MNS is now throwing "legal" threats out to members who seem to question or complain about a certain doctor and/or method. While I can kind of see why MNS is so defensive - it does not explain the vast censorship and deletion of threads and posts that were well within their rights of free speech and the sharing of "relevant personal experiences." I am really shocked that MNS is taking it that far, and its a damn shame.
First I want to state very clearly ALL SURGICAL PROCEDURES AIMED AT INCREASING THE SIZE OF THE PENIS POSES SOME DEGREE OF RISK FOR COMPLICATIONS, WHICH INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO), SIZE LOSS, LOSS OF SENSATION, AND IMPOTENCE! Those who are new to the boards and to researching phalloplasty (the surgical augmentation of the penis) should be aware of this very basic fact. Regardless of what doctor you choose, or what method you opt for, you assume all risks involved. That is why you are here - to learn as much as you can before committing to any enlargement procedure.
So with that being said, I want everyone to remember to review the list of rules if you haven't already done so. These rules were made to ensure a healthy discussion concerning a topic riddled with politics, greed, and misconception, the topic of penis enlargement. phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=6
These forums were designed to share honest experiences about surgical augmentation conducted by any surgeon. However, our subjectivity mustn't allow us to express our grievances to the extent that they harm a doctor's character OR entirely discredit a method.
This is because surgical method "A," done by Doctor "Joe" (no need for real names) may have created major complications for patient "Bob," but served to be a life changing success for patient "Chris." With that being said, discussion here should refrain from criticizing individuals with the decisions they make, but rather help inform them of the risks and benefits involved. Furthermore, we should discuss what we know about what is involved with the procedures, including the techniques, materials, medical science, etc.
In other words, we should establish PhalloBoards as a compilation of our experiences and knowledge to serve future prospective phalloplasty patients without dragging politics into the mix. We should do so in a manner that is befitting of a support group - one which exalts fact over fiction.
