Hi! I have a rather long penis erected (8 inches) without surgery, but flaccid it is only average. If I put Alloderm over all that length and it contracts to average as flaccid, wouldn't it look pretty weird? If I had surgery to lengthen it and then had an Elist implant, there might be a chance it would be over 8 inches flaccid because it keeps it stretched, right? If you get over 8 inches flaccid you could really put yourself in a position over other guys at the gym, and girls pick up on that, so it would be a double payoff, not just the sensation. Also, so it wouldn't look weird with the implant, I would need glanular enhancement first to know what size to get, who's the best at that?

Seeking surgery for the sake of vanity when you are already big is the worst possible decision you can make. Why? Because phalloplasty is still generally experimental and is best suited for those in dire need of augmentation, not those who fancy it. If you actually believe that your longer flaccid which no chick will see (until you've already picked her up) helps you pick up chicks...well you may want to reassess how to pick up girls. No offense. Lastly, our forum has migrated over to www.phalloboards.org - good luck.
