I am seriously considering lengthening surgery with him this July if he does it through the scrotum and if it can be combined with Dr C's PMMA injections. Also I hear he does scrotal webbing to reduce the webbing often brought on by PMMA girth enhancement?

There was some pictures of a Dr. Camacho patient who used Dan Salas as his surgical broker and the bandages were on the pubic region. Perhaps Dan could tell Dr. Camacho about the scrotal incision approach from his knowledge of working with Dr. Knight and Rheinschild. Or, perhaps Dr. Chamacho doesn't feel comfortable with making a scrotal incision. Still waiting for a response back from Dr. Camacho... |

It's been a while and I don't remember where I read it, but one person did say that Dr C's colleague in Tijuana who does lengthening does so from the underside and not the pelvis. Maybe that person was misinformed or confused him with another doctor, or maybe it was a long time ago and for various reasons (maybe releasing pelvic retention skin too) he now does so from the front?

I wrote Nurse Wade to inquire about having a lenthening by Dr Camacho done the same day or thereabouts, prior to the first series of PMMA. I'm still waiting on that reply. Once it arrives I'll keep you posted.

I talked to Dr. Camacho a few weeks ago. He seems like a nice guy but he did not understand my English questions very well. He also wanted to put me Thru Dan, and while I do not know the guy, I did not want to go thru a middle man so I told the Dr. I refuse to talk to Dan and I wanted some of Dr. Camacho's patients to contact me directly about their successful lengthening surgery which the Dr. talked about....nothing yet.

Camacho does lengtheining with the v y plasty technique, I have seen and talked to one of his patients and he is very happy. However, the v y technique is very risky and may cause scrotalization and shorter looking penis, but so far Camacho looks like he knows what he is doing and Dan says he has very good hands. I dont want any more scars in my pubic region, so I have decided not to do anything except natrual PE. I actually booked with Camach, but have since changed my mind. I like my Penis the way it is,,, just doing natural PE

Hi Lastime,
I'll agree that it's best to avoid telltale signs of penile surgery with visible scars in the pubic region, I'm blond and it would definitely remain visible. Since he doesn't go through the scrotum I won't be doing that either. Does anyone here know if there is a doctor who does?
