Would you say that the "squishyness" has become less as the swelling has come down?
Thanks for the pics!

Moregirth thanks for the offer to bombard you, lol. Can I start by asking you to tell us more about the procedure in general. Did you have much of a discussion with Dr C before he started ?, did he tell what he proposed to do ? Was it stretched during the procedure ? How did they stretch it ? How long does it take ? Is there a tendency to turtle during the procedure due to anxiety ?etc etc, that kind of thing.
Also have you been massaging the pmma to try to even it out ? And do you find it works ? Or do think it tends to just come back to where it was initially injected ?

@so: yes the squishyness has gone down as the swelling has gone down. I think by now most of the swelling is gone. mikehok: I didn't really have much of a discussion with Dr. C before going in because I had read a lot about it here on the forum so I knew what was going to happen pretty much. I asked him if he had an idea of how much he was going to inject before we started the procedure. He basically said he will see as we go along. They do stretch the penis during the procedure by just grabbing the glans and pulling on it. It takes approximately 1 hour. I didn't experience any turtling during, because my penis was constantly being stretched. You are only supposed to massage for about 48 hrs. After that, it should be all settled in. It definitely works because until it settles in, the PMMA can move around so you want to "mold" it by massaging it to avoid a weird shape. new1inch: thanks man, so far so good. The swelling has really gone down and it's pretty much gone. There is still a little bruising on the right side, but it's mostly gone as well.

moregirth, do you mind if I press you a bit further on the massaging. You result is looking incredibly good by the way so please don't take this the wrong way, but I noticed a very slight bump on the right hand side at the glans end. It's absolutely nothing to worry about but I'm just wondering, if the massaging is effective, why this hasn't completely disappeared ?

mikehok: Yes, I noticed that slight bump there as well. I was a little worried about it, but not that much since it was very small and most women would not even notice it. It has pretty much disappeared along with the swelling.

I'm 5 days post op now. The swelling is gone and there is a tiny bit of bruising left which I expect to be gone within a day or two. I just measured myself and I gained the expect 0.75'' in erect girth bringing my erect girth to 5''. My flaccid girth is now 4.25'' which used to be my erect girth! I'm very satisfied with the results, but this has only brought me up to average size. I will be going in again to hopefully add another 0.75'' in girth to bring my erect girth to 5.75''.

Excellent news! 0.7" seems to be a number thrown around as the "realistic" gains to expect on the first procedure, and in your case it could be more. It's too soon to conclude all of the collagen formation has taken place, and with some of the bruising, you probably wont get a realistic measurement for at least a few weeks I'd imagine.
Good to hear things are looking good!

Moregirth, I was really hoping to understand why massaging didn't smooth the bump out ?
Does it suggest that the pmma more or less stays where it's injected and massaging is of limited benefit, what do you think ?

@so thanks man. Everything is looking good. mikehok: I just looked closely at the area where the slight bump was and I noticed I have some scar tissue from my circumcision there, which is most likely the cause of the slight bump. However, it is not even noticeable anymore. I will try to post an erect pic later today so you can see.

Mikehok it did but I still have a spot that have a little bit more PMMA then the other spot so it's nothing major but it's noticeable when I'm erect

Guys I would recommend monitoring your size for 3-4 months before going back, you may get bigger. One of the studies I read indicated collagen formation occurs for four months after injection.
