I have looked more closely at that red-ish area in the middle of the thickest part of the mid-shaft.. it seems to me like I have very mild stretch marks in that area. I am not too concerned, my ex-fiance had them when she got her breast's done and they vanished in around 6 - 8 months.

sizemicI guess post-op observation and monitoring makes us pretty obsessive about penile appearances. Yet I doubt that prior to the injections you would have paid attention to that. Regarding stretch marks, they tend to vanish over time especially in thinner skinned areas, it has to do with different tensions applied in different directions. Once the body sorts itself out then the skin redistributes its elasticity more evenly reducing or erasing those marks, except in severe cases such as after losing a great deal of weight where there is too much excess skin to retract. Applying good quality Olive oil to the penile skin really helps the skin when it is being stretched due to girth enhancement. Worked well for me anyway.

I agree! Thanks for reminding me! I actually went through a phase a while back when I would use it to jelq with and I thought it really did wonders for the skin.
20 days and I will be going in for round 2! Amazing how fast 6 weeks goes by. Also I am hovering back down to 5.5" or slightly under mid-shaft... I had a day of quite a bit of sex before my last set of pics and it was likely a bit swollen or something.

Not sure how sizemic paid but check out this link here and download the PDF: phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fillers&action=display&thread=174Page 9 of the PDF outlines their payment policy, but I'm not entirely sure if the policy has changed since this PDF was released. It appears they don't take credit cards so it is important they receive the payment on or before the appointment date should you decide to schedule with them. |

Thanks S.O. for posting the link, I paid with a $USD bank draft. I just went to my bank and said can I get a bank draft for the total amount (which was $1680 or something because I used the shuttle service). It might also be called a bank check where you are... or even a money order. It was cheaper than a certified check and that way I didn't have to carry cash around. |

15 days! Can't wait for round 2! I will email Dr. C's team soon with pics and an explination of what my thoughts are for round 2... I am going to ask for a session at least equal to or greater than my first (22cc+). That way I will be sure to reach my goals. I'll keep everyone posted on what the final outcome is.

fyi everyone, if anyone noticed the pink/reddish bump on my penis head... that is an old pumping injury that has scared over... It was originally a water blister, which scabbed, then bled all over the place during sex a few times as I didn't let it heal properly.
So far my pics have been o.k. at not really showing it off... but it does bug the shit out of me. Just thought I would through that out there.

Uploaded 10 new erect pics to the blog today (day 25). A lot of them are similar... I just figured the more pictures the better right? Overall... I am very pleased with how round 1 has turned out!

Are you going to do a tapered look starting at the glans and ending at the pubic bone? and what did you decide on a final girth? I think if you tell Dr. C your girth needs he can do it in the 2nd session.

Thanks for keeping us updated Size. Yeah, the more the merrier! Different angles help one ascertain the post operative evolution as well as the final result to a better extent. It's definitely influenced my decision toward PMMA and by sharing your experience, your doing others a world of good. Keep at it bro! This is the best PE family ever. I like it here. There's no BS!

sizemicHey it sure looks like you've lost the "ring" which was clearly due to localized swelling. The results are outstanding and look quite natural, with some finishing touches nobody will be the wiser, only the happier and probably quite grateful too. HC

@mustang, I am not specifically going for the tapered look... if that is what Dr. C wants to give that is what I will get. For my first session we honestly didn't even discuss what overal shape I wanted, I just trusted his judgement for the best result. As I sit right now I range from around 5.25" around the circ scar, 5.5" Mid-shaft and 6" base. I wouldn't mind keeping the same differences as I personally don't like the look of a cone shape as much as what I have now (only I want to be at least 0.5" bigger in each of those measurements  ). miracle7, Thanks for the kind words man and I agree! Phalloboards is amazing! Good or bad, people tell their stories and experiences. I feel this is a great place to learn about all the various options avaliable and it allows for one to connect with others that have used the various doctors involved with PE. I never would have gone through with such a procedure (at least not at this point in my life) if I had not found this website! @evil Pnievel, Thanks so much man! I think there is still a very small amount of swelling in the mid-shaft area (the slightly pinkish area)... I bet once I reach the 6 week mark I will be just below 5.5" mid-shaft. But we will see, you never know! hunkchunk, I know it looks as though that I have lost it. If I feel around I definitely still feel it and my circ skin is still slightly puffy when flaccid. But I definitely agree that it is much less noticable than before. I posted a new 25 day comparison picture on my blog just now. I know the angles aren't exactly the same and I likely didn't crop it 100% perfectly to scale. But you get the big picture when the 2 are compared side-by-side |

Yes my friend your pictures are outstanding!
Regarding your measurements mid shaft do you feel it has settled at 5.5? I remember after a while it had shrunk then gone back up to 5.625 and you were hoping for more?
I am one week post injection tomorrow and I have gone from 5.9 to 5.75 and 6.2 to 6 (further up the shaft) trying to figure out what I will retain or if I have more to loose!
