Hi Guys,
I'm soon going to be going under the knife, or should I say seringe. And since I'm going to probably be doing some form of stretching over the coming months I figured I might as well just get one mechanical extender, the one that is most compatible with the post-operative indications of Dr Casavantes, ensuring that there is no retraction after the injections and that the PMMA stays perfectly well spread.
Would those here who know these devices propose what they think would be the best, and hopefully it would in later use also provide those extra millimeters in daily extension we all seek so ardently.
Thanks !
HC

I use the max-Vac...It is basically a bungee rope with a silicone sleeve that Fits over the penis and pulls down when you are wearing...I've Used it for 2 years and love it...The only issue though is that I don't think they make them anymore... Which kind of sucks..because my current sleeve is pretty worn out and I'm due for a new one... Would anyone know where I might be able to get another Max-vac or a silicone sleeve? Thanks, MM

MM, if you are talking about a small silicon sleeve that you fold it up and then it hooks up to the glans under suction, then you attach it to a bungee cord to your leg, then you can buy them on ebay for about $40.

Here is some information on the Max-Vac: www.mynewsize.com/news.htmThis was an invention of Dan Salas, that according to thegrip people, ripped off their design. This may be a good product and for those of you who like it can contact Dan Salas at Phallocare. Before ordering this product it would be wise to check with Dan Salas to see if Chad Hedman is involved with any part of the sales transaction.

Two years ago, there was a member on MNS who ordered the Max Vac from Chad...He sent the money but unfortunately he's still waiting for the Max Vac... I guess it should be arriving any day now...

So the general consensus is to place your sore swollen inflated black and blue post operative wanger inside one of those tight silicon sleeves? Ouch... EDIT - I just saw it pictured, it only grasps the glans. Image removed in accordance with PhalloBoard Rules. Our Host Proboards.com refuses to allow any form of nudity on their servers. Just a reminder. HC

@hc
haha no problem, I know what the photos were intended for. Trust me, I fought to have the pics up since none of them were sexual in nature...but they seem to have disagreed.

What is the difference between the cheap ebay extenders and any "namebrand" extender? The design looks almost identical, the only difference I saw was that some of the name brands appeared to have more small add-on rods than the cheaper brands. Anyone have any experience with this?

sparticusMy only understanding is the quality of the parts being used (so in theory the brand names should last longer and work more effectively). I'm going to invest into a $30 ADS, I find that traction shouldn't have to be so expensive.
