OK so for the uninitiated I had FFT done two years ago with regular three monthly top ups. I have decided to stop the FFT despite ok results as PMMA so far have given much better results and its permanent when you have finished your treatments.
My stats:
Before FFT. Flacid girth 4 inches Erect Girth 5 inches. Flaccid lenght 4.25-4.75
After FFT Flacid girth 4.5-4.75, Erect Girth 5.5, Flaccid lenght 4.75-5
So goo flacid gains ok erect gains and some flaccid lenght due to less retraction.
Erect lenght 7 inches BPEL 7.2 (but haven't really gone to town on this one so maybe a bit more will update when I do.
I am going for looks first and Girth second even if I need 2-3 treatments.

OK so out and all done!
The team were just great!
DR C was telling me his preferred method for the best pleasing look and I went with that.
He declared my penis big (yeah) I got 20cc of 19 10 percent and 1 30 percent for the base. So far no bruising or swelling but its early back to the hotel to chill!
Penis looked much more cylindrical than before and feels heavy!
He said I will get girth but no big promises he said he would probably use 20 percent next time as its much safer to do when you already have some material in.
Gotta go shuttly is waiting!

I am sure there is more than one typo lol I got told the shuttle was waiting and just punch my microscopic keyboard as quickly as I could!
So to clarify I had a total of 20cc 19 of those were at 10 percent and 1 cc was at 30 percent for the base.
Just unwrapped and there is some bruising as you would expect.
Its not massively swollen but feels heavy. I just had an erection and everything looked good and felt rock hard much nicer than fft.
The base is a bit swollen and its thick over 7 inches but this will of course reduce.

justabitmoreSurprised it felt rock hard, I noticed it actually firmed up a few weeks out post-op. I thought of it was being semi-soft post-op (though I didn't really have a lot of erections post-op). Good luck and yes the swelling will reduce the size some. Happy healing!

Yes this morning there is more swelling and bruising I have no worries though and think 10 days or so will do wonders!
Had there been bruising it would look great right now. Base is thickest ever and shaft is well over 6 I actually think the base is over 7. I didn't want to measure for the same reason as you but will measure when I am back home in europe on Friday. The reason it that the size is pretty much ideal so I want to see what ideal (for me) measures up to be. If its 5.8 now then I really don't care if I don't get to 6.25 as it looks great (IMO)
I have had maybe 10 rock erections in the last since the operation (18 hours ago) I had to unwrap it at 3am as it was hurting due to an erection. Wade said it would be no problem and that when erect it was easier to locate bumps but I found nothing when massaging.
SO maybe because my starting girth was 5.5 the material is thinner and therefore feels firmer sooner?
I have reviewed my expectations somewhat as regards to the 1st session end result but who knows. I think I will be lucky to get 0.5 on top of my ft which will shrink somewhat or the next few months. I think I will be happy with a first round result of 5.8 shaft but I think my base which was 6.25 and rarely goes under 6 (before top ups) will be 6.5 + as they used 30 percent in that area and right now I would bet its 7+
They will use 20 percent in some areas next time (its easier to control when you have some pmma in there already hence its there preference)
So I still think I can reach my notional goal of 6.25 with a very thick base over the next two sessions.
I will certainly record day six measurements as apparently that's the low point for measuring according to some of the guys here. And then they get a bit of growth afterwards. My growth will probably be offset against some of the fat dissappearing so the six day point might be a good indicator.

I thought I did in the first post on the thread but basicall depending on how I measure it I always considered me to be a little above 7 EL but BPEL is 7.25 still tough to measure as I curve so I am actually longest at 90 percent erection and when it goes solid it doesn't improve due to the slight curve. I didn't have any lengthening done so its always been that size!

A ;Dlmost 48 hrs.
Just landed after 16 hours in the air on three connections. All wrapped up and for some reason I keep getting erections or semis so no retraction.
No pain just some soreness.
Bruising. Ha not sure if you guys are aware of all the riots over spending cuts here in europe notably Greece! Anyway if I didn't no better I would think the riot took place on my cock definitely looks like someone stamped on it lol
Swelling down a bit and the wrap is now loosening.
Will measure tonight. Not to get my hopes up but because I think it is a nice size and would give me an idea of how it will be after the next treatments. Also for the sake of science I would like to see how much its retracts, what day the low point is and how much it grows again. Bear in mind I have fft that will shrink over time so might be a stale mate! Will post later when home!

Note: *** I modified this post. When I first measured my flaccid it was smaller than the figures I have modified but I had just unwrapped and it was compressed. When I measured later it had improved and I checked again this morning and it is the same.
OK so its 48 hours. My penis survived the long haul flights home and as I said I was going to do some measuring as I liked my size and wanted t see what that equated to I know its still swollen albeit less already but I was still very impressed and if I end up like this after the last treatment i am a very happy dude.
Fl acid it now hangs at 5-5.25 so thats 0.25 more.
Fl acid girth its is now 5.5 then 6.5 at the base.
so thats about 1 inch more flacid more
Erect it is 5.5 below the glands (actually touching were there is almost no pmma it was 5.35 before so a gain 0f 0.15
then before the rest of the shaft was 5.5 and now it is 5.9 for the first increment and then 6.1, 6.2-6.3
I should say most of the shaft is 6.2 so the average gain is 0.7
then just before the shaft it was 5.75 and now 6.5 so 0.75 gain.
shaft was 6.25 and now 7.25 so 1 inch gain.
guys this may not be impressive gains and we all know there is a lot of reduction to come but if I can get like this after another two treatments I will be so happy.
Its so heavy I gotta say guys 6.2 feels fnin big and I cant believe its my cock I am holding and because it is so heavy it is going to be entirely different when having sex. Its a friggin hammer!! when it goes to 6.5 before the base it just feels unreal and 7.25 at the base poor girl! Its gonna take a couple of bottles of red wine before anal sex is back on the menu!!
Seriously don't know what to say.
Also it is much smoother than my old cock and I am just really happy.
Its one hundred percent big enough for adult films!
I am not sure how much it will shrink now before it grows but I am thinking that if I end up with 5.75 at c scar so a .35 gain and then 5.8 the rest of the shaft and 6 before the base and 6.75 base I would think it is a great first round result and would consider just getting it touched up. or if I loose some more fft then do a full session but these numbers make me very happy.

When I went from 5 to 5.5 with my fft I was so happy it really is a good girth. However I can tell you that pmma will be even better. 5.5 pmma heavy and hard is much more effective than 5.5 fft!

Ok so time zones are out of whack for me as I am in Europe but later today will be three days post op. Swelling seems down and so does the tenderness which was not bad anyway.
The bruising which was initial black and very dark blue is now a faded dark blue and lighter in places. I forgot to bring Arnica cream so just started it last night. I swear by this stuff and I am sure it will look great in a few days.

Ring yes but I kinda always had that especially after lots of sex and always after fft top ups.
I feel the same mild discomfort slightly red and irritated foreskin and also a little on the shaft.
But I am completely relaxed about it as I have been through this before and I am still just under a full three days of healing after major trauma so I expecting nothing less. I expect to be much better next week and from looking at it I think two week and you wouldnt be able to tell that I had this done.
Bruising is looking much better!
Also regarding the ring my glands are fairly big so when erect it sort of blends in. My wife saw it last night when I got back and but some arnica cream on the bruising and she thought it looked great (and scary ! In a good way lol)
