I'm not entirely sure what that means. If it means that 15cc is 20% and the 80% is carrier then the total volume would be 75cc. That's about the volume of an average flaccid penis if I remember correctly. That's surely not possible.
When I had 30ml of macrolane injected 2 years ago that was too much. I realize the carrier disappears but that is a huge volume !

I asked Wade about this, here is his reply:
"Hello Mike,
The concentration of PMMA in each ml syringe that is used for the girth procedure is 20%, the remaining 80% is a water based vehicle for the 20% micro sphere concentration. The vehicle is usually absorbed within 48 hours, and swelling subsides in approximately four to five days."
If I am interpreting this answer correctly, I think it means that when we talk about injecting 10ml, that is the total volume you will receive, no more. So assuming it's 20% by volume, the actual pmma would only be 2ml. But the answer is a bit vague, I have asked for clarification.

Wade has confirmed that the volume we normally talk about is the total volume. So the volume of pmma is actually quite small. It's amazing that people are gaining as much as they are. Obviously the new tissue which is created is a lot greater than the pmma beads.
