How about we share our experiences with regards to any PE that you may have done and share what was the outcome. If you are planning on having a surgery, then go ahead and share with us your decision process. Honesty is best here and I have to assume we are all here to learn about PE...
I'll start by telling you I had an Elist implant put in over six months ago. The girth has been great and it is not cone shaped when flaccid and it looks good when erect.
Some erect length was lost, about 1.25 and a turkey neck developed. There is a little pain at the glans still. The Dr. insists the length will come back, but it has not yet and I will be visiting him when work allows me for a correction and/or to check my options. I would like to give him the chance to improve my implant, I think that will benefit me AND benefit him and his patients....
Sex is OK, the pain some times is moderate and one has to think hard to achieve climax. The girth is favored by the ladies. The angle of erection is reduced. A woman on top sometimes hurt.
Thx for creating this forum and thx for the spelling option, I type too fast some times and mis spell some stuff...

Welcome aboard Mustang!
I am actually going to work on PE for a a few months, possibly a year or two until I reach my decision for surgery. I will likely customize a plan that best suits my own "penis," which includes jelqing, stretching, and eventual ADS and pumping. My hopes are length gains, though any girth gains would be welcome.
As for surgery, I'm split between FFT and Elist Prosthesis. While I consider FFT safer and less expensive, I find that the prosthesis gives me a heftier girth.
Mustang - have you tried stretching or wearing an ADS to help stimulate length gains??

Paso, a forum for pictures is not a bad idea - though anyone is welcome to post/upload them to this forum as well.
If I end up making a "Pictures Only" type message board, I may also make it password-only so more members feel comfortable about posting intimately personal pictures of themselves (only other members would be able to see).
I believe there is a chatroom function available to proboards, I will look into it tonight and try to get it up and running.

Mustang - have you tried stretching or wearing an ADS to help stimulate length gains?? Never used a stretching device. Dr. E says no way one should use it with an implant, it may disturb it. I try to manually stretch it, but the skin just moves forward and the implant stays in the same spot. I do not want to pull too hard on the glans alone in case it disturbs the stitching. So it is a catch 22! BTW, What is the best stretching devices out there?

Seems like this thread is a ''blanket'' topic concerning all types of PE. I've done PE for years now and while I personally will never consider surgery, I also respect a man's decisions if he chooses that route. I've done well myself with non surgical methods. I have gained 2'' in length, and over 1'' in girth...bordering on 1 and 3/8'' for the girth. I'm still working on more girth gains. I guess I would say that I AM getting what I want from PE, but have not yet gotten to the point of being finished. I am not after more length, but definitely want more girth. I'm currently at 7'' non bone pressed erect length and 6.25''-6 and 3/8'' of erect girth as measured on the shaft.

Doesn't it bother you that the implant could be disturbed by simply wearing a stretcher? The Dr tells us not to stretch with a device at the early stages of the operation. Later he does recommend manual stretching, but he is so inconsistant with his comments that it is hard to figure out what is correct and what is not. The implant is very stable now, so I am not so sure a stretching device will or will not work that's why I was asking the question about it.

Seems like there are so many claims out there about gaining in length and girth, but very few are real. It is very unique to have gained 2" in erect length and that much girth with or without surgery so you must have found a way to do it. Can you share with us how you did it? and if you are comfortable, share with us pix of before and after? I am not doubting you, I am just impressed you got those #'s.

I mainly used weight hanging for my length. It took a total of about 3 years. Girth, I used squeezes, and lately I use pumping and squeezes along with clamping. I'm a regular, long time member on mattersofsize forums btw.

PE is legit, I think if someone can commit to the time and privacy required to have some successful gains, I think it is conceivable to obtain some gains. The only issue with PE is that gains vary person to person, so while one guy might pull off a 2" length gain, others (using the same techniques) may only successfully gain 0.5"-1". It definitely requires some patience and realistic expectations.
I actually plan to incorporate PE prior to surgery, see what gains I can get in the 1-2 years I'm going to set aside before going under the knife. There are just too many people who have stated (and even shown via photos) the success of PE WITHOUT having anything to sell.
Given my starting size, I still believe surgery will be an inevitable option.
P.S. fellas, check out stillwantmore's thread at the (RESOURCE ONLY) Nonsurgical Forum, PE can work for some people
