Hey guys just want to add a few points to this conversation. New1"- You're proof that dedication to this can work. I totally understand wanting to stay w/it to see where it can go,however, when a constructive, "feel good" hobby turns into an obsession that's when problems start-its a slippery slope because one can fall into the trap of "well, I want to get just a little bigger"-we must realize when we're near our personal capacity, and we know that by common sense and keeping the following in check: Sensation of the penis (one should not experience pains in flaccid or erect states especially when not in an active state of excercise), maintaining good erection quality, and obviously as your gains diminish or cease. PE fanatics, will never accept the notion of cessation further gain and that when some try to "step up the routine w/more weight, so on...THAT is generally the moment that one starts to go too far into psycho-dick stretch syndrome! And this is when people can really hurt themselves. (You seem to smart for that). I must warn, however, that based on everything I've read one isn't supposed to wear a ring for more than an hour after pumping? Maybe you can find out more about that and let us know. I never did the ring thing but might consider it once my grafts are solidified. I personally don't want to become a nut w/this stuff-just want to spend this next year solidifying my goal which I'm close to.
YS: I'd seriously consider the ADS, I'm going back to it next week b/c that's when I'm clear by the DR. For most of us its the most practical way to go. The weight method NEVER worked for me personally. I have a feeling ADS will yield gains for you. You can fix it into position w/your penis up or down whichever is more comfortable for you. I wear it for a few weeks in 1 position then switch to the other b/c you feel the stretch in different part of the penis when you switch it up. Also, once I was healed from the lig release and didn't feel discomfort from that, I was able to wear tighter briefs so its not noticeable. (Nothin wrong w/ a slight buldge anyway, the chicks like that)!
Anyway stay positive guys and enjoy your holidays!

Hey guys thanks for the love. i believe when one door closes another opens. i was fired from my shitty job in march and didnt find another until early november. so i had a lot of time onmy hands so surfing the web and looking up info on pe i got excited and started to do it myself. @ IDM, i think it did start to become a obsession for me. plus i never got discouraged because i didnt measure for 8 months. that routine i gave you was as a result of someone with a lot of free time. now with my ned job, i got into hanging because i would see fast results not having to hang all day. right now the most i hang for is 2 hours with 4-8 pounds depending on how confident i am that day. but to anyone who wants to gain length you dont have to pe for 6 hours as i did, as i said i was not working at the tie so had some free time. but if you work from home and can get away with it, i say go for it. if your hurried every day you can set aside maybe 2-3 hours a day to focus on pe. YOU MUST make it a priority just like eating and brushing your teeth. no gains will come if your not consistant. My results ARE typical at the rate i went when pe-ing. i think i got NEWBIE gains so it may slow down so with the hanging it would be more intense pulling more of my penis out my body. i only want surgery for girth and pmma is looking pretty, pretty, pretty good...(larry david)..lol..but i wont do anything unit i reach my erect goal of 7 inches. i started at 5. i say if you can stretch your penis to one more in DO IT, then get girth surgery. lengthing surgery was never a option for me because im convinced it dont work.

Still waiting on word from the doctor about getting me in touch wtih patients. Hopefully some of them respond. I had a hair transplant done a year or so back, and honestly, after it was all said and done it looked good, and i didnt really spend any more time on the forum updating it or talking with people. I just wanted to move on with my new hair, so i kind of feel like maybe people feel the same about this...

I think one of my emails from Dr C said they were going on leave until after New Years. This may be why they haven't responded.

After seeing pictures and researching PMMA i am leaning towards this procedure. FFT dissolves by about 60% according to IDM even with new method. So what's the point of paying so much for this procedure? Will be doing some more research and looking forward to hearing from new patients from this site.

