Guys just my two cents/pence worth.
In all the fighting gyms I have trained in Arnica cream is something you always carry with you to recover from bruising quickly.
Some say there is not enough scientific evidence on its effectiveness but thats merely because it is not patented and therefore who is going to spend 50K on proving it.
Just google it. Martial artists, boxers, snowboarders, moto X, bmx etc everyone uses it and I have done it for years it is almost a miracle how quick a big ugly bruise changes.
The best way to use it for this purpose is to start applying it three times a day two days before your visit. Then when they finish and Wade is going to wrap it up ask to apply it before then.
You need to rub it in thoroughly so you cant see the white cream anymore.
Then just continue 2-3 times a day until the bruising is gone. It also helps swelling. Be a little careful applying it to the injection sites as you should not put it on wounds.
Unfortunately I forgot my cream at home had I done the above it would be much better than now. I started it last night and overnight its gone from shiny black bruising to faded and very faded dark blue blue.
Good luck.

justabitmoreIs this an over the counter pharma item or something which can even be bought in a Walmart? I am asking because if not I will need to find some in France prior to heading out, here it is usually a homeopathic medicine taken in small granules. Also when and how do you apply it and how frequently after the PMMA injections? HC

@ HC
You should easily be able to get it in france in fact I think my last tub was bought there when we went to St Jean de Luz.
Take the tablets also they work from inside out.
Start applying as per post three times a day before the injections and then continue like that until bruising is gone. Avoid any area with open wound, scap or blood.
If you are like me and have a long plain journey home dont worry just do it before you leave for the airport and resume when you get back.
I forgot mine and started last night two days after which is not ideal! Are you all booked up?

Should also say if you (like me) get some reddish skin slightly inflammed including puffy fore skin dont put it on there!
Only on the bruises.
I am using thick cream for nappy rash on the inflammed bits.

justabitmoreThanks for suggesting that and for your application instructions, I'll ask for a tube in a pharmacy, I'd only used it here orally in homeopathic mini-doses. I'm not yet booked as I need to coordinate two plane tickets plus the scheduling. I'll be contacting Christian soon. HC
