I wanted all who had the implant surgery to contribute to this thread to share their experiences and feelings, support each other and also to shed some light to new patients.
I'd like us to consider three groups:
Group 1: people who have had the implant and they still have it, are happy with it and plan to keep it. Please share with us your stats pre and post op and any issues you had and how long you had it.
Group 2: people who had the implant, had major issues with it but got thru these issues and still have the implant and plan on keeping it.
Group 3: people who had the implant, had major issues necessitating removal. Again, share with us your full experience please.
If you have any pictures and you feel comfortable sharing with us, go ahead, it really helps a lot.
I have made a promise to my self to post some pix once I feel I am where I want to be in my PE.
It would be wise to keep our comments respectful but factual and to the point. You can state your feelings and what you are going thru, but keep it factual even thu this site will not be edited, it is the right thing to do!

I like the idea a lot mustang! If people kept their posts concise, mentioning the group they were classified to, as well as a brief description of their journey, it will help the rest of us navigate and consolidate the information so get a better picture of implant experiences. And while you are totally right mustang, this site is not about censoring legitimate discourse on the subject, members must always be cognizant of forum rules: phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=6&page=1 especially #R6-#R8. I only want to remind everybody since MNS has been a bit of a roller coaster as of late

OK, so I believe I should be in group2.
I had the implant over seven months ago. The flaccid looks good but feels too hard for a flaccid penis. the edges have almost gone, but there are a few areas where one can feel the edges when flaccid especially near the glans and on the left side.
The erect looks very good and the edges are pretty much gone. The erection angle dropped from 135 high to about 90 degrees from the ground reference.
The erect length has gone down from about over 6 inches to a bit under 5 inches. I am told it will come back....someday!
The girth is the best part of this thing. It is over 6.85" at the base, 6 or so mid shaft and about 5.5 at the glans. Of course these #'s change a bit based on arousal level.
A turkey neck has developed which seems to be a product of this op. there is plenty of skin for length and for girth so it is not due to lack of skin stretching.
There is still some pain at the glans and at one left corner.
If I was told I was going to loose one inch of erect length, I would not have done this, or any other op. If I get my length back, then I would be very happy and I would keep the implant. I know there are some people who do not like an implant in them, but I am OK with it as long as it is stable now and in the future.
I encourage all who have the implant to chime in their honest experiences here.....

I will give my full opinion when I'm further along, Until then the verdict is still out. Only time will tell.

I think there should be a group 4, where someone had it but either had a minor issue or just didn't like it.
I had mine removed after one of the "stitches popped" and I did not like the unnatural feel (mostly in the flaccid state) so I just had it removed completely.

OK, We can have a 4th group. Can you expand on your comments/experience, only if you feel comfortable. Did you have any retraction after removal? I am seriously thinking of removing mine but afraid of retraction afterward. I already lost over an inch of erect length and I want my original length back..... more info helps us all...

Hi there Mustang, Well I guess I'd have to say catagory one for me. I really like the size and the sex with that size is wonderful! As you may I know the main reason I got the implant was to give the look of, and stretch out some foreskin.... and I'm sorry to report that the implant stopped moving down months ago now, and the glans is less and less covered. I think the rest of the penis is streching out past the implant even when flaccid and seems longer flaccid now, which is why less of the glans is covered, this would probably be good news for anyone contemplating having the implant w/o being stitched to the glans... provided they didn't want the foreskin look, (like I do want) oh well... this added size is a nice suprise, so I would have to say that over all I'm satisfied, since I have no plan on getting it taken out. take care all

I would firmly be in category number 3. I had my implant removed 4.5 months after having it put in. Up until the removal though, I had few issues with it. I will go into the minutia of it all in my journal; that should be in Chapter 8 or 9. I will, most likely, also be posting pictures… Have no idea, to this day, why I eventually lost the implant.…

Hi guys, I am curious as to how much more "amazing" sex has been for the implant patients now, compared to before? Is it anything like messageman describes in his encounter with his French lover (like did it changed her life for the better )? Thank you for sharing.

Mark, glad you found our new site. This is a lot better than silly mns.
I think Dr. Elist is realizing now that the implant scar tissue near the pubic bone area inside the body is holding the implant back, this happens after a few months of capsule formation. May be that is why yours stopped moving out.
Yes, it does seem that the implant makes the flaccid length a lot longer. Mine was about 3.75-3.9 inches a few months ago. Now it is a solid 4.25-4.35 inches.
As far as sex with a larger penis, I am absolutely convinced that any woman given a choice would prefer a larger penis, especially in girth.
