Well guys I did it. I booked my appointment for this tuesday. Should be interesting. I am not looking for huge gains, just a little bigger, and the fact that i wont shrink up like a little kid anymore will be nice. It will cost 1500 dollars for the procedure. I have spoke with several patients and the nurse who assists the doctor. Apparently the doctor wont do more than a few treatments because with larger treatments there can be issues but hasnt had any with smaller treatments. Many of the men come back for a second treatment if they want more girth. I have taken before photos and will post them along with stats, and after photos as well.

Could you share some of the information you've gotten from the patients you've talked to?
I know you said you had gotten pictures from another patient; would it be possible to share those?
Finally, would it be possible to ask the doctor how he feels about using PMMA to further augment those with the silicone implant?

Gsxr, good job! Strong odds are in your favor that you'll be fine.
VERY IMPORTANT. Please take some before and after erect photos so maybe the people on this board can begin to start to figure out if length loss is limited to grafts (I think it is) or not. Good luck!

I will post erect and flaccid before and after. I will ask the guy who sent me his pics if i can post his. The nurse who is working with me at the dr's office has pmma in his buttocks, face, hands and i think pecs as well. Hasnt had any problems. He told me about some guys from brazil who got soo much pmma injected that they were too big for their girlfriends and had to go back and have some removed. Results seem pretty impressive, he was very insistent that this is just an enhancement, and that by injectingtoo much that you could either have poor results or adverse reactions. He said that people often have two visits for the penis but no more. I will see how I like my results and whether i want to go back again. He also said that nobody had any retraction or loss of length. Just a length gain in flaccid because of the extra mass.

The thing that worries me most about this is the possibility of necrosis. Did you ask if necrosis from PMMA is usually because of poor technique when injecting, or simply down to how the patients body reacts to the filler?

I don't know if this clinic has been spoken about earlier on in the thread, but I don't think I've seen these photo's before. They look much better than anything I remember seeing previously and appear totally natural. But I'm worried about the long term effects and possible necrosis. |

Dr C use to work at Clinic Estetica. The clinic does have a good reputation and Dra. Morales is supposed to be very talented. Check out MakeMeHeal.com There's a lot of Clinic Estetica fans but just as many Dr C fans. Dr C uses "New Plastic" PMMA formulated in Brazil and Clinic Estetica uses a "Secret" formulation called "Precise" PMMA formulated in Mexico.
I believe the prices are pretty competitive.

If you go the Brazilian route which Dr were you considering? There are several choices there. I personally like Clinica Plenus, Dr Marcio Dantas (President of the Brazilian Society of Sexual Medicine). This is where Fred (photo blog) had his PE. Dr Marcio travels between several major cities in Brazil where he has clinics. I'm a little confused about his prices. I think he charges 2000 R's which would be $1188 USD today's exchange rate. There are several photo blogs of PE (Not on his website) from patients and they seem very happy. He also offers a private waiting room for discretion if preferred.

From all that I have read, it was poor technique, as in too much was injected. The PMMA is carried in a callogen carrier which i believe is replaced with your bodies own callogen that basically sorrounds the pmma. Its funny, my girlfriend is upset at me for getting this. She is Asian, and very small, and thinks im basically huge. Im average basically but to her im huge and she thinks its going to hurt more than it did the first time. Dating her has definately been a confidence booster. Girls are also a lot different when it comes to risks. I am used to taking risks, and she is really scared. Girls are not willing to take as big as risks as men from what I have seen. Anyways, I guess what I am trying to say is that I am doing this for me. I have locker room syndrome a little bit, and also want to be the best, biggest, fastest, strongest....although there is always going to be someone better. So just make sure you do this for the right reasons.

What is the average gain in the erect state for pmma ? I recently emeailed dr casavantes and asked him many questions regarding the injections he performs. He wouldnt give me an answer just said his results are gauged by the before and after pics. As we all know flaccid gains are always more than erect. If anyone could help on this subject.....

Hi Paso-
When a modest amount of pmma is injected, generally this won't produce LENGTH gains...b/c there's insufficient weight to draw the penis downward...it is this sort of weight which over time could potentially yield a length gain.
I believe the reason the doctor might not have given you a direct answer re: gains in terms of girth is b/c the gain one acquires is based upon the individuals size naturally in both states...this of course very individual and can vary greatly.
Eg: if someone has a flaccid girth of 4" and erect girth of 5"
And a 1/2" is gained flaccid after pmma, this would make him 4.5" flaccid, and 5.5" erect girth respectively.
So the gain directly correlates to the starting size or put another way the size you are before the pmma treatment.