Your talking my language now!!! "Magnum size me"
I also think it's the best girth enhancing procedure at this time.
Does anyone know if one can mix medical PMMA? I have looked on the internet and I can't find an answer. For an example if I were to go to Dr Casavantes for New Plastic PMMA for my first implant and then Dr Marcio to have lengthening surgery along with PMMA (Metacril) for my second. So mixing New Plastic with Metacril (Both are medical PMMA).

PMMA sounds great but do you guys know that Solange Magnano the model died from injections in her butt. If someone can die from this I think this is out of my options. It's the cheapest but damn the risk is not cool at all. I think i am going back to FFT option.

Pertaining to the Elist implant and PMMA (a much earlier question)...I read today there is a Surgeon in Brazil that is performing Brazilian Buttock lifts using Silicone prosthesis and PMMA together to enhance results. So I would guess the same could apply for the Elist implant and PMMA (?). I also found on MNS a Doctor is mixing PMMA and FFT together to enhance results for PE.
Jasonbond... Did it say what type of injections were used? If PMMA what type I wonder (?).
I also found a PMMA injection website that anyone can buy off the internet and inject themselves for just a few hundred dollars. AND it's PERMANENT! I personally would NOT feel comfortable with this but I guess some are. But this goes to show there are SOOO many different types of PMMA.

The Do-It-Yourself PMMA is called Juveni. www.juveni.com or www.pmma.comI googled Solange Magnano. It appears to me that she died because of complications "during" her procedure. Also according to reports, the clinic run by M. Portnoy performs an average of 15 such procedures each day!!! Argentine experts suggest the operation may not have been performed correctly. The former President of an Argentine Plastic Surgeons Association, queried whether the doctor who performed the procedure was "a real professional from an approved" cosmetic surgery center. It was PMMA injected but does not specify which type. It also looks like it was Not performed with the new Bioplasty technique. From what I know about the procedures there were risks involved with the "old" technique. With the invention of the new Bioplasty technique it seems to have put those risks to rest. We could ask Dr Casavantes about this. Taken off of Dr C's blog... When compared with manual injection of PMMA, bioplasty offers many advantages like: Less Risk during the procedure because blunt micro-cannulas "don't" damage important anatomical structures like veins, arteries, nerves, etc Here is a comparison between the Bioplasty and Manual injection(the older technique) of PMMA. This is taken off of Dr Casavantes blog. //bioplastyblog.com/wordpress/2009/06/butt-augmentation-comparison-between-bioplasty-and-manual-injections/ ALSO //web.me.com/skinalerts/Blog/Casavantes_technique_for_buttocks.html

envisionmore I found 2 articles one said PMMA "Argentinian news reported that the injections used in her procedure were a synthetic polymer called PMMA. According to Wikipedia, PMMA is often used in the construction industry as a replacement for glass, and is known by many brand names, including Plexiglass. The material can also be used in medical applications and "in cosmetic surgery, tiny PMMA microspheres suspended in some biological fluid are injected under the skin to reduce wrinkles or scars permanently."And in another it used the word polymethylmethacrylate microspheres and PMMA not sure if there are more than one type of PMMA here is the article www.cosmeticsurgerytruth.com/blog/?p=3448Pertaining to the Elist implant and PMMA (a much earlier question)...I read today there is a Surgeon in Brazil that is performing Brazilian Buttock lifts using Silicone prosthesis and PMMA together to enhance results. Believe me you do not want to start self injecting anything! Ask your doctor what can happen if one accidentally injects pmma (or air even) into a vein or artery...!

Also: "PMMA", as I stated earlier in this thread is short for:
Polymethyl methacrylate. There is only ONE "PMMA", but HOW it is used ,WHAT its mixxed with and the AMOUNT (size/weight of the molecules, determine its consistency or density). As an example a certain combination will make an injectable filler, another combination will make a counter top!
I gather there are different products out there which CONTAIN "PMMA" and those products may have different names... Such as "new plastic", Juveni ...so on.
Similar to the way hayaluranon (H.A), is the base of several different products that do the same thing..such as: Restylane, perlane, juvederm
