I have recently traded PM's with the Thunder's Place admin - ThunderSS. For those who don't know, Thunder's Place is arguably one of the best penis-specific forums on the entire WEB!
I asked him if I could make a post regarding this site here to bring more awareness to the subject. Thunder's Place has few threads regarding phalloplasty and I told ThunderSS that it wasn't comprehensive enough for future patients. After a few PM's, he stated:
"Your forum looks good so far. Go ahead and post a new thread about your place, BUT post it in the Review Forum. If it takes off and does well I'll add it to Useful Links section at the bottom of every page."
So you heard it here! Please help our community out by logging on, in your free time, and continue the discussions! If anyone here is a member of any other penis forums, please make a thread regarding this site, or possibly link it in your signature. Anything helps to improve our visibility.
Speaking of visibility, this is my first attempt at major promotion outside of MNS. While October has been busy for me, I plan to take some additional steps in November when I have a little bit more free time.

I am going to start posting over there myself to promote the visability of this site. Thunder's Place is an excellent resource but, as stated, it has little info with regards to Phalloplasty.

I also signed up at TP. Of course it is all about manual PE but it is still great for info. There are many claims of increases in erect length up to 2 inches on that site, but I have not researched the posts enough to see the evidence...so i will keep looking!!!

mustang2020, I'm a believer with length gains using manual PE.
Given that the site is completely non-commercial, and a lot of the gainers have nothing to sell, I find it being very credible. I actually gained about 0.5" for the time I was into manual PE but I plateaued. I plan to get back into it, but primarily as a "conditioning" regimen for my own penis to get it better prepared for surgical augmentation down the road.
There are simply way too many reports of length gains from non-advertising members at Thunders, and traction/stretching makes some physiological sense. I know you are dealing with retraction Mustang, I'd seriously take a look at that website for some length tips.

I am sure there are some gains using PE, but are those gains available to everyone who does it, at the same rate? a guy with a 4 inch erect may get may be .5 of an increase vs a guy who has 7 inch and will get to 8 inch with PE, I do not know and I am open to any comments.
With the implant, it is hard to do any stretching because the skin just moves over the implant and the shaft/implant do not move at all. It is painful and dangerous to pull on the glans in fear of poping the stitches (they may not at this point, but i do not want to fuck it up) This is a big problem with this type of op. I am trying to push the shaft from the base of the penis out to see if this will do anything...

Hey Messageman. Hope you are doing well! I used to go on Thunder's place but I found it to be just as hostile as MNS, but in a different way. The board owner and several guys on there are VERY negative against any phallo surgery, even within the surgery forum. So if you are looking for an objective conversation you will probably be disappointed. When I got the penile implant with Elist (over a year ago) I was over there looking for other Elist patients who had the same experience. I was accused of being Chad, of being a Dr's shill, of being a fake! It got so ridiculous that I just left after a few postings. Just to mention, I have had the implant taken out also in case anyone thinks I am pushing anything but my own experience! The reason I even mention this, is that it is obvious that a couple of the posters over here now are posting on this site quite a bit. If you read the postings there they are similar to those on here. I am just hoping this site has more credibility than either MNS or Thunders. But hey, just my opinion. Just be aware!

Mustang, the gains from manual PE are not the same for everyone. There have been some observations that smaller guys tend to gain more than bigger guys, but its only a correlation not substantiated by a legitimate study.
Penises are similar but not identical. There are guys who have committed to a particular "routine" written by a famous gainer and of that group, only some will report gains, and only a portion of the gainers will report significant gains.
Furthermore, manual PE advocates insist that for every penis there is the "right" routine for it. Some benefit from jelqing and stretching, others need to pump or clamp. Since you have an implant, I would strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before getting into any major manual PE routines.
I do believe that manual PE can be effective, but the only problem with it is, is that gains require tons of commitment, and even then you are never really certain how much you will get from it. But I suppose something is better than nothing.

Oh, and about what dog said, Thunders Place is VERY ALLERGIC to phalloplasty and anything involving surgery. That doesn't mean they have an agenda, but they are more like the "organic" types who prefer gains the "natural" way.
There is a lot of good things to learn there, but as dog mentioned, its not at all a place for objective surgical discussion. And with the failure of MNS to uphold some legitimacy, this place as far as I know is the only non-commercial message board still solely devoted to the topic.

Thanks Skeptical One.
I agree, to be fair, there is ALOT of info on Thunder about PE.
At the time, I was just put-off by being attacked for trying to discuss Elist's implant or other surgery at the time.

I think surgery offers a quick yet risky PE to people like us who had it done. Manual PE as you mentioned, require so much time that a busy man's life will deter most from doing it.
Let's just keep this site alive, it will help us all..
