May I ask what size you had chosen? I find your penis looks abnormally large in flaccid state although impressive really.

Razor one: sorry about the delayed response. I went with the smallest one at the time. Yes the flaccid length has gotten longer, but I don't mind, never had any comments about it looking odd or anything, it's really not that big! Also it does get a bit smaller if I'm really cold or can get the camera out in time to catch it TOTALLY flaccid, know what I mean? Over all I'm satisfied with appearance and funtionality.

Good to know you are doing well Mark. Have you considered the new implant? The Dr. is really pushing for his patients to have theirs replaced, I "feel" (means I have no data) that the Dr. believes the new one is a lot better than the old one.

Hi Mustang, No I haven't given any serious thought yet to having mine replaced, I would really need some solid, trustworthy reports from guys who made the switch and thought is was worth it. guys like you, since I consider you one of the "experts" in this field, from reading all your posts this past year and phone conversations, I really trust your opinion. So I guess if you do it, (and for selfish reasons I kind of hope you do) I would consider doing it if all goes well... I still like everything about my implant situation but if I could magically have it be a bit softer and less detectable in the flaccid state..... it would be even better! I didn't know Elist was suggesting guys get theirs replaced. maybe someday though.........I know you'll keep us posted man, thanks!

There were a couple of months that I did not have sex due to being overseas on business, and I think that gave my penis a chance to really heal and " re group" and the implant settled very well. The pain behind the glans is slightly present after long hard sex. There is a small edge on one side that is a bit irritating but other than the loss of the erect length and the turkey neck, it is fine now.
As you know, my concern with removal is that I may loose even more length so I think people with the old implant have only a couple of choices. Remove and replace with the new implant and may be assure minimum loss of length OR remove and take a huge risk of major loss, as the stats have so far shown.
I wish people who had both the new and the old implant would come out and do us all a good service and tell us their findings.
From the look of it, seems that the new implant "may" have a better success rate than the old one. Only time and honest reporting will tell...

Just thought I would let you guys in on a little perk that I discovered with the implant last night. I was having sex late last night and my wife wanted to keep going after I'd come, well I couldn't keep it hard much longer, but discovered that as long as I didn't let it slip back too far so it didn't slide out, the implant kept it stiff enough, (and big enough) so I could keep on pumping, or mostly kind of grinding long enough so she could come too! it did take a while, but I probably could have kept going like that for, who knows, a long time though. Anyway, it's kind of nice to know I don't have to worry about keeping it "up" as long as I can keep it in .... it'll do the job.
Mustang: I couldn't remember what thread I read it on, but you said you where going to go in for the newer implant, and that you're going to post pic's of all your progress, is that right? sounds good! I'm leaving for Hawaii tomorrow for 11 days and I don't think I'll have internet access, but will look forward to any posts when I get back, good luck!!

Mark, yes I made a promise to my self to share some pix, but it will have to wait a few months after work allows me to do a new procedure.
Yes, the semi rigid state can be helpful as Mark mentioned or can also work if some time one looses a little erection due to a certain position but then then one can gain erection back once a new position is tried, meanwhile the rigid implant helps keep the action going.

Hi mustang, I had the large implant for 4 months before going back to Dr. Elist to fix a popped stitch. I had him replace the large with an XL implant. Very quickly after the second surgery I was back to my first surgery post-op length. I know everybody’s body reacts differently, but for me there was no loss in length. Like marknmau I too hope you go through with getting the newer implant and post your experience. I seem to have hit a wall as for as stretching goes and it may be due to how the old implant is attached, or not, but I am curious as to whether it’s possible to gain additional length with the new implant and any updated stitching/attaching techniques.

lovelove, welcome to the site. Please proof-read your posts, we don't normally enforce rules on typo errors, but posts with obscene quantities of typos can downgrade the quality of the discussion.
There is plenty of info on this site regarding both the success and failure of the implant, the decision in the end is ultimately yours.

loveloveI was using "obscene" as an adjective to describe the number of typos in your post. You are welcome to join the discussion, and I did not mean to imply you yourself as downgrading the discussion, but rather your post that was difficult to read. Just reminding everyone, thats all.
