Wisher, your swelling should go down even more over the next few days if you're anything like ghostfmj. Do you think we could get photo updates at the day 10 mark ?

With due respect to all PMMA guys, did you notice that the gap between the glans and the pmma seems to have been improved and lessened? or is it just the anatomy of the newer patients?

@mustang
I believe the gap has a lot to do with each person's "penile anatomy." What I mean is that those with a more noticeable gap tended to have much tighter skin near the glans making it more difficult to inject PMMA into. It could have also been that their "ring" was closer to the glans, also limiting the doctors cannula once he got through the scar tissue.
Again this is what I've come to learn from both members here and Dr. C's office. I think the lesson here is each penis is different and the aesthetic result will be just as varying. One could conceivably close the gap, but members have reported of actual "pain" when forcing the cannula in such tight points, as well as the doctor's need to use a smaller concentration of PMMA (typically 10%).
I think you really wont know what kind of candidate you are until you are actually getting the penis filled up. So if it is of major concern (the gap), it is probably not recommended (PMMA injections) unless you decide to get a very small/modest enhancement where a gap may not become apparent.

I can't see how you'd end up with gap if you've had the implant in for a year or more. The skin there must be pretty stretched from accomodating the implant.

thx mikehok. i will post a pic at the 10 day mark. i hope it looks all good by then. i haven't posted because it's still beat up. just letting it heal.
mustang - i actually have a slight concern with this gap thing. when dr. C pushed the canula close to the glans it was a very sharp pain. i was having pain thru out the whole procedure. not constant but for some reason i needed constant lidocane. but i've always been like that, even when i go to the dentist it's the same way. so it might just be me. i have uneven swelling which is giving me a "gap" but only on the lower right side, not the left. i'm really wishing this evens out. not really sure what it's supposed to look like.
day 8 - not much new just what is noted above. i'll keep updated posts of any changes. i am noticing something right past the shaft, in the pubic hair area. i've always had a vein there but would only notice it when i had used a pump. i'll give it till the swelling is gone to contact dr. C. pmma WAS injected in that area and i did forget to massage there since it was the most painful and i had forgotten i had some injected there.

Wisher, nice to see the latest pics, It certainly looks very thick. I can see the swelling has gone down but I think maybe it still has a little way to go still ? What is the feel of it, is the bulge firm or soft ? What is the girth at the bulge ?

I think you still have some swelling going on. Everyone heals differently. I pretty much had no more swelling by day 5 or 6. You have really great results from what I can see. It's looking big!

appreciate the feedback guys! i just measured and it's at 6 1/8th inch mid shaft!!! i was 5in pre op. this is interesting cuz i know it was way bigger before but i didn't know it was this big. i had refrained from measuring in order to avoid "disappointment" when it decreased. but i must say it was nice seeing it looking big even if i new it was really swollen.
i masturbated today to see functionability. it felt a little weird cuz it didn't feel like i was grabbing my familiar dick but at the same time felt good that this is the new me. the bulge feels squishy and the rest has almost a "cartlige" feel to it. also i am seeing veins returning at the base.

If that bulge is squishy, that probably means it's still swollen and will go down, I'm guessing.

Mind posting a picture in the near future? maybe some of the current Dr. C patients can make an assessment on where you are at as far as swelling is concerned

You might have to start wearing a bandage to apply pressure to the area. Looking at your photo's it seems as if you have some fluid in there. If you wrapped it tightly that would go relatively quickly. However, I don't think you should until the collagen has fully formed, which I understand takes around 6 weeks. If it's soft then it's definitely fluid and you don't have anything to worry about. The bad news is that no one can tell you how long it will last. The fact that it's still there and so prominent suggests it wont go that quickly. You might even have a seroma, but I can't see why as they usually occur to fill in space. You'll just have to be patient and it will go. Whatever you do, don't be tempted to aspitate or drain it.
