and just became used to my erections being what they were. However, I've noticed since it's been removed that my erection quality has really improved. Unfortunately I lost some dartos fascia when the fat was removed and as a result part of the skin is stuck the the shaft. This prevents my erection reaching full length and it's painful. I'm hoping to have the skin released in a couple of months time. Even though I wasn't happy with my FFT, I was not totally against the method, as some guys have reported success. However, since having it removed, I've become more anti FFT as the difference in how my penis looks and feels is more dramatic than I expected. I simply hadn't realised the full extent of the negative effect the fat was having. I just thought I had cosmetic issues.

Wow hoddle10..thats amazing. you and I had the same symptoms..so your erections werent as strong either? How long did you keep the fat in before you removed i and who did you have to remove yours? Can you explain what the dartos fascia is and what part of your shaft is the skin stuck in? did you have lenghtening surgery too?

I had it in for nearly 14 years. I didn't really know my erections weren't as strong until I had it removed and discovered the difference. The dartos fascia is the layer below the shaft skin and is what allows the shaft skin to slide up and down. The skin is stuck pretty much in the middle, so gets pretty tight when erect and it's uncomfortable. I did have lengthening aswell, but didn't gain anything.

hoddle...I hope I am not asking too many questions, but why did you get the FFT removed after 14 years...Was it causing problems? Did a doctor in America remove it? Are your erections more spontaneous again, fuller, and thicker? You said "how it looks and feels is more dramatic than expected"..is that what you mean? Do you think the Dartos Facia is probably gonna be an issue if I remove?

The dartos fascia damage is a risk if you want all the fat removed. I think Dr Alter, for example, likes to leave a litte fat so as to avoid damaging the fascia, but I wanted all of mine gone. I had a Dr in London remove it.

I also had FFT with Viel and go for regular top ups 20ml at the time (tried 10 and 30 also). My results are good and I am definitely happier with my penis now than before. I was 7 EL and 5 EG and now 5.4-6.25 (at base) girth. I absorb a lot and have to go every 3 months or so to keep it looking about the same. Generally it will be 0.3m bigger all over one week after and then after three months its back to 5.4 - 6.25. I am happy and so is my wife. If you have BD then you would probable notice things wrong but no one else does. I consider the 100 pounds (160 USD) every three months an ok price to pay it take 20 min and you are out and considering I am willing to go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour. 20Min every three months is ok. I havent gotten any lumps but I do wonder what will happen if I stop getting top ups perhaps it will then be pronounced. Viel have done this for years and my 5 pence worth is that he is a good guy providing FFT as well as it can be done (its not perfect) Regarding erections havent really thought about it but actually I do find that its less often I have a rock hard one and wonder if what Hoddle said is what is causing it.....hmmm I was/ am happy but after reading the PMMA threads I wonder if that is not a better option.
