Guys,
As most everyone knows, PMMA is the most popular PE method on this forum. So far, there have been no major complications in the short run with this method. What I propose to have some standards and guidelines for members who are going to have PMMA. For example, some members suggested pumping, but Wade and Dr. C cautioned against this. Another issue is the use of the the stretcher post-op. If so, which one is the best?

Does anyone know how if it would be okay to bring an autoextender in a carry-on bag?
If the autoextender is used, should it be used immediately after the PMMA and then kept on 24-48 hours post-op? Would wearing the autoextender while getting back across the border cause a problem?
Somewhere I read that erections are good for PMMA? If that is true, should you take a Viagra or some other ED medication? Maybe Cialis would be best since that has a long half-life?
Even though Dr. C didn't really caution against showering, I think it would be best to avoid getting water into the injection sites until 72 hours or until everything is healed over. It may be a good idea to avoid aspirin prior to getting PMMA. Perhaps just washing the rest of yourself with a washcloth would be best and then maybe use Hibiclens® around the penile area?
Should olive oil be used prior to getting PMMA? If so, should it be a week, 2 weeks, a month, or more before getting PMMA?
What concerns are there about crossing the border?
Wear loose clothing, ie boxer shorts and sweat pants down and back to Dr. C's.
I think EP has some good thoughts about post-op care:
SUGGESTED POST OP CARE ITEMS
"As part of my post op care, pictured below are two items I use frequently. I suggest cleaning hands before handling your Willy. And if you are staying at a hotel/motel, spray the room down with Lysol.
For those brothers that plan to TRAVEL soon after surgery, I would suggest smaller versions of the items. Travel-size Lysol and hand sanitizers are sold at Rite-Aid, small enough to fit in your front pockets. Also, you may consider a keeping few bandages in your wallet should any cannula entry points become leaky.
Thus far, no infections have been reported. Thank goodness! Everyone seems to be practicing good post op care."

The purpose of this thread is to help guys get the best possible results with PMMA by preparing them, making sure the PMMA is distributed evenly, and preventing infections.
Feel free to address some of the concerns in this thread and post your own ideas and concerns here as well.
I started this thread because I didn't want this information getting lost in the PMMA/Dr. C thread.
