Hi folks.
Yesterday I thought a lot about bumps that can form after PMMA injection due to uneven placement of the PMMA.
I thought about the AutoXleeve I used as all night strechter.
I think it may prevent the forming of bumps and at the same time streches the penis.
I wanted to know what you think about it.
Kind regards

I had the same thought as well. I use to own a couple of different autosleeves and the only thing I would say is that a "typical" autosleeve might be a little too snug. You have to remember that you're going to be significantly thicker after the procedure. I would think that a looser fitting, only "slightly" snug autosleeve would be perfect. Silicone sleeves seem like they are actually pretty easy to make. I found directions for making these on another website. The mold itself seems pretty easy to construct. The silicone however wasn't cheap -- I think it was over $100.00 if my memory serves me correctly.

There are different types of the Xleeve.
The white one for example is not that tight at all.
Red one is tight and blue one a little less.
But the yellow is very soft and fits over my hand around my wrist if I want to.
The white one is even softer.

olafspo,
It is an excellent idea but as acu said ( I would think that a looser fitting, only "slightly" snug autosleeve would be perfect. ) he is absolutely right in that but in my opinion:
If you stretch this Xleeve I think it will compress on the pmma more correctly if I am wrong , I would prefer this way :
To use this Xleeve ( only slightly snug) but I will cut the part covering the glans (I wont use it as a stretcher) and I will use another extender which hold the glans with the Xleeve .

I'm seriously considering something like this. It would be a lot easier to wear post-op and might help even things out. I'll have to get the doctor to sign off on it though, but we'll see. Great thread!

Guys those things are ment to stay on during sex. You add abnormal girth and you have a very tight sleeve. In my opinion you dont want to cut off the circulation.

A condom would need to be reasonable tight to be of any benefit, and don't forget we are talking flaccid here, albeit with pmma onboard. With those silicon sex toys, some are quite tight but others are surprisingly stretchy.

I think even wrapping firmly for 4-6 wks would be beneficial , the use of an ADS device may yield similar benefits. I suspect for those having 2-3 rounds of pmma, the ADS would be fine after the first round, the device MAY create an indentation near the glans b/c of the design...but that can be corrected upon the second treatment, aftyer which I personally would wrap...unlikely that a standard ADS would even fit after a second round of pmma. I do agree that using some aid would help.

How about just using regular gauze and one can actually use the wrapping to adjust the shape of the penis to a small degree. For example, one can go tighter at the base and looser in the middle and then tighter at the glans as you wrap it up? I know when I wrap mine, I can adjust it the way I wanted. Just an idea.

I was thinking this and the guy who makes/sells autoextender does have quality products. There still seems some debate of using AutoXleeve vs. wrapping after PMMA. One advantage of using the AutoXleeve is it won't set off the metal detector when crossing the border, whereas wrapping with an Ace bandage with its metal pins may set off the metal detectors.

Forgive me guys, but is it better to use AutoXleeve or wrap after the PMMA injection?
