Thanks very much for the links envisionmore. So I'm assuming you are leaning towards having the procedure done after your studies?

GSXR, I look foward to hearing updates about your procedure. Could you provide any more information regarding what Dr. C said about his experiences with former patients of Elist? If not, if you stay in contact with him could you ask him more questions.

Although I need to do more studying regarding PMMA, given the amount of different cosmetic procedures this product is used for and more importantly the number of blogs documenting various patients experiences, I am quite excited to learn more about PMMA.

Does anyone know if PMMA is being used for penile augmentation anywhere else in the world outside of S. America(I will research this as well but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask)?

Well guys, didnt sleep much last night, i dont sleep good on my back and i need to do that for the next few days. The bleeding stopped during the night on the last cannula injection site that hadnt closed up all the way. Looks good now. I am still black and blue, I figure I will probably be like that for the next couple of days. I had a good case of morning wood, and I can tell that the skin is stretching out, also, i measured and am 6 3/4 at the base of the shaft and 6 mid shaft. Also, my flaccid is much bigger than yesterday, the product seemed to have gotten harder over the night and it doesnt move around at all. I am still massaging it per the doctors orders. Well, its time to get ready for my flights home, I will update more this evening.

Hi- thanks for taking the time to post photos showing every stage of your procedure thus far. Since you've decided to submit photos, look forward to seeing the mature result. In these photos the bruising is very apparent. Can you tell us a bit about the process...what kind of anesthetic (hopefully one was used), pain level during, after...special instructions.

well so here goes. The bruising sucks, the swelling sucks, but let me tell you. Walking around with this thing is awesome. It is not the best looking thing anymore, but I can go get more to get the contours worked out, I dont mind that much becuase its huge and its an amazing feeling. I have a bulge in my pants, its instant self confidence. Cant get my hand all the way around it. The dr was able to help me keep my cone shape which i liked becuase i can really put the pressure on the clit with that last thrust ya know. And its what I wanted, pressure at the bottom. I hope the bruising goes away soon, I dont think I have lost erect length, but it is a little uncomfortable at full erection, as I can feel the skin trying to stretch, and it is almost like pulling skin from my abdomen for the extra girth. My girlfriend is coming over here in a little while to hang out. I wont be able to use my new tool, but she will see it. I dont think she was expecting me to have this much of a gain. The dr said it will shrink as swelling goes down, and then it will get bigger as the body replaces and vascularizes the pmma carrier with callogen. As far as the questions that were posed earlier, the dr said he injected pmma into patients who had the implant from elist removed prior. As far as how many cannula injection sites did i have, i had 3 on each side of the penis. He put in 12 cc's. He puts in anywhere from 10-15 cc's for the first time, and I think at the most ten the second time if you go back. If i fail to answer questions, I apologize just ask them again and I will try to get to them.

Was the treatment itself painful? I assume they gave you anesthetic, correct?

thanks so much for going to the effort posting these photos'. I think they will prove to be invaluable in the future. Most people who haven't had surgery before under estimate how stressful the recovery can be, as we aren't sure what is "normal" and what isn't. You seem pretty relaxed about your bruising and it looks perfectly normal, but to some people it could be a real source of anxiety and having photo's like yours that allow people to know what to expect can prevent a lot of stress for guys who have this done in the future.

hoddle thanks for the complement. I sent pics to the doc, and the bruising worries me a little, but i always bruise bad and I am a bleeder like i said before so i am not worried. Other than the blood involved in bleeding, bleeding is good, cleans out wounds and means that there is bloodflow. The doctor said it could take a week before the bruising goes away with the extent that I have, I have googled pictures of penis bruising, and I have found pictures similiar to mine, but they often accompany people who literally broke their penis during intercourse. Mind is not the case, but the bruising looks similiar. They used several shots of lydocaine on me to numb it. The dr also said that after the initial swelling goes down, I will lose some girth which was expected. I have lost almost half an inch since last night around the base and the shaft. I am now 6 1/4 at the base and 6 mid shaft, whereas last night i was 6 3/4 base and 61/4ish mid shaft. I will try to measure when my girl gets here and i can get a legitimate erection. I hope i dont go under 6 inches, i can tell you 6 inches of girth feels nice.

Looks great I am probably next to go for this procedure. Did you fly to mexico or san diego and picked up? How long does the Dr recommend you stay after surgery?
I am thinking of going next week or week after.
