So I have pretty much decided that I want to have the testicular enhancement done with Dr. Elist and then belladerm done with Rosenthal. I know there are some on here that have had the testicular enhancement done and I have a couple of questions for you.
I have read that for some people it takes some time for them to "settle" and for the scrotum to stretch, hang and better accomodate the larger size. About how long does it take for things to get back to normal? Did you have to do any stretching to help things out? I have heard that they can increase the peno-scrotal webbing; any experience with this?
Reason I am asking is that I want to figure out a rough timeline where I could have the twins done, let things settle down and then get belladerm. I really do not want to do both at the same time. I figured that would be too much trauma for the area. I also thought that if there is an increase in the webbing it could be addressed while getting belladerm, but this may not even be an issue.
So what sounds reasonable in between procedures? 3, 6, 9 months? Hopefully around 3 would work, but I want to do things right and not rush things.

I do not have the testicle implant but I do have the penile one. May be they behave similarly as far as healing is concerned. In my case, my implant settled down and was completely healed in about 9 months. Only in the last few months it felt that there are no more changes.
Are you sure about the Belladerm? Some people have had no increase in girth and even lost some erect length as I did with my implant. Some did not loose length and they got moderate girth. Just make sure you get all the facts before you go in.
I also suggest you do the girth first then the testis.

Well, the reason I said Belladerm is because I definitely want a thicker penis (both flaccid and erect), plus I would like some added length (again, both flaccid and erect).
I have been contemplating PMMA, though. It might be a good option...

The Testicle implants feel VERY unnatural (even the "new" models)
Anyone who touches them, even casually, will know. You will always get a question of "Why are your balls so hard?" and they know immediately they are not real. Given the fact you spend almost $9,000 the surgery should be PERFECT. And it is far from it!
I feel the edges on the implants and it feels like a "cup."
Before you get ANYTHING from Dr. Elist, please make sure you speak with another patient and you FEEL the implant you are getting, whether you get the penile or the testicle. You are spending ALOT of money, do not trust the DR. telling you how "natural" they feel. Do it for yourself. The new implant is only slightly softer and is not different from the original silicone!!! Both are very hard!
Good luck!

Thanks for the input, dog. I talked to Dr. Elist and he said that he has three versions: regular, soft and ultra soft. I believe he said that the ultra soft only comes in size medium and large and the other two come in med, lrg and xl. I do not know what the difference is between the sizes.
Dr. Elist told me that the ultra soft model is the newest model. He just got it and that the cost for it is going to be a few thousand dollars more than the other models. It is supposed to be "life-like" to the touch and feel. He said "No one will know. Very impressive, but they will not know."

MAke sure you feels these already implanted in someone. there is no regular soft and ultra soft. the largest one is much softer because there is simply more surface area and not many peple can have the extra large due to its size. As for no-one will know. That's what I was told! They will know. Trust me.
