Thanks, I guess I was more wondering if it drops to a certain point, then you gain some back? If so, how much?
Or is the final result simply after the swelling and inflammation is done?

Yes post op is huge, then most of the swelling went away, then there was a noticeable girth increase around week 2,3. Maybe others can chime in on how it went for them.

At what point was your lowest point girthwise after the procedure? I am wondering if I will hit my low point soon. I am going to put the measuring tape away for a while...
Day 6 evening measurements... I am not measuring again for a while...
5" just above circ scar, ~4.8" just below (ring??), 5.25" mid-shaft (still some noticeable swelling), 5.5" base.

I found the most girth lost was around day 6 and 7. I am seeing the girth come back now (day 14) but in my situation the doughnut effect was not super bad at first then it went down even more after the swelling subsided substantially around day 5 and 6 when the size was the smallest now that i am seeing the collagen increase the doughnut effect is becoming larger and the left side (of the circ skin) that originally post op was smaller then the right is now noticeably larger then the right. Wade said it should settle down more but i for some reason dont see that happening (maybe) . so I am going back asap to have it evened out or a shot to knock it down. did you stretch post op? after looking at your pic i can see the ring is getting a bit bigger but the swelling is still going down so i think your size may help contribute to a really nice final result. Good job I wish i stretched for 5 yrs prior. Sex i must say with my 5.9 girth (due to the doughnut effect) is awesome! but i really had to hold back my organism. i have been pacing myself and getting better at it. hehehe ill post on my blog tomorrow

Thanks ssf35, that was the exact info / experience I was hoping to hear! If I'm at 5.25" midshaft now, after swelling, it would be really awesome if the final result after 6 weeks returned to 5.5"... I'll just have to wait and see  I had sex last night... im at work so ill post about it later |

Day 7:
I had drunken sex last night with a girl I met at the club... I wear a Magnum condom right now and it is as tight or tighter than normal condoms used to be on my old penis. Only thing was the base of the condom strangled the crap out of my penis... Its pretty cool to think that Magnum XLs would probably fit better... After round 2 I will definitely be too big for the standard Magnum.
This girl was sooooo ridiculously tight. I mean by far the tightest girl I have ever been with. I could tell just by fingering her. As far as penetration went... I could litterally only get about 2/3 of my penis inside her. It was a cool feeling for sure. But being drunk and 3am she lost a lot of her wetness and eventually we just had to stop.
I took some new pics today. I have talked to a few others who have had PMMA done and it seems that around day 7 is most people's lowest point in girth post-op. Since most if not all of the swelling has gone down and the material hasn't had enough time to build collagen, my measurements should only increase from here to week 6!
I tool some day 7 pictures... it looks SOOO much better!!
Just under circ scar: 5"
Mid-shaft: 5.375"
Base shaft: 5.5"+
In a perfect world I would get back up to 5.5" mid-shaft by week 6 putting me within one full session of my goal of 6.25"+ mid-shaft after round 2. We will see... but I really really hope so!

It's looking good. Did the girl you had sex with say anything about your size? Were you at all worried she'd think you'd had something done, due to the slight ring you have?

Thanks hoddle10, she didn't suspect a thing... nothing at all... BUT I was literally the 3rd guy she has ever slept with (apparently) and she is only 18. She didn't say anything about the size either. I will be testing it again tonight with hopefully a better response tx thanks man! Tested it out on an another girl tonight. She's 23 and more experienced than the girl from Wednesday. I have hooked up with this one many times in the past... and I actually told her about the whole PMMA thing tonight. She's the type that's totally cool with that kind of thing (I used to pump for her) and she thought it was amazingly interesting. She actually got mad that I went to California without her haha and she wants to come for when I go in for round 2. I figure it would be nice to have company so why not? Anyway, she LOVED it. I mean at 4.5" girth I could just stick it in and pound away without much friction... not now. She also came a lot quicker as well Overall... PMMA is the best thing I have ever done in regards to my penis... hands down. I am counting down the days until I can go back for round 2... I am very very excited! The only thing is... I know I will not want to stop until I am nicely over 6" girth mid-shaft... minimum 6.25" I think I will make that pretty clear to Wade and Dr. C in my emails in the comming weeks. I love the fact that, once I am done with this... I will literally have no desire to PE anymore. I mean the last 5+ years of my life have been soooo focused on Penis Enlargement (manual and now PMMA). But I feel I have reached a very very good length and will be at a very very good girth. I will finally be able to focus on other things in life, rather than avoiding certain activities (like not working out close after a manual PE session to avoid retraction) or constantly trying to stay at a "chub" to ensure my routine was effective. I can just have my big penis and worry about other things ... like love? haha... I am young (22) but even still... I was engaged to my high school sweetheart of 5 years less than a year ago (she left me a week after we got engaged... which was her idea in the first place but I thought she was the one). I am not saying I am a man whore... but I do have a lot of sex with a good number of different people. I can picture this desire to sleep around only increasing after my 2nd round. Hey sizemic, congrats man! You seem to be happy with your new unit!
I wanted to ask you - when the swelling was going down, and before the growth of the collagene, were you almost back to your former measurements? Does the major part of the gain come from collagene in your opinion? I'm asking you that because I'm on the first day post op, with no apparent swelling but also quite a little gain. I wonder if I insisted too much on the natural look and even result now.

I am very happy for you, I can tell how is your feelings now you are very excited and proud of your new tool esp. after your last sex and how she loved it and she said it felt completely different and felt like she was having sex with a completely different penis ( wooow) , these are very nice words man they should make very very proud and happy.
I would love to know what would she say after she try your future tool after the 2nd session (lol).

@ sizemic.. did you ask the doctor about PE after the procedure? im planning on trying to go in august or september but i dont want to stop PE. and im afraid if i make it longer the pmma will move up or maybe i'll shatter or destroy the pmma from the force of jelqing and stretchers.what are your thoughts on this?
