If you look at the posts, there is only 1 person who is negative about this site. "the wizard" wouldn't you be negative to if people were leaving your site and heading someplace else? Its not hard to figure out who you are wizard

Oh, please dfresh tell us your humble experiences on this subject? Have you had the courage to have anything done or are you just here for research purposes. Here's my credentials before you start making wisecrack comments. First read what I said and then ask questions before making allegations. I have had over four different procedures some in the days when there was no outside help to discuss the issues - just the word of the surgeon. Having a vested interest my point is this: it would be nice to have a genuinely open forum but even better if new blood (for want of a better word!) could find it. My point to Skeptical One, the administrator, was simply that we need an easier working name for that to happen. "Phallostophy" has a million entries. It is also a complicated word. An easier name makes it easier to find this site on search engines and also to introduce new blood which is essential to keep this going. Skeptical One understood this and has responded positively. To make a sound point does not mean I am critical anymore than if one brings up specific issues about a certain doctor. That I believe is what this forum is about - having the right to express one's opinion without being shot down in flames or being edited. It is called the art of open debate. I thought censorship existed on the other now defunct site - not here. But maybe you were the censor on the other site and are now trying to do it here under another guise? Simple really if you think about , eh?

wizard, activity on forums are spotty at best. Some members could go weeks without logging in at MNS. And for a forum just over a month old made from scratch, I'm somewhat pleased with what activity we do have. And there are a good number of MNS folks already here. I have been busy this past week but in November I plan to start promoting the visibility of this site in a few different ways. But for now, its been reasonable. I'm not sure why there is pessimism regarding this sites viability. Granted, we aren't the first thing that comes up on Google, but thats something that can and will change over time. Otherwise, with MNS being down can anyone tell me where else you can find a message board so specifically directed at the topic of penis surgery (that is more active than this one)? Because if you can, I'd love to go there and promote this site! Remain optimistic! Log-in regularly, especially if you are passionate about the topic(s). This site will survive if there are still those who have genuine concern for future patients...people who were once in the dark like we were. To help the forum to survive and to make it easier to be seen by search engines, you could use key words e.g. phalloplasty, penis surgery/enlargement/enhancement... in all your posts, the higher the frequency the more this forum will be recognised by e.g. google

Apparently MNS is back up. I'm not exactly doing this site any justice by making everyone aware of this fact, but I want to make a point:
Mynewsize.com message boards have usually been owned, affiliated, and/or influenced by phalloplasty surgeons in the past and could be the case under its current management. Mynewsize.com message boards have practiced censorship of material that criticizes certain surgical techniques and doctors. Information at Mynewsize.com message boards has a profit-driven agenda which can taint the quality of information obtained from that site. Should you choose to post there again, please log in regularly here at PhalloBoards to keep this site going!

I've been told that posting a thread at MNS requires approval from a moderator before its posted. I went ahead and confirmed this. Censorship at MNS is still clearly going on.

Yes, apparently you need to have any posting approved by the moderator…The same moderator who is still happily approving junk ads. Guess his MO is to make sure nothing disparaging gets out about the benefactor((s) of the site. MNS says it worries about lawsuits from doctors on the receiving end of bad reviews…but why isn't it worried about lawsuits from guys who have their penis’s permanently destroyed…caused in large part by the manipulation of information on the site? Anyway, MNS’s days are numbered. Nobody in their right mind would trust or devote time to a site that filters its info and tailors its posts so as to encourage members (no pun intended) to choose a particular doctor or procedure.

The work of Chad Hedman strikes again....
Maybe someone should ask Chad Hedman about his upcoming lawsuit against Dr. K. I am sure Dr. K.'s attorneys would love to have Mr. Hedman on the stand and ask him if he ever ripped off/cheated guys and about his smoking, obesity, and other factors related to his last surgery by Dr. K, or why he was still working as a shill for Dr. K after the surgery. Just some advice to you Mr. Hedman, make sure all of your MNS orders are up to date and fulfilled. I wonder if 8ball (8-ball) and Dan Levine will testify against Chad Hedman...

Does anyone know what the average turn around time is for a post or thread to be approved by the MNS admin before it shows up on the forum? So far not a single post or thread of mine has shown up, though I will admit half of them have been designed to promote awareness of this website lol.
I'm not one to throw insults or pass judgment, but MNS is just plain bad. It has no problem being that blunt with its censorship and I hope the remaining active members there make a permanent migration here some day.

I posted and it showed up in about 24 hrs. But I posted a link to this site, and it never showed up.....I am amazed this is happening in our society today... but then again, money talks and shit walks

Well that pretty much explains their 100% silencing of me. I didn't actually create any bad-mouthing posts, but the fact that "PhalloBoards" is in my signature may not sit well with them.
Oh well, hopefully this is just more evidence for the MNS veterans to head on over here permanently (if they are reading this).

I have stopped updating my thread on MNS. Does anyone know if the pm is still working at mns? We could do a massive blitz, lol. The only problem with that is i'm certain the moderator for mns is lurking here. This site is on the move, the activity has been positive and most important, real.
