I've been reading on other forums and there are guys claiming up to a 2'' increase in erect length through PE(penis exercises), although 0.5'' and 1'' seem to be more normal. With reports of people gaining 0.5'' and if lucky 1'' though surgical methods by ligament cutting, how is it possible that all these people are saying they are gaining up to 2'' through non-surgical methods? Is it true?? Or are these people just lying??
If anyone has experience with PE, either by jelqing, hanging weights or using a penis extender can you share please.
I'm more interested in knowing if it's possible or not than in doing it myself. I, personally wouldn't go the surgical route of lig cutting since reports of retraction post op are quite high and I can't afford to lose any erect length (I'm 5.5'' NBPEL). Going the non-surgical route just seems way too time consuming for me to consider it. From what I read people hang/stretch/jelq religiously for an hour or more every day for 6 months to a year and gain around 0.5'' to 1''.
Like I mentioned, if you have experienced any gain in erect length (whether through surgical or non-surgical means) please share. Thanks.

I know there has been some debate on this forum regarding the accuracy or honesty of the claims made by those at PEGym, Thundersplace, etc.
I'm personally in the manual PE camp. I do believe that gains are achievable but vary case to case (much like how our penises vary person to person). I've been a member at Thundersplace for a while and can't see why a vast number of men would report some kind of gain with absolutely no commercial incentive. I know some of the criticisms of these people are that they don't present enough picture evidence, but I think that's where we have to put manual PE into perspective. It's a marathon not a sprint, and gains are usually slow and very incremental, and day-to-day photo records don't seem feasible to many. There is some picture evidence though. There is no actual study confirming with certainty one way or the other whether manual PE is effective, but I think a lot of that has to do with a primitive understanding of manual PE in the science community.
new1inch is a member who (among some others here) who have reported gains via manual PE.
I say at the very least it's worth giving it a shot before committing to any surgical routes.
just my 2 cents

I believe one of our moderators, stillwantmore, did gain a fair share of erect length by manual PE. But he was very dedicated to his routine.

Hi Kevin After I had my (Elist) implant removed, I experienced severe retraction. I went from about 7.25/7.5 inches to 5.5 inches…This was terribly traumatic, and a few of the members on this site (we were members together on MNS) will remember the hell I went through….Miraculously, , after about two months of manual stretching (pulling and stretching my penis) for at least 2 hours a day, and using an all-day-stretcher for at least 5 hours…I was not only able to regain my length but also surpass my pre surgery length and reached 8 inches in length…After I hit this mark, I basically plateaued, unable to get anymore length…I therefore gave up for the time being… Last November I decided to give it another shot and ordered the “Bib Hanger”, hanging weights…I didn’t gain anything for the longest time…However, this week I was (pleasantly) shocked to see I had a .25 inch gain….This has inspired me to become even more diligent with my hanging and the use of my ADS… Special Note: I believe I am the only person I know of that was able to regain his lost length after the removal of the implant. Everybody else seems to have lost anywhere from 1 inch to 3 inches.

I am sceptical about claims of length gain through manual pe, how people manage the enormous gains they claim is totally beyond me. I tried daily hanging for four months, gained zero. Then moved onto manual stretching, similar story. The only success I had was 6 months daily pumping, during which I did gain 0.1 inch in girth. This came almost all of a sudden after 6 weeks. During the next 4.5 months I gained no more. I stopped 2 months ago and the gain is still there.
And if anyone thinks I probably just measured wrong before I started, I can assure I didn't. I measured many times before I started pumping and I was definitely 0.1 inch less than I am now.
But is it worth it for 0.1 inch ?

From all the info I have read, Length increase seems to happen to very very few people thru manual or surgical PE and in "most" of these cases it is in the sub inch increase.
One day, some smart Dr. will come up with a solution, but for now the girth gains are easily done with PMMA with great success even thu we do not have a long term stats yet. Other girth increase methods exist but have far more risk and a high failure rate.

Jacksonw, You have lost 1.5 inches in erect length what means (I think) you have severe peyronie so the best thing for you is to see an expert urologist who has great experience in treating this condition. There is a technique where they used bovine pericardium graft after the incising the scar tissue and in this procedure you can gain back your lost length , this doctor trained many doctors about his technique : "Single Relaxing Incision for Correction of Penile Curvature (Peyronie's Disease) based on Geometrical Principles" he trained Dr. Fred Grossman (http://www.malecarecenter.com/peyronies-disease-male-sexual-problems.html) and the famous urologist Dr.E.douglas whitehead in NY( www.new-york-phalloplasty.com/pd.html ) His name is Dr. Paulo H. Egydio in Sao Paulo, Brazil. One of his publication about his technique (http://www.goldjournal.net/article/S0090-4295(01)01651-X/abstract) SM

@jacksonw: you had an 8.5 x 8 penis?? I find that a little hard to believe... That is a gigantic penis. And you went down to 7 x 7 and are still considering enhancement?? You said "I am no longer larger than average". You are WAY above average at 7 x 7 and most women would consider that a huge penis, not big, but HUGE! Average length is between 5-6 and average girth between 4-5. Best of luck to you finding a solution to your peyronies. I was reading up on it and it seems that going the surgical route seems to me the best option. I was just over at PEgym and I keep seeing guys posting stats in their signatures claiming a 0.5'' gain in length in as little as 4 months. Everyone seems to have between a 7-8.5'' penis with some even at 10''. It's freaking ridiculous!!! I refuse to believe these people are being truthful! Anyway, I would love an inch to an inch and a half more length in order to get to 6.5-7'' length, but doing penis exercises for hours on end for months on end seems extremely time consuming (maybe I'm just too lazy ). I'm really hoping for sometime in the near future that they will be able to grow a penis in a lab using stem cells and customize it to your specifications. Then chop off your old penis and attach the new one! How awesome would this be?? Haha. If some company does come up with the technology to do this, they will make billions upon billions of dollars!

a 7x7 is extremely rare and incredibly "majestic." I'd trade for your penis WITH the peyronies (not taking anything away from its seriousness) any day of the week! As moregirth mentioned, the average is far closer to 5-6" in length and 4.5-5" in girth (give or take a fraction of an inch), and your penis is both long and fat (assuming you have measured it correctly)! It's just freaking huge!!! So huge that I personally advise against any surgical enhancement to the size of the penis, and focus strictly on correcting the peyronies (surgical or non-surgical). No need to further risking any needless complications for what would appear to be excessive vanity if you were seeking larger size. I believe that if you can find a method solely aimed at correcting your peyronies, you could conceivably regain the length you've lost. But for heaven sakes, a 7x7???

It seems as though it is possible, based on anecdotal evidence. Some guys who gained were very dedicated to post-op stretching. Check out Dr. Reed's site and the one patient who was a bodybuilder and then Dr. Bayard Ollie Fischer-Santos' patient who gained his record setting length through both surgery and stretching.

oh and @jackson again,
you lost a full of inch of girth, was this a result of the peyronies, and if so, what mechanism is/was in play that reduced so much overall circumference? thanks

I've gained at least an inch both length and girth with natural excercises (mostly hanging and clamping), so it's definitely doable. If I had more time I'd probably have 2x the gains. Considering PMMA just to make things easier.

hello more girth.. i actually was able to go for 5-6 inches. but i basically did a lock myself in the room for a few months kind of deal. i would do pe for 3 hours some days. im single with no kids and live alone so this made it very possible for me to achieve my goal.. but if you have a family this will make it very hard.
