SO, Hope things are still going good. You will be happy with the results. I am 5 months post op and I am super happy with the results and still having no issues. My wife loves it. I am thinking about going back to have it filled in more behind the glans, but my wife says that it is good the way it is. GSXR Wife!? I was under the impression she was just the g.f...... if you are indeed married, CONGRATULATIONS!

An example of this would be the consideration to use an immediate post-op ADS to ensure the evenness of the PMMA. Hi SO, I was wondering if you used a post operative extender during the first day or two of healing? Also, would you know what model would be best? I'm new to this board and a total ignoramus when it comes to Manual PE. It actually sort of shocks me like shaking a person back into their wits when they aren't making sense. After all it's not his fault he's not the right size... So beyond the punishment aspect of the manual PE house of torture, I would nonetheless take a step to ensure that the PMMA is evenly spread and to prevent turtling before it is fully set. Do you know what models exist or are recommended for this single specific purpose? I'm not about to venture into hundreds of hours deciphering the manual PE forums where members endlessly debate the number of hand motions and one-armed weight lifting. TIA HC This aspect of post-operative PMMA is truly new territory, for both the patients and the doctor. I did NOT use a post-operative stretcher, and as of now don't believe the lack of its use has somehow hindered my gains/aesthetics. With that being said, I'm sure for many the use of a post-op stetcher can have multiple benefits, which includes the even distribution of PMMA and the prevention of the infamous ring. But for me, I was fortunate and it doesn't appear I have experienced the concerns most people express with respect to PMMA enlargement. It may take many more months before Dr. C comfortably concludes the necessity for a post-operative traction device, but for now we are at the mercy of speculation, and such speculation suggests that an ADS (or comparable regimen) may aid in reducing the clumping of PMMA for purposes of penis enlargement. With that being said, you will have to decide what is best for you and consult with the doctor regarding your decisions on how to best approach post-operative healing & care. Dr. Casavantes & his office are very open-minded and seem to be very accommodating. I'll add to this post, in specific stretcher devices, but I'm hardly keeping my eyes open ;D It's been a long weekend and I will resume the conversation later this weekend.

@so, Did you have a chance, or is it still too early, to take your new equipment out for a test drive? If so, how did she like it?

I'm about 4 weeks post-op, and as of now the penis seems to be consistent from week 3. Two more weeks and I'll measure. I will also begin my lengthening manual PE work in that time. As for aesthetic issues, I need PMMA injected in the gap between the glans and top part of the shaft to smooth the tapered look. A minor issue. I have some presumable scar tissue around the base of my penis skin that is not visible, not painful, but slightly palpable pressing against my fat pad to expose more length. This isn't a major issue and was told injections could lessen it. Outside of that, the penis is heavier & fuller. Comparing my shaft to cylinderical objects around my room, I can expect to have gained AT LEAST 1" in erect girth, but in 2 weeks we will know for certain. For those of you who have Thundersplace accounts, I have my Before & After pics from the procedure room posted there at this link: www.thundersplace.org/forum/showthread.php?t=136807I have the new forum operational but is still in beta mode and may take another week or so to be fully operational* thanks for your patience.

Hey SO!
Glad to hear your healing goes well! I can't access your pictures at the moment (Thunderplace won't accept any more registration), but it seems great and 1 inch would be one of the most significant gains! Hope it goes on that way!

Oh and to note, I'm not quite as thick as my post-op pic shows, some of that "fatness" comes from the swelling.

Lads, apologies for my (not blissful) illiteracy, but what do you mean by ADS?
